Abstract

This study examines the impact of COVID-19 on MSME business income in West Wonosari Village, Bengkalis Regency. This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the economic situation in the community, especially small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in West Wonosari Village. The data collection process was carried out by conducting documentation and interviews with several traders who were selling around the village of West Wonosari, such as vegetable traders, fruit traders, staple food traders and others, totaling 12 respondents. This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study show that the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic is the level of people's purchasing power decreases and the market situation becomes quiet. Of the 12 traders studied, it had such a big impact on MSMEs, sales decreased drastically. The average decline in income for all businesses was 73.6%, from income before Covid-19.

Abstract

The background of this research is that social media can be used as a marketing strategy to make it more targeted. This can be used as a vehicle to market the product. The purpose of this research is to describe the planning, implementation and supervision, obstacles and solutions that are carried out through social media Instagram in increasing sales at the home industry Baso Aci Mahira Lamongan. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The results in this study are: 1) The planning, implementation and supervision are used as a communication tool to carry out marketing. 2) The obstacle that occurs is the increasing number of business competitors, the solution is to promote with social media.

Abstract

This study uses an Islamic paradigm with an Islamic ethnomethodology approach. Based on the study's results, the researchers concluded that there were four meanings of profit by the organizing committee of the Tumbilotohe activity. The first the benefits of happiness. The administrators interpret profit as a feeling of joy because they have succeeded in bringing crowds and entertainment to the local community through the implementation of tumbilotohe. Both gain inner satisfaction. The administrators interpret profits as inner satisfaction because the plan for organizing the Tumbilotohe culture has been successfully carried out smoothly and lively; besides that, this activity is an achievement for the committee because it was the first time they were able to organize an action on a large scale. Third, spiritual gain. The implementation of this activity is interpreted as a spiritual benefit because the activity fosters gratitude to the Creator. Fourth, the advantages of preserving culture.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial management on financial satisfaction citizen of Lumajang. This study uses primary data taken from distributing questionnaires using google form to citizen of Lumajang who live in Lumajang and have stable income. The sample that obtain in this study is 100 respondent. The technique used in this study is Partial Least Square using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The result of this study are variables of financial knowledge have significant effect on financial satisfaction, financial attitude have significant effect on financial satisfaction, and financial managament have significant effect on financial satisfaction .

Abstract

In making investment decisions, it is necessary to have a thorough rationale based on the financial literacy of investors. However, the financial literacy possessed by Indonesian people is still relatively low. This means that there are other factors that influence stock investment decisions, one of which is overconfidence. Therefore, this study aims to see whether there is an influence of financial literacy and overconfidence on stock investment decisions made by millennials in Indonesia. The sample determination method uses a purposive sampling method with sample criteria namely millennial stock investors with an age range of 22-42 years. The analysis will be carried out using the Sem-PLS program. The novelty of this research lies in examining the tendency of overconfidence bias in stock investors who are millennials.
