Abstract

A learning model is a framework for learning activities created by teachers to help students develop their potential. The learning model covers all aspects of the presentation of learning materials, including the supporting facilities used. Choosing the right learning model can support the achievement of learning objectives in the classroom. The PAI-BP subject contains religious foundations and Islamic moral values. Therefore, a learning model is needed that can help teachers and students in developing learning activities and creativity. One of the effective learning models to be applied to the PAI-BP subject is the Make a matchlearning model. Because this learning model can create student activity in acquiring intellectual skills, attitudes, and motor skills. In addition, it can generate positive responses, can create better interactions between friends, and can instill an attitude of self-confidence and responsibility. PAI-BP learning with the Make a match learning model provides students with the opportunity to practice expressing opinions, speaking, and selfconfidence so as to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Abstract

Discussion of the issue of moral education is the same as discussion of the aims of education, because several expert opinions say that the aim of education is moral education. Some experts say that morals do not need to be formed, because morals are instincts that humans are born with. Morals are the result of education, training, coaching and hard and serious struggle. As in the opinion of Ibn Miskawaih, Ibn Sina, and Imam al-Ghazali. In reality, in society, moral education efforts to shape children's character through various educational institutions with various methods continue to be developed so that moral education can adapt to children's talents, interests and development and is relevant to current technological developments.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot be separated from an organisation, both institutions and companies. HR is also the key that determines the development of the company. In essence, human resources are people employed in an organisation as movers, thinkers and planners to achieve the organisation's goals. Nowadays, the latest developments view employees not as mere resources, but rather as capital or assets for institutions or organisations. Because of this, a new term emerged outside of H.R. (Human Resources), namely H.C. or Human Capital. This is where human resources are seen not just as the main asset, but an asset that is valuable and can be multiplied, developed and also not otherwise as a liability (burden or cost). Here it is necessary to develop human resources as an investment for the institution or organisation to be improved.

Abstract

Early childhood creativity and art mentoring is very important to develop, because early age is the golden age, which is the foundation for development in the next age. One of the ways to develop children's creativity and art is through collage activities. Collage activities include innovative activities and use more interesting materials. Creativity is the ability to create or develop something new based on ideas and concepts that are combined to become new, better and more useful works. Collage is one of the activities to improve the creativity of children aged 5-6 years and an innovative and interesting learning activity for children. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of the study were children in group B at Tkk Ade Irma Suryani Aimere, totaling 23 children. Problems related to the lack of creativity and art in children. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation of the results of the work.
