Asas wa Tandhim: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan, dan Sosial Keagamaan (AwTJHPSA) is a peer-reviewed, open access scholarly journal published by Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Cokroaminoto Yogyakarta. Abstract

The type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which includes four components, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 17 students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, tests and documentation. Validation of data using triangulation technique. The data analysis method used qualitative data analysis. The results showed an increase in student activity from 6 students or 35.29% in the initial condition, in the first cycle there were 11 students or 64.71%, and in the second cycle there were 17 students or 100%, and student learning completeness from the condition only 4 students or 23.53%, in the first cycle there were 10 students or 58.82%, and in the second cycle there were 15 students or 88.24%. The average learning outcomes increased from 58.82 to 67.06 and 77.06 in the second cycle. Based on the explanation above, it can be concluded that the CTL method with the Media Voice Note WhatsApp can increase the activity and learning outcomes of class V students at SDN Bonang Semester 2 for the 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

School Action Research aims to improve teacher skills in making Canva-based learning media by implementing iHT activities. The type of research is School Action Research. The research subjects were 12 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. Data validation with triangulation technique. The data analysis method used qualitative data analysis. The increase in the results of the assessment of the skills of teachers at SDN 1 Babaktulung in making Canva-based learning media in the initial conditions an average value of 44.68 in the Less (K) category, increased in the first cycle with an average value of 69.54 and in the Enough category. (C) and in the second cycle the average score was 89.66 in the Good category (B). The improvement of the skills of teachers at SDN 1 Babaktulung in making individual Canva-based learning media in the initial conditions there were no teachers declared complete, in the first cycle 6 teachers or 50% were declared complete and in the second cycle 12 teachers or 100% were declared complete.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to increase interest and learning outcomes using the whatsapp group application in the subject of the activity sub-theme in the afternoon of first graders at SDn Kajar. The research subjects were 26 students. Data collection techniques using the method of test, observation and documentation. The data validation technique uses source triangulation. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative technique. The students' learning interest in the initial condition was 9 students or 34.62%, to 65.38% or 17 students, and 92.31% or 24 students in the second cycle. The average value of the initial conditions was 59.62 increased to 68.33, and 78.08 in the second cycle, while the level of mastery learning from 8 students or 30.77% to 16 students or 61.54% and 23 students or 88, 46% in the second cycle. This increase in learning outcomes can not be separated from the skills of teachers and students' interests. Referring to the research indicators, namely 85% of students experienced individual learning completeness 70, the research was declared successful.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through the Islamic work ethic of employees at the Cooperative Unit at Tani Bahagia Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 75 employees. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on Islamic work ethics. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance. Islamic work ethic mediates the positive effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style in order to advance the quality of employee performance in the hope of increasing work activities, increasing and developing capital factors and strong business strategies, but also having to pay attention to human resources with good Islamic work ethics and have the value of good manners.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: 1) What is the authority of the curator to manage a limited liability company (PT) in bankruptcy?, 2) What is the curator’s responsibility for managing the bankruptcy estate of a limited liability company (PT) in the event of the curator’s negligence or error in managing a bankruptcy?. This type of research is normative. The technique of collecting legal materials uses literature study. The analytical technique used is qualitative descriptive authority. The results show that: 1) The curator in alimited liability company (PT) bankrupt is the transfer of authority to the curator which previously was the authority of the board of Directors only with regard to the management and or settlement of assets of a limited liability company (PT) bankrupt, the authority possessed by the curator in the bankruptcy of a limited liability company (PT) arises from tasks ordered by law. The use of such authority is immediately followed by their respective responsibilities for the implementation of their authority, while the exercise of authority that is not in accordance with legal provisions and causes losses to the company will result in legal consequences for the curator. 2) The curator’s responsibility for managing the assets of a limited liability company (PT) in bankruptcy consists of the curator’s responsibility in the curator’s capacity and the curator’s personal responsibility. Result in loss of bankruptcy estate. Meanwhile, all losses that arise as a result of negligence or due to the unprofessionalism of the curator are the personal responsibility of the curator and such losses cannot be charged to the bankruptcy estate.

Abstract

According to the Civil Code and KHI, the settlement of joint assets is divided by half for widows and widowers respectively. Absolute competence for dispute resolution in the Religious Courts. The study of the decision on the joint property dispute is based on the success through the peace agreement of Case No. 413/Pdt.G/2015/PA. Smn at the Sleman Religious Court. In conclusion, the verdict reads: “states that there has been a reconciliation between the Plaintiff and the Defendant. Punish the Plaintiff and Defendant to comply with the contents of the peace. The peace agreement is to end the dispute, the peace decision is binding on the parties and related parties, the peace decision is executorial, the mediation process proves as an alternative form of fast dispute resolution, the peace decision has a sense of substantive justice, mediation reflects the good faith behavior of the parties, mediation prioritizes the negotiation process, a written peace agreement that is documented and signed, the peace agreement is strengthened by a court decision, the peace agreement reduces the negative impact on children after divorce and improves friendship, and peace is relevant to the provisions of the Qur'an and hadith.

Abstract

The research problem is the low ability of teachers to use the Whatsapp Voice Note facility as a distance learning medium. The research subjects were 12 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and documentation techniques. Data validation with triangulation technique. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the results in the initial conditions, the results of the first cycle, the results of the second cycle. The results of the initial condition study showed that the teacher's ability was an average value of 44.00 (LESS). In the implementation of the first cycle the results of the assessment showed the number 66.83 (enough). In the implementation of the second cycle the results of the assessment showed an average value of 86.33 (GOOD). Looking at the data obtained from research results in research activities, it can be concluded that the assistance carried out by Madrasah Supervisors to 12 teachers at MA Kedurang, Kedurang District, South Bengkulu Regency was declared successful in increasing the ability of teachers to use the Whatsapp Voice Note facility as a distance learning medium.

Abstract

Arabic Language in Indonesia has an unavoidable importance in the lives of its Muslim citizens. Learning from early childhood, elementary to middle school then becomes important. This literature research intends to explore important strategies in learning Arabic at the primary school level. Tariqah mubasyarah learning strategy then becomes an alternative to be implemented in learning Arabic. Such learning needs to be balanced with the growth rate of madrasah ibtidaiyyah students.
