Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana dalam sebuah kampus harus terpenuhi dari beberapa aspek. Diantaranya gedung perkuliahan dan segala sesutau yang menunjang  kepentingan perkuliahan. pada aspek prasarana, kampus tidak boleh mengabaikan fasilitas yang difungsikan oleh warga kampus seperti jalan utama, dan tempat umum lainnya. UIN Sumatera Utara Medan sebagai salah satu kampus besar di Sumatera Utara, dengan jumlah mahasiswa yang berkisar 16.038 mahasiswa, baik tingkat s-1, S-2 dan S-3. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali data dan mengevaluasi sarana dan prasarana belajar di kampus UIN Sumatera Utara. Studi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dari segi keilmuan, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosio agama. Analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, tampilan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sarana dan prasarana belajar di kampus UIN Sumatera Utara masih layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran, Hanya saja, kebersihan dan keindahan pada sarana dan prasarana UIN Sumatera Utara masih terbilang minim, baik dari sisi perawatan sarana dan prasarana maupun pelestariannya. Upaya pimpinan baru sebatas pada rencana optimalisasi regulasi yang mengatur mengenai hal itu. Ke depan akan dilakukan upaya penyeragaman aturan yang memberi panduan bagi warga kampus dalam menjaga sarana dan prasarana belajar agar terwujudnya kebersihan dan keindahan kampus.

Abstract

Abstract: Qishâsh: Capital Sentence in Qur’anic Perspective. A great deal of controversy exists globally over capital sentencing or death penalty, which has a number of staunch opponents and defenders. In Islam, however, although a number of the text of revelations deals with such an issue, typically, capital crimes are very carefully outlined in the works of Qur’anic exegetes and Islamic legal scholars. The author argues that Islam guarantees and protects every single life and thus capital sentence should be used in very rare cases and should be avoided as much as possible, but this does not necessarily mean to stop the possibility of it entirely. In addition, if capital sentence is finally justified and executed this is not aimed at killing people but rather maintaining and protecting lives from threatening forces. This paper is an attempt to analyze the Qur’anic verses thematically pertaining to capital sentence, how they should be understoodand practiced.Kata Kunci: hukuman mati, qishâsh, al-Qur’an

Abstract

This study aims to explore data and evaluate learning facilities and infrastructure on the campus of UIN North Sumatra. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach in terms of science, this study used a socio-religious approach. The analysis used is data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that learning facilities and infrastructure on the campus of UIN North Sumatra need to get attention and improvement to be used for more conducive learning. Cleanliness and beauty in the facilities and infrastructure of North Sumatra UIN are still fairly minimal, both in terms of maintenance of facilities and infrastructure and preservation. The efforts of the new leadership are limited to the regulation optimization plan that regulates it. In the future efforts will be made to harmonize the rules that provide guidance for campus residents in maintaining learning facilities and infrastructure in order to realize the cleanliness and beauty of the campus

Abstract

Fraudulent acts in financial institutions have often occurred, there are even some financial institutions who try to clarify related to the frauds that occur in these financial institutions. This study describes fraudulent acts that occur in conventional financial institutions, by taking data from the official websites of each financial institution, by reading reports Good Corporate Governance (GCG) of banks. Data collection from 2015-2019. The research conducted is descriptive quantitative research, where the researcher only describes the data obtained from the source. The results of the study found that there were fraudulent acts in financial institutions that experienced a decrease and an increase in tone. The results of the analysis carried out, that financial institutions need to understand the dangers of fraud in human resources, in order to prevent fraud from an early stage.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and reveal how Islamic business ethics are applied to PTPN II Kebun Sawit Seberang to improve employee performance in this company. This research was conducted using a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. Islamic Business Ethics is morals in doing business by Islamic values so that in carrying out business there is no need to worry because it is believed to be something good and right. The implementation of Islamic business ethics at PTPN II Kebun Sawit Seberang has a positive impact on this company and all employees or workers in it, because it also has a good impact on the company's production results, even though some employees in this company are non-Muslims but they can implement it quite well.

Abstract

Reza Mushroom Jaya is one of the oyster mushroom cultivation businesses managed by Mr. Reza which is located in Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Where the oyster mushroom cultivation business is managed by the local community from the Sei Rattan village with the aim of improving the family economy. The formulation of the problem in research is how the process of empowering the family economy in oyster mushroom cultivation in Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District and how the community responds in Sei Rotan Village, Percut Sei Tuan District with the empowerment of this oyster mushroom cultivation business. This study aims to determine whether the Reza mushroom jaya oyster mushroom cultivation business can improve the family economy of the Sei Rotan village community and want to see how the community responds to this oyster mushroom cultivation business. The type of research used is qualitative. The data collection method used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted. With the oyster mushroom cultivation business, it can improve the family economy of the community in the Sei Rattan village, this is seen in terms of education, health and income where the income of the community before the oyster mushroom cultivation business was low and after the oyster mushroom cultivation the community's economy began to improve. From the results of research conducted, the response of the people of Sei Rattan Village to the existence of oyster mushroom cultivation is partly less enthusiastic. But other than that, some people respond positively to this oyster mushroom cultivation business, because with this oyster mushroom cultivation business it can improve their economy.

Abstract

Halal Industries have persistently become an important issue globally, including in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the strategies for halal industry development implemented by business actors in Indonesia as well as provide Indonesian Muslim’s responses and sharia compliance to halal context in their life. Using a mixed methodological approach with Analytical Network Process with religious leaders, academic and economics experts, local government, and business actors as the participants, it found that the strategies used to develop halal industry are not appropriate due to internal factors such as lack of standardization, branding, and limited human resources, and external ones which are the absence of a roadmap for halal industry and less supports from the government. Improving effective government policies and training human resources are among the strategies that might be applied. However, it also found greater attention among Indonesian Muslim and non-Muslim communities consuming halal products and enjoying halal experiences as their sharia compliance and lifestyle.

Abstract

Currently, pediatric medicine is a very scary phenomenon, where many children are affected by acute kidney failure and the cause is children's syrup. Many parents nowadays are concerned with halal food but not with children's medicines. Even though food that is not halal has been explained in the Qur'an and Sunnah that it can damage the human body. The purpose of this study is for mothers to be more aware of the drugs their children are taking, and to pay attention to the halal label located on the package. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature. By conducting interviews with parents who have children under two years.

Abstract

The beginning of Muslim commercial civilization was the spread of Islam to Southeast Asia in the seventh century. The introduction of Islam led to an Islamic-style monarchy that lasted from the XIII to the XVI centuries. Because the rulers of the kingdom accepted and propagated Islam, which was then socialized and developed to the lower classes or with the pattern of the upper dawn, this country has a Muslim majority population. The growth and religious life of Brunei Darussalam and Malaysia is relatively good and safe when compared to other Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, and Myanmar.
