Jurnal Pengabdian Informatika (JUPITA) adalah jurnal pengabdian pada masyarakat yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Informatika Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Udayana. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menerbitkan artikel tentang kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang memanfaatkan keilmuan Informatika/Komputer, Sistem Informasi, Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak, ataupun Teknologi Informasi. Abstract

The manual scheduling of social media content using Microsoft Excel causes inaccuracies, coordination difficulties, and information delays for the creative team at Ramerame.co.id. To address these issues, a web-based social media content scheduling application interface was designed to facilitate real-time collaboration and more efficient schedule management. The interface design was developed using Figma with an interactive and user-friendly approach, resulting in an intuitive, collaborative, and easily accessible display for the creative team. This design enables structured, real-time, and collaborative planning, recording, and monitoring of social media content within an integrated platform. Evaluation results of the design show that the application interface has the potential to improve the efficiency of the creative team and reduce miscommunication in content planning. Although it is still in the design stage, further development and implementation of this interface are expected to realize more effective social media content management in the future.

Abstract

Work From Office (WFO) scheduling at PT Digjaya Digital Group is a major challenge considering the limited space capacity and number of employees, especially PKL participants who often exceed the available capacity. Manual scheduling is time-consuming and prone to errors, especially when there are additional PKL participants. This automatic scheduling generator program is designed to overcome these problems, with features including capacity that allows adjustments to the number of employees each day according to the available capacity. The implementation results show that this program is able to reduce manual errors, ensure fair schedule rotation, and maximize the efficiency of office space usage. This system is expected to support a comfortable and safe working environment, as well as increase efficiency in managing WFO scheduling in the company.

Abstract

The QuickConnect website was developed to enhance operational communication efficiency at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This system is designed to provide fast and centralized access to employee contact information across divisions, streamlining phone number searches during urgent situations. This project was conducted as part of a Field Work Practice (PKL) in the Informatics Program at Udayana University, employing methods of needs analysis, planning, development, training, and continuous evaluation. The QuickConnect implementation is anticipated to improve inter-division coordination, reduce contact search time, and elevate the quality of airport operational services. This platform is projected as a potential model digital solution for implementation in similar environments.

Abstract

The development of the Ngurah Rai BMKG Office website aims to enhance weather, climatology, and geophysical information services for the public, particularly in the I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport area. This initiative includes designing and implementing key features such as a homepage displaying real-time weather information (METAR), early warnings, weekly weather forecasts, and satellite data. The methods applied encompass needs analysis, web-based system design, and implementation with role-based access control. The website effectively provides accessible information, with news, bulletins, and aviation documents managed through an admin login system. A notable achievement is the integration of real-time weather data to support airport flight operations. This development improves the efficiency of weather information dissemination and reinforces BMKG Ngurah Rai's digital services. The website is anticipated to significantly contribute to disaster mitigation efforts, aviation safety, and public needs.

Abstract

An official website has become an essential need for public institutions such as Polsek Kuta Selatan, especially to provide access to information related to security and public services in one of Bali's main tourist areas. The development of this website aims to enhance communication effectiveness between Polsek Kuta Selatan and the community, as well as to build a positive image and increase public trust. The website features a main page displaying the latest news, contact information, and emergency numbers. A news search feature allows users to access information related to police activities easily. For admins, there is a dashboard that enables efficient news management, including adding, editing, and deleting news content. The interface design is responsive, making it easily accessible on both mobile and desktop devices. Black Box testing indicates that all system functions operate successfully with the expected output. Additionally, a System Usability Scale (SUS) test, involving a questionnaire with 34 respondents aged 21-55, resulted in an average SUS score of 86,617. With this website, Polsek Kuta Selatan can improve the quality of public services, transparency of information, and strengthen relations with the community to create a safer and more conducive environment.

Abstract

The development of the One-Stop Service (PTSP) website at BMKG Ngurah Rai aims to enhance efficiency and quality of public services in managing data and educational requests. This program includes situational analysis, website design, socialization, and evaluation. The website allows services, previously managed conventionally via letters and telephone, to be accessed more conveniently by the public. The development results show improvements in website responsiveness and ease of use, enabling the public to request weather data, insurance claims, internship applications, and study visits. This website is expected to significantly improve service quality at BMKG Ngurah Rai.

