Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of online customer reviews on customer trust in e-commerce shopee among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The population in this study is the undergraduate business economics students at Makassar State University as consumers who have made purchases on the Shopee site with a population of 5445 Makassar State University students. The minimum sample for this research is 98 respondents from the Faculty of Economics. Business Strata (S1) Makassar State University. Overall, this study shows that the respondents' assessment of this research variable, namely Online Customer Review (X), is generally good. This is indicated by the many agreed responses from the independent variable customer trust in the shopee application. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that online customer reviews have a positive effect on customer trust in 98 respondents to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University.

Abstract

Brands are important in this competitive era where brands exist as a differentiator for one product from another. The experience aspect of a brand is a combination of consumer interaction with a brand. Brand experience is also important because a positive brand experience will encourage revisit intention and bring profits, one of which is in the hotel industry. Hotel Santika is one of the hotel brands that offer an interesting and different experience. According to its brand values, there is an Indonesian nuance as a differentiator from other hotels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand experience on revisit intention to Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City. This study used quantitative research methods and data collection techniques through questionnaires to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The determination of the sample was carried out based on the probability sampling approach with the simple random sampling technique. Validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and hypothesis test on data from 120 respondents which were processed using IBM SPSS 25th Version. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous and partial influence of brand experience on revisit intention to Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City; so it is advisable to maintain and improve the brand experience that has been owned by Hotel Santika Premiere ICE BSD City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether rewards have an influence on employee motivation to work, especially at Courtyard by Marriott Bali Seminyak Resort. This study used a quantitative method where the sample was taken using the entire population, amounting to 72 and using a non-probability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. Data collection was carried out by conducting questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The distributed questionnaire consisted of 27 statements using a Likert scale and the results of the questionnaire were processed with a tool in the form of SPSS version 26. The results of the research that has been obtained are that the majority have an age range of 20-30 years with a working period of 1-3 years. Based on the validity and reliability tests of all statements used are valid and reliable. Reward can explain 50.5% of work motivation variables, while the remaining 49.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Based on the simple linear regression test, the significance value shows the number .009 which is greater than the significance level. Through the results of the T test, it can be seen that the reward variable affects work motivation. Based on the results of this study, the suggestions that can be conveyed are not to overly impose the way employees work in completing each task and to be able to provide direction.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of Price on Celebrity Endorsement. 2) To determine the effect of Lifestyle on Celebrity Endorsement. 3) To determine the effect of Price on Purchasing Decisions. 4) To determine the significant effect of Lifestyle partially on purchasing decisions. 5) To determine the significant influence of Celebrity Endorsement partially on purchasing decisions. 6) To determine the significant influence of Celebrity Endorsement mediating Price (Price) on purchasing decisions. 7) To determine the significant influence of Celebrity Endorsement mediating Lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The type of research conducted in this research is descriptive research using survey methods. By using a saturated sampling technique, a sample of 75 consumers was taken from Batik in Tangerang Regency. The analytical method in this study was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The model used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is no effect of Price on Celebrity Endorsement. 2) There is an influence of Lifestyle on Celebrity Endorsement. 3) There is an influence of Price on Purchasing Decisions. 4) There is no Lifestyle influence on Purchasing Decisions. 5) There is an influence of Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions. 6) Celebrity Endorsement is unable to mediate Price on Purchase Decision. 7) Celebrity Endorsement is able to mediate Lifestyle on Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The development of information technology at this time is very helpful for every human work. As in the case of data collection, everyone in an institution or company cannot be separated from using a DBMS (Database Management System).The database is an important component in the information system, because it serves as the basis for providing information to its users.The application of the database in an information system is called a database system.This database system (database system) is an information system thatintegrate a collection of data that are interconnected with each otheranother and make it available for a wide variety of applicationswithin an organization.The goal of database design is to define data needed in the system, so that the resulting information can be fulfilled well. Databases that are already included in a storage media are not will never be accessible without the presence of an application software familiar with it, let's say application software base database.

Abstract

Indofood is engaged in the distribution of food and beverages, which faces business competition with several other companies. This study aims to identify patterns and trends in big business data, predict future behavior and trends, and provide insight into ongoing business performance using data mining. This article discusses the application of data mining at PT. Indofood to analyze sales data and see which sales are most in demand by consumers, especially sales of food and beverages. Qualitative and clustering methods are used in this study, and the application applied can assist companies in making decisions to improve product sales models. The benefit is that it makes big data analysis easier and provides insight into processed sales data. In this study, the results obtained in the form of applications that can assist companies in making decisions to create a better product sales model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of communication on work motivation at Cv. Brotherhood Okay Once. The independent variable in this study is Communication while the dependent variable is Work Motivation. The population in this study are employees who work at Cv. Brotherhood Okay Once. While the sample used is as many as 30 people. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 23 for windows. Overall the results of this study indicate that the Communication variable has a significant influence on the Work Motivation variable of CV employees. Brotherhood Okay Once. This is proven by obtaining the correlation value. Which means if Communication is assumed to be zero, Work Motivation on CV. The Brotherhood is Okay Once it doesn't change, but if Communication has increased, then this can affect Work Motivation on the CV. Brotherhood Okay Once.

Abstract

Management in an Islamic perspective is a management practice that applies Islamic values ??in the company's management functions. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of sharia management in the recruitment, selection and training of professional employees. This study also analyzes management practices based on Islam in companies. The research used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The owners and staff of Azalea Botanicals have an understanding of the mandala. Management in an Islamic perspective is a management practice that incorporates Islamic values ??into the company's management functions. The results show that about Islamic management, which applies to areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and training. Likewise, researchers found that the application of Islamic values ??in all company activities has a positive impact on employee religiosity and responsibility, as well as creating a Rahmatan Lil'alamin environment that is beneficial to many people.
