Abstract

This article offers a model of pastoral counseling assistance for someone who is difficult to forgive and accept dark events. The model proposed in this paper is by building sympathetic relationships, assistance is carried out using the empty chair technicque and religious facilities. The type of research used in this paper is literature or literature study. The findings of this paper show that someone can forgive and accept dark events by imitating Jesus.

Abstract

This article describes the debilitating grief situation of the entire community due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This grief causes heartbreak the requires guidance of pastoral counseling. This grief occurred because of the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus which obliged every community to do social/physical distancing, social resitrictions even lockdown. On the other hand, churches that are midst of the community have the responsibility to response and change that have occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2020, HKBP set as the year repositioning the gospel, so HKBP needs to change its approach how to serve congregation/community. The method used to answer the problems posed in this paper is literature review by utilizing printed book sources, international websites and other articles related to the Covid-19 pandemi

Abstract

This article describes the impact of covid-19 for the life of Christian spirituality which has affected all sectors such as economy, education and health. To answer the problem in this article, the authors used study of literature in accordance with the topic of writing. The findings of this article is that the outbreak of Covid-19 has affected Christian spirituality.

Abstract

This article is a research on the learning process of HKBP Sunday school children in District V Sumatera Timur. The purpose of this study was to determine the spirituality of Sunday school through the materials, methods and implementation of the evaluation of learning outcomes by Sunday school teachers. The method used in this paper is a qualitative-descriptive research method with interview and questionnaire techniques. The findings of this study are that learning for Sunday school children is carried out using educational elements which include the presence of Sunday school, objectives, materials, methods, and assessment of learning outcomes. Abstract

This research aims to get a picture of self-regulation in undergraduate students who play a dual role as working mothers. It is also to get a picture of the subject's ability to implement an effective and efficient self-regulation strategy so that the subject avoids the negative impact that will be received. The number of subjects in this study were three people. This study included research descriptive research. According to the method of data collection, this study used cross-sectional research, where data is taken only once in a period of time. Data collection is done by interview and observation methods. The results of this study indicate that the research subjects try to make themselves feel comfortable by following the right path so that subjects can feel happy while undergoing all roles. The relative like husband and other family members make the subjects more enthusiastic in carrying out his dual role.
