This research is motivated by the increasing number of customers who want to apply for Multipurpose financing in order to meet their daily needs such as motorcycles and others, in an effort to improve the standard of living of prospective customers. The purpose of this study is how the procedures established in the provision of Multipurpose Financing implemented by PT. Bank Sumut Sharia Karya Sub-Branch Office and how to overcome obstacles during the process of providing Multipurpose Financing. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Sources and types of data used in this study are primary data obtained from the field by observation or interview methods. Researchers get additional data through various sources, ranging from books, online journals, articles, news, and previous research as supporting data and complementary data. The results of the study explain that at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah Karya Sub-Branch Office has implemented the procedure for providing Multipurpose financing correctly and optimally, starting from the application process to the final stage. In overcoming obstacles, the bank has checked customer files carefully, then during the financing analysis process and making the contract, the bank provides opportunities for interns to participate in helping the process to be well organized.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and profit sharing on the interest in saving the Panyabungan community on the Marhamah savings of PT Bank Sumut Panyabungan Syariah Branch Office. The dependent variable in this study is the saving interest of the Panyabungan community in Marhamah's savings, while the independent variables consist of service quality and profit sharing. The sample used in this study were 93 customers. This study uses a questionnaire as primary data then the data results are analyzed using linear regression analysismultiple. The results of this study indicate that service quality and profit sharing have a significant effect on the interest of the Panyabungan community to save on Marhamah's savings at PT Bank Sumut Panyabungan Sharia Sub-Branch Office

This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Where this study uses four informants. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Binjai Sudirman uses a marketing communication strategy for Kur Mikro products, in this case using marketing communications consisting of advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, and direct marketing to the field. Where in the implementation of the strategy carried out using various kinds of tools from each marketing communication instrument that is applied.

Banks are financial institutions that have a very important role in developing the country's economy. In the banking world, there is a dual banking system known in the community as conventional banking and Islamic banking. Islamic banks are banks that operate in accordance with sharia principles or banks whose operating procedures refer to the Koran and al-hadith. One of the contracts in Islamic banking products is the Murabaha contract. Murabahah contract is a financing contract that is most often used by banks because it has a low risk. In order for a murabahah contract to be like sharia principles, there must be two separate buying and selling transactions. First, namely transactions between suppliers and banks, this is done before the second transaction takes place, namely transactions between banks and customers. These two transactions are unavoidable in order to comply with sharia principles.

Savings Marhamah is one of the popular savings among customers of the Islamic bank of North Sumatra, by using a profit sharing contract or mudharabah, a problem arises that the author wants to know, What is the form of implementation of compliance with sharia principles in the savings product of Marhamah Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Branch Office Medan?, The author wants to compare whether the mudharabah mechanism applied to this Marhamah savings product is with the sharia principles that exist in the MUI DSN or does this Marhamah savings product have sharia compliance? The data collection technique is qualitative with descriptive method. This qualitative descriptive research provides a systematic, accurate, and accurate description of the implementation of shariah compliance as seen from the products of Bank Sumut, Medan Sharia Branch Office.

Marketing strategy is a process that is able to deliver the organization/company to a large market opportunity to increase sales and achieve the expected advantage. Marketing strategy is also an important tool so that companies are able to win the competition and be able to survive, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic is not just a health catastrophe, it has caused economic chaos. The object of this research is UD. H. Muslan Pulungan. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out the marketing strategy of stationery products carried out by UD. H. Muslan Pulungan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and to find out what is the most appropriate strategy to increase sales of stationery products at UD. H. Muslan Pulungan in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach and then analyzed using SWOT analysis to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company's marketing strategy. The results of this study indicate that UD. H. Muslan Pulungan has implemented a product, price, place and promotion marketing mix strategy before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the IFAS matrix score is 3.37, this indicates that UD. H. Muslan Pulungan is in a strong internal position and the EFAS matrix score is 3.38, this shows that UD.H. Muslan Pulungan responds to opportunities very well and tries to avoid the threats that come. The right marketing strategy to increase sales of stationery products on the Cartesian diagram shows the company's position in quadrant I, which is to support an aggressive strategy. This position is very profitable for UD. H. Muslan Pulungan. Where the company has the power so that it can take advantage of existing opportunities. The marketing strategy used by the company to increase sales is to take advantage of technological developments to provide complete and up-to-date products, maintain good relations with customers, and design stores as attractive as possible by utilizing technological developments to be able to attract customers.

This research was conducted to determine the implementation mechanism of the CSR program of PT. Agincourt Resources in improving the welfare of the Kec. Batang Toru, and to find out the impact of implementing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program carried out by PT. Agincourt Resources Kec. Batang Toru in improving people's welfare in the fields of economy, health, and education is reviewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics which leads to the conclusion whether the implementation of the CSR program has been successfully implemented in accordance with the perspective of Islamic Economics and whether the CSR program can improve the welfare of the community or not. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study concluded that in general, PT. Agincourt Resources has succeeded in implementing the CSR program in accordance with the study of the Islamic Economic perspective and is considered to have been able to improve the welfare of the community, this can be seen from the company's Annual Report and Sustainability Report which always reports on the results of every community activity program as well as from several interviews with CSR program recipients. Nevertheless, the company is expected to continuously improve its CSR programs in order to be able to provide the widest possible benefits and be able to create a prosperous and independent community, especially in the Kec. Batang Toru.

Organizational commitment is belief in the organization and plays a role in realizing organizational goals and has a desire to continue to be in the organization, performance is the result of work done by someone in his business. The purpose of this research was to determine whether there is an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the West Aceh Regional Secretariat office. The data analysis used in this research is simple linear regression. Based on simple linear regression equation analysis and hypothesis testing, it is known that there is an influence between organizational commitment (X) and employee performance (Y), this is proven by a simple linear test which shows that organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance in the Secretariat office. From the t-test, organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Meanwhile, the f-test also shows that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Secretariat office. And the result of the determinant coefficient explains that 30.8% of employee performance is influenced by indicators of organizational commitment.

controls that help assess the possible outcomes of various activities and actions that can be followed up. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the internal control system on cash receipts and disbursements at PT. Raja Marga. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The results showed that the internal control system applied to PT. Raja Marga has been running well in accordance with the elements of COSO's internal control which can be seen from the organizational structure of PT. Raja Marga in the division of authority and functional responsibilities has been carried out according to their respective duties. The conclusion that can be drawn is that PT. Raja Marga has carried out internal control properly in accordance with COSO elements. Companies must maintain this so that internal control of cash receipts and disbursements continues to run well.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of employee perceptions of CSR on the organizational commitment of PT Raja Marga. The type of method used is quantitative through data collection using a total sampling technique, namely taking data from the entire population of 98 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire research instrument (questionnaire) with a Likert scale and data analysis through simple regression analysis with SPSS program tools. The results of the analysis show that partially there is a significant influence on employee perceptions of CSRto organizational commitment at PT. Raja Marga by looking at the significance value (sig) is smaller than the probability, namely sig = 0.001 <0.05 and the t value count is greater than t table, tcount 4.754 > ttable 1.987. Coefficient value = 0.191 or 19.1%. This shows that employees' perception of CSR is one of the factors that influence organizational commitment
