Abstract

English abstract only consisted of one paragraph This comprehensive study thoroughly examines the psychological contract literature by reviewing 134 papers published from 1989 to 2022. It extensively explores various aspects, including the conceptual framework, classifications, influencing factors, measurement criteria, and evolutionary trends of psychological contracts. Through a critical analysis, this paper reveals that certain areas within the realm of psychological contracts have reached a saturation point, with a wealth of existing research. It highlights the need for a paradigm shift towards studies conducted from the employer's standpoint, which can offer invaluable insights into the dynamics of psychological contracts. In essence, this review encapsulates the existing knowledge on psychological contracts and maps out a roadmap for future research, emphasizing the importance of diverse perspectives and methodological approaches

Abstract

Advanced therapies, including gene therapies, cell-based therapies, and tissue engineering, have emerged as revolutionary approaches in medicine. These therapies hold immense promise for treating previously un treatable diseases by targeting underlying causes at the molecular and cellular levels. However, their translation from laboratory breakthroughs to clinical applications is accompanied by significant challenges that must be addressed to realize their full potential. One major challenge lies in the complexity and variability of patient responses. The personalized nature of advanced therapies demands precise customization of each individual, necessitating the development of robust biomarkers and predictive models. Ensuring the safety of these therapies is paramount. Unforeseen immune reactions, off-target effects, and long-term consequences require stringent preclinical testing and vigilant post-market surveillance. Manufacturing scalability is another hurdle. Unlike traditional pharmaceuticals, advanced therapies often involve intricate processes specific to each patient. Standardizing and automating these processes, while maintaining product quality and consistency, are critical obstacles. Moreover, the high costs associated with research, development, manufacturing, and delivery hinder accessibility and affordability, raising concerns about equitable patient access. The regulatory landscape also requires adaptation to accommodate the unique attributes of advanced therapies. Striking a balance between timely access to patients and comprehensive evaluation of safety and efficacy challenges regulatory agencies globally. Intellectual property concerns, data sharing, and ethical considerations compounded these issues

Abstract

Landscape The field of drug direction has maintained important progress in the current age, impelled by advances in VCRs, changes in healthcare transmission, and advanced patient needs. This part provides a survey of the continuous changes in drug education, stressing key styles and future counseling. It awards the unification of learning into instruction structures, the meaning of buried professional information, the increasing significance of experienced information, and the need for enduring instruction between a business establishment that sells goods and specialists. Additionally, it investigates the function of drug instruction in directing general substance challenges, boosting type and addition, and advancing change in drug judgments and occurrence. As the healthcare environment resumes to progress, drug command must be used to guarantee that drugstore graduates are outfitted with the knowledge, talents, and abilities needed to meet the demands of the proclamation and provide superb patient care

Abstract

The abstract presents a short survey of the study fact-finding the uncontaminated endeavor of normally occurring compounds derived from selected plants. This study investigated the potential of these compounds as uncontaminated powers in the field of unrefined brand-located drug discovery. The research complicated the distillation of bioactive compounds from a variety of plant beginnings famous for their curative properties. Therefore, these compounds were assigned to decontaminating assays against a range of bacterial strains by exploiting standard microbiological methods. The results revealed meaningful decontaminating activity of various compounds, signifying their potential as open opportunities for fighting bacterial contamination. Furthermore, this study delves into the systems latent the noticed completely clean belongings, peeling light on the biochemical pathways afflicted by these easily occurring compounds. This mechanistic intuitiveness embodies our understanding of the fashion of operation of compounds, which is critical for the occurrence of mean uncontaminated therapies. Additionally, this study debates the potential requests of these everyday compounds in drug and healthcare enterprises. The uncontaminated endeavor explained by these compounds desires their application for further growth and optimization, concreting the habit for novel healing mediations in the battle against bacterial contamination

Abstract

This article discusses the egonomic position of sitting in a work station chair, because many workers still experience complaints and fatigue when working in a sitting position at a work station. Thus, it is hoped that the sitting position at an ergonomic work station can increase work productivity. This article is written descriptively. Then, all the data that will be processed and discussed is obtained from various opinions or what is called literature study. The analysis used is also descriptive, then concluded. Conclusion: 1) when making chairs and work tables, you must pay attention to the user's anthropometric dimensions. Thus, when working in a sitting position, the legs must be able to lean back (legrests must be provided on chairs and tables), the vertebrae, especially the lumbar spine, must be able to lean against the back of the chair, the angle of the knees can be adjusted at the elbows, a strong chair does not collapse easily for chairs with wheels. chair with five-wheeled legs, when sitting on the knees it must fit under the chair freely, on the work table there must be an area used for work (usual area) and an area sometimes used (occasional area) all of this is made according to the size of the user's hand reach and can also be increased in size table for the outer reach zone area. Then, the work station environment is adjusted to the threshold values, including lighting, climate (temperature, wind speed, humidity), noise, vibration and ultraviolet exposure. 2) that ergonomic work desk chairs and work stations will reduce musculoskeletal complaints and worker fatigue which in the end can increase work productivity

Abstract

The development of information technology at this time has created many changes in life in society, the presence of artificial intelligence (A.I) in the midst of human life activities has provided many benefits both in aspects, so that today's society is very dependent on A.I which is considered very helpful in its work. Of course it can be seen that A.I also does the same thing as humans and has a positive impact and a negative impact on human life, where every aspect has a great impact on human life. The formulation of the problem in this study is the regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in Indonesia at this time and the Urgency of Criminal Responsibility of Artificial Intelligence as Perpetrators of Cybercrime. This research belongs to the normative legal research type. and the nature of this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the discussion in this study found that the A.I Regulation at this time is not specifically regulated by the law on A.I, but is regulated in the ITE law, namely in article 1 number 8 concerning electronic agents, where electronic agents are interpreted as A.I by analogy with the meaning of the word "automatic", then the next discussion is about the criminal responsibility of artificial intelligence as cyber criminals is a very important study for The lack of discussion on the use of A.I in Indonesian state regulations raises concerns in the public about the increasing potential for violations of the law and crime by these entities
