Abstract

In home appliances, the water pump is used to supply the water from a room to the other rooms. Defects of the waterpump are not distributing the water, inner stator winding short circuit, and bearing failure. In this paper, bearingfault detection of induction motor (IM) used in home water pump system is developed by using recurrent neuralnetwork (RNN) method. It is difficult to detect fault bearing of IM using a mathematical model. So that, a recurrentneural network (RNN) method is applied to solves this problem. These bearing faults classifications are based on IMstator current waveform. Bearing fault types are all normal (AN), front fault (FF), rear fault (RF), and all fault (AF).While, the detection process consist of three step. They are taking bearing fault data, features extraction, and RNNfault detection. The bearing fault data is taken from the stator currents of IM by using soundcard oscilloscopesoftware. Second step is features extraction process to obtain more bearing fault signs. In this step, stator currentsof IM is converted from time domain into frequency domain by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Last stage isRNN model to clasify the bearing fault of IM. The effectiveness of proposed RNN method is clarified by using fourbearing fault types.

Abstract

Wireless Personal Area Networks have battery powered, low data rate, and low cost, that have been researched invarious fields, like Xbee Pro S2C. It can build mesh network, consist of Coordinator, Router and End Device. Xbeecan perform point to point and multipoint communication. We evaluate delay performance and data loss for bothcommunication at indoor environment, to get Xbee’s successful transmission rate. This transmission sent themanipulated data and data from sensor finger clip by End Device Node as Tranmitter to Coordinator Node asReceiver. This data is sent with different interval time, 8ms for manipulated data and 500 ms for data finger clipsensor. Definition of Delay is the difference of difference of time between first data sent and first data received. From manipulated data measurement the delay of point to point is 1,17 seconds, whereas multipoint gets 1,332seconds. For delay data finger clip measurement of multipoint is 1,34 seconds. While data loss occur in multipointcommunication, for data finger clip measurement get the loss 53,33 % and 46,67% in random quartile of data, andfor manipulated data get 3,56 % loss.

Abstract

To facilitate the addition of library collections of UBHARA libraries, in this study will provide a solution to fieldmanuals based on forecasting using MSE single exponential smoothing formula errors and RMSE errors. Data isforecast from 2012 to 2016, with the value of each field of economics, law, socio-political, and engineering. The datawill be processed through the pre-processing process before preparing the data to be forecast. In the calculationexample, the program uses data in 2012 and 2015, alpha value = 0.1 and is calculated from month 1 to month to 3months so it is estimated to 4. The result of the data obtained is borrowed book which has the highest data isEconomy. Because in every data the number of loan books looks more dominant economic data. In 2015 thecalculation shows the value of MSE error and RMSE error. The error value to determine whether the errorforecasting results is better or not. For 2015 forecast data to be displayed at the value of the error.
