Abstract

Currently apartment buildings are not foreign anymore we see let alone in the middle of the city. The price is still fairly cheap or under the price of housing makes a lot of interest to have an apartment either for personal or investment. Each developer has a strategy to attract buyers whether it increases or decreases the price of the apartment in each period or every year. The research was conducted to help the company change the price of the apartment by using method Fuzzy Tsukamoto based on input-an Inflation Value in the year to be predicted, View apartment, and Sales Price before. The results here show that for the output of the program is different from the original data, that is more expensive or the price is higher than the original data. There is an ratio of error 0.7609184% to -0.334665% or difference between Rp.200.000.000 to Rp.400,000.

Abstract

Inventory management is the practice overseeing and controlling of the ordering, storage and use of components thata company uses in the production of the items it sells. Inventory management has been used as a decision-making incountless firms and has been extensively studied in the academic and corporate spheres. The purposes of inventorysystem are to know the details of the items including code, name, condition, location of items and the year ofpurchase. It is also to make easy for manage the item. Usually, creating inventory list can be done two ways eithermanually or computerized. Manually inventorying is usually written data with handwriting on the data books. It hasmany disadvantages. One of them is when the admin staff input the data, it is prone to be typographical errors. Herein the Computer Engineering Department in Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi (RMUTT) theinventory management still using manual process for inventorying and collect the data of an item. This inventorymanagement system will help the process inventorying using web-based application and also mobile application forcollecting data information. Quick Response (QR) Code technology as a unique tagging solution for each item thatstore information from the server through the local network. The implementation of this system for InventoryManagement System could be a solution for manage inventorying process and stored information of inventorythrough QR Code.

Abstract

CV.Trijaya Abadi is an industry that produces cement, and make various innovations by producing instant cement. Itis often the case with errors in doing the forecasting is if the amount of production is produced too much while thedemand is small it will cause losses for the company as well as vice versa if the demand a lot while the productionwill be a bit disappointment of consumers resulting in the company losing konsakuya. know the amount of instantcement production in the next period. The method used for forecasting in this research is Exponential SmoothingHolt-Winters method with multiplyative seasonal method and additive seasonal method. The alpha, beta and gammavalues used are 0.9, 0.1, and 0.1. With the value of these parameters are able to produce the value of MSEamounting to 52347.63 and MAPE value of 6,649 is forecasting in 2016 for multiplyative seasonal method. Foradditive seasonal method, the value of MSE is 50560.88 and MAPE value of 6,619 forecasting in 2016. So it isconcluded that it is more accurate to use the Holt-Winters additive seasonal method in 2016 forecasting of instantcement.

Abstract

In home appliances, the water pump is used to supply the water from a room to the other rooms. Defects of the waterpump are not distributing the water, inner stator winding short circuit, and bearing failure. In this paper, bearingfault detection of induction motor (IM) used in home water pump system is developed by using recurrent neuralnetwork (RNN) method. It is difficult to detect fault bearing of IM using a mathematical model. So that, a recurrentneural network (RNN) method is applied to solves this problem. These bearing faults classifications are based on IMstator current waveform. Bearing fault types are all normal (AN), front fault (FF), rear fault (RF), and all fault (AF).While, the detection process consist of three step. They are taking bearing fault data, features extraction, and RNNfault detection. The bearing fault data is taken from the stator currents of IM by using soundcard oscilloscopesoftware. Second step is features extraction process to obtain more bearing fault signs. In this step, stator currentsof IM is converted from time domain into frequency domain by using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Last stage isRNN model to clasify the bearing fault of IM. The effectiveness of proposed RNN method is clarified by using fourbearing fault types.

Abstract

Wireless Personal Area Networks have battery powered, low data rate, and low cost, that have been researched invarious fields, like Xbee Pro S2C. It can build mesh network, consist of Coordinator, Router and End Device. Xbeecan perform point to point and multipoint communication. We evaluate delay performance and data loss for bothcommunication at indoor environment, to get Xbee’s successful transmission rate. This transmission sent themanipulated data and data from sensor finger clip by End Device Node as Tranmitter to Coordinator Node asReceiver. This data is sent with different interval time, 8ms for manipulated data and 500 ms for data finger clipsensor. Definition of Delay is the difference of difference of time between first data sent and first data received. From manipulated data measurement the delay of point to point is 1,17 seconds, whereas multipoint gets 1,332seconds. For delay data finger clip measurement of multipoint is 1,34 seconds. While data loss occur in multipointcommunication, for data finger clip measurement get the loss 53,33 % and 46,67% in random quartile of data, andfor manipulated data get 3,56 % loss.
