Abstract

This study aims to analyze the da'wah strategy of PCM at Medan Tembung District in building a positive image in the post-truth era. This qualitative study uses employ observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. The results of the study show that PCM Medan Tembung implements a da'wah strategy that is in line with the challenges of the post-truth era, including through the principle of talking less and working more, Maghrib recitation activities, utilizing social media with the @masjidtaqwamuh account as a medium for disseminating positive information, and providing social assistance in the form of zakat and rice to the surrounding community. These strategies reflect the form of da'wah bil hal and da'wah bil hikmah as recommended in QS. An-Nahl verse 125, which is to call to the path of Allah with wisdom and good lessons. This concludes that the alignment between da'wah strategies and contemporary challenges is the key in building public trust in the post-truth era.

Abstract

The development of tourism in Batu City has experienced a significant increase, contributing 50% to the Regional Gross Domestic Product (PRDB). However, the construction of illegal settlements in the Bumiaji Ecotourism area threatens environmental sustainability. Land conversion and weak environmental enforcement have led to negative environmental impacts. This study aims to examine the governance of settlements and the legal and non-legal impacts of land utilization management in the Bumiaji Ecotourism area. The research methodology used is normative-empirical, with a legislative approach, case approach, and theoretical approach (design with nature and imageability). The study found violations of the Batu City spatial planning, particularly in the Bumiaji Ecotourism area, and its environmental impacts, highlighting the need for an integrative solution based on spatial data and ecological approaches. Moreover, non-legal impacts show environmental degradation caused by improper land use.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research aims at the implementation of the organizing function of the taklim assembly in Karang Gading village, secanggang sub-district, langkat district. Through direct observation, discussions with sources and documentation, it shows that there are two activities that are a form of implementation of the organizing function in the taklim assembly, namely the Perwiritan of Karang Gading village implements the organizational arrangements of the taklim assembly by implementing an effective line structure, so that in carrying out its duties and authorities each board has the same role and function according to their respective duties, as well as the work program that runs on the taklim assembly. The implementation of the organizing function is carried out in accordance with an Islamic perspective by referring to the Quran surah sajadah 4-5 which contains three principles of cohesiveness in one command, cooperation in good things and the division of tasks and authority.

Abstract

The purpose of the qualitative study was to determine the planning and implementation of the da'wah program in improving the ability to read the Qur'an of Annur Prima Junior High School students, the factors in improving the ability to read the Qur'an, as well as its effectiveness, and solutions that can be applied. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that The planning of the da'wah program carried out by improving the ability to read the Qur'an, making the young generation rahmatan lilalamin, understanding Tahsin and tahfizd Qur'an, reading and writing verses of the Qur'an. The implementation of the da'wah program of Annur Prima Junior High School, Talaqqi Al Qur'an, Tilawah Al Qur'an, Tahfidz Al Qur'an, and Tartil Al Qur'an. In terms of effectiveness, the major challenges are the lack of support from parents of students, as well as the social environment, and the current development of social media.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research aims to examine the management of the Medan Area District Quran Recitation Development Institute (LPTQ) in the process of coaching qari and qariah. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research informants include LPTQ administrators, coaches, and fostered participants. The results shows that LPTQ carries out a management process that includes program planning, routine training, and periodic evaluation. The coaching program includes mastery of tajweed, fasohah, vocal techniques, and mental strengthening in preparation for the competition. The support of experienced coaches, synergy with community leaders, and the existence of internal selection events are the driving factors for the success of coaching. However, constraints on funding, facilities and participant motivation are challenges to be resolved. Overall, the management of LPTQ Medan Area District is quite effective in producing outstanding reciters and reciters, although strengthening of resources and innovation is still needed

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning carried out by the Medan City Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Board in providing reproductive health socialization to adolescents. Using a qualitative method, this research explores the program planning that will be implemented. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, literature study and documentation. The results showed that the Board of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Medan City has planned a socialization program on the importance of reproductive health in adolescents. The planning includes seminars, health checks, health counseling, collaborating with RSU Muhammadiyah North Sumatra, conducting cadre training and utilizing digital media. This can have a positive impact in improving adolescents' understanding of reproductive health, although it still faces challenges in reaching adolescents as the main target. In this case, innovation in delivery methods is needed so that this socialization is more effective and acceptable to the youth.

Abstract

Analyzing the effectiveness of trade legal politics in supporting the independence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia through the implementation of Law Number 20 of 2008. MSMEs are a strategic sector that plays a vital role in the national economy but still face various challenges such as limited access to capital, markets, technology, and adequate legal protection. This study employs a normative-empirical approach with literature and policy document analysis, based on Soerjono Soekanto’s theory of legal effectiveness and Mahfud MD’s theory of legal politics. The findings indicate that although the regulation provides a strong legal framework for MSME development, its implementation remains less than effective due to complex bureaucracy, low digital literacy, and lack of institutional synergy. This study recommends the need for more adaptive policy reform, bureaucratic simplification, enhanced institutional synergy, and capacity building for MSMEs through training and the utilization of information technology.

Abstract

The Job Creation emerged as part of a legal-political strategy using the omnibus law approach, aiming to streamline regulations to boost investment and economic growth. However, its implementation has sparked controversy for sidelining social justice and local legal systems. This study conceptually and normatively analyzes the law’s impact on Islamic and customary law through library research. Findings indicate it potentially weakens key Islamic legal principles such as justice (al-‘adalah) and public interest (al-maslahah), and threatens indigenous rights, especially over communal land and local wisdom. The lack of public participation in the legislative process also fueled social resistance. Comprehensive policy evaluation is necessary to ensure a fairer, more inclusive, and sustainable legal direction in Indonesia.

Abstract

The transformation policy of state universities is not merely limited to curriculum integration within study programmes; it also seeks to eliminate the dichotomy between religious sciences and general sciences. The Comparative Mazhab Study Programme at UIN Jakarta explores scholarship based on both positive law and Islamic law. This study addresses two main research questions: (1) How is the curriculum of sharia and legal sciences formulated in the Comparative Mazhab Study Programme, Faculty of Sharia and Law, UIN Jakarta? (2) How is the integration of these disciplines implemented within the curriculum? Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and literature-based data collection techniques, the study finds that the curriculum is formulated through a combination of sharia and legal science-based courses. Integration is achieved through curriculum updates that serve as a competitive advantage for graduates. Future research may further examine the internal and external challenges faced in the process of integrating these bodies of knowledge.

Abstract

Fulfillment of rights for citizens is an order ordered by the constitution for the government of the Republic of Indonesia. Fulfillment of pedestrian rights is one of the things that must be fulfilled by the government so that people can carry out activities using proper facilities without any obstacles that could endanger people who walk on foot. The research method used in this study is normative juridical or normative approach, namely a method that examines a problem using the basis of existing rules such as laws. This method is used to see whether a problem being studied is in line with existing rules. In this study, it was found that existing rules are not in line with reality in the context of fulfilling pedestrians. Pedestrians have not felt the facilities provided fully because they are hindered by several factors. So, when viewed from the perspective of Islamic religious knowledge. This has not caused benefits in the community.