Abstract

A good UI/UX design can enhance productivity and user satisfaction, as well as simplify workflows byminimizing errors and confusion. This journal aims to describe the process and results of designing UI/UXfor a property management system using the UX Design Thinking methodology. This methodology consistsof five main stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. By implementing the UX Design Thinkingmethod, it is hoped that a system will be developed that improves efficiency and user comfort in propertymanagement. It is also hoped that this system will serve as a reference for the company to further develop thesystem. The results indicate that the UI/UX design has been successfully created and provides an overview ofhow the system will be implemented in the property management system.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Gianyar untuk mengembangkan sistem Statistics Broadcasting (SISBRO) sebagai sarana penyebaran data statistik yang cepat dan otomatis melalui email. Namun, sistem ini masih berbasis Command Line Interface (CLI) yang tidak ramah bagi pengguna non-teknis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi antarmuka grafis (GUI) pada sistem SISBRO guna meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan dan aksesibilitas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan sistem melalui observasi dan wawancara, pengembangan prototipe antarmuka menggunakan Figma, pengujian dengan pengguna non-teknis, serta evaluasi performa dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa antarmuka grafis yang dirancang mampu menyederhanakan proses penggunaan sistem, meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, dan memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Implementasi GUI terbukti mendukung transformasi digital layanan statistik yang lebih inklusif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna.

Abstract

Permintaan akan solusi undangan digital semakin meningkat, terutama untuk acara pribadi dan perusahaan seperti pernikahan, ulang tahun, dan pertemuan bisnis. Banyak pengguna kini mencari alternatif undangan yang lebih praktis dan efisien dibandingkan undangan fisik tradisional. Pembuatan platform Tokoundangan bertujuan untuk menyediakan solusi digital berbasis web dalam pembuatan dan pengelolaan undangan. Platform ini dirancang untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam membuat, mengirim, dan mengelola undangan secara praktis dan efisien, sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan pada undangan fisik yang dapat merusak lingkungan. Tokoundangan menawarkan fitur pembuatan undangan yang mudah digunakan, pengelolaan status undangan, serta opsi pembayaran berbasis langganan. Pengujian fungsionalitas platform melalui black-box testing menunjukkan bahwa semua fitur berjalan sesuai harapan. Selain memberikan solusi efisien untuk pembuatan undangan, Tokoundangan juga membuka peluang bisnis bagi pengguna yang ingin menawarkan layanan undangan digital. Diharapkan, platform ini dapat mempercepat adopsi digitalisasi dalam pengelolaan undangan, mengurangi limbah kertas, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional bagi masyarakat dan pelaku bisnis.

Abstract

Aplikasi Gianyarku Aman adalah sistem informasi yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan akses dan efisiensilayanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Gianyar, khususnya dalam hal pengelolaan informasi kesehatan, antreanpasien, dan jadwal layanan medis. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk memberikan akses cepat, akurat, dan terstrukturterhadap informasi penting seperti jadwal dokter, ketersediaan tempat tidur, dan fasilitas kesehatan terdekat,serta mempermudah proses pengambilan dan pemantauan antrean. Dalam program pengabdian di DinasKesehatan Kabupaten Gianyar, mahasiswa yang menjalani Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) diarahkan untukmenyusun Dokumen SRS (Software Requirement Specification) untuk aplikasi Gianyarku Aman. DokumenSRS ini berfungsi sebagai panduan terperinci bagi pengembang perangkat lunak, yang mencakup spesifikasifungsional dan non-fungsional, serta skenario penggunaan (use cases) yang menggambarkan interaksipengguna dalam sistem. Penyusunan dokumen SRS ini sangat penting untuk memastikan aplikasi dapatberfungsi sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat dan standar layanan kesehatan di Kabupaten Gianyar, sertamempermudah pemeliharaan dan pengembangan sistem di masa depan. Dengan panduan ini, pengembangdapat memastikan aplikasi Gianyarku Aman dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal untuk mendukungkualitas pelayanan dan aksesibilitas layanan kesehatan.
