Mackerel Tuna (Euthynnus Affinis) is a commodity with a high production rate in Banten Bay. Panjang island, which is geographically located in the waters of Banten Bay, is a potential area for supporting sustainable Tuna production. Market demand for this fish continues to grow, yet the lack of precise fishing zone data hampers resource optimization. The WebGIS system was developed to provide potential information on fishing zones for tuna around Panjang Island. Oceanographic data such as sea surface temperature and chlorophyll-a concentration were utilized to predict high-probability areas. This system features GPS-based augmented reality to guide fishers in real time to their targeted locations. Interactive and accurate information presentation facilitates decision-making for fishers. The implementation of this technology enhances fisher productivity while promoting sustainable fishery management. The potential of WebGIS technology offers significant opportunities for advancing Indonesia’s modern fishery sector, particularly for the coastal communities of Panjang Island.

The learning assessment process in the PRODISTIK MAN 1 Pasuruan class is carried out manually, therefore it is less efficient and prone to errors. The purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based assessment application to make it easier for teachers and provide direct access to student scores. The method used is Waterfall, through the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. Data were obtained through interviews and literature reviews. The application is equipped with login features, value input, and value access. Testing was carried out using black box and usability testing with 20 respondents. The results showed that all application functions run as expected with user satisfaction of 93.37%. This research is expected to contribute to the process of effective learning assessment

PT. Grand Sehat Pro Auto Clinic is a company that focuses on services in the automotive sector, especially for car maintenance, repair, and painting services. The many fields provided make PT. Grand Sehat Pro Auto Clinic has a large staff. A problem that often occurs at PT. Grand Sehat Pro Auto Clinic is that employee performance assessments in the company are still carried out with one criterion, namely attendance criteria, without considering other criteria. The lack of transparency in employee work values leads to negative perceptions and reduces employee trust in management. In addition, the system for assessing employee performance is still carried out using books so that the process is very long. To overcome these problems, PT. Grand Sehat Pro Auto Clinic requires a performance assessment system for employees that includes multiple criteria to ensure more accurate assessment results. The results of the employee performance assessment using the MAUT method ensure that the assessment is well systematized through predetermined criteria.

PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan is one of the branches that has many customers in carrying out transactions according to customer needs. One of the missions of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan is to understand customer needs and provide support services to achieve optimal levels of customer satisfaction. The assessment of the level of customer satisfaction of each branch is carried out by the head office by conducting random telephone calls to customers who transact at KCP Pulo Brayan. The weakness of the assessment system is the lack of transparency of the results of customer satisfaction assessments conducted by the head office to the KCP Pulo Brayan office. KCP Pulo Brayan is still not optimal in service evaluation so that the evaluation results from customer assessments are still considered very lacking by the head office. To overcome this problem, PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk KCP Pulo Brayan requires a system to determine the level of customer satisfaction. The system developed uses a questionnaire filled out by customers with Android devices. The result of the customer satisfaction level system is an application system designed based on Android for the customer service system at KCP Pulo Brayan with the application of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The application of this method aims to identify service attributes that need primary attention, as well as being the basis for providing recommendations to improve overall service quality.

Sambirejo Timur Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, was established on June 15, 1999. Services at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office begin with receiving visitors who come for various administrative purposes. The purpose of the study is to ensure that all village administrative activities are recorded neatly, and to facilitate supervision and evaluation of Service Quality. The procedures carried out are expected to create a transparent and accountable environment in every service to the people of Sambirejo Timur Village. The research problem that occurred was that there were complaints from the community regarding the services provided at the Village Office, but the delivery was not given directly through the criticism and suggestion box, but through expressions from the surrounding community. The research method used in this study uses the application of the Service Quality method to determine the quality of service at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office. The results of this study will be in the form of the application of the Service Quality method to determine the quality of service at the Sambirejo Timur Village Office which is made in the form of a web application. The contribution of this study is to use the application of the Service Quality method based on digitalization/web at one of the agencies, namely the Sambirejo Timur Village Office.

PT. Mutiara Inti Persada is a company operating in the field of labor distribution services with the vision of providing and managing human resources professionally. However, employee recruitment and placement processes that are still carried out manually are often inefficient, lack objectivity, and face challenges in matching applicant profiles with the needs of partner companies. To overcome this problem, this research aims to design a web-based e-recruitment and employee placement application using the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. The PSI method is applied to provide an objective assessment of applicants based on predetermined criteria, such as work experience, education and skills. The system developed is also equipped with an employee placement feature designed to optimally match applicant profiles with the needs of partner companies. This research uses data collection methods through observation, interviews and documentation to understand company needs, as well as a system development method using the Waterfall model. The research results show that the designed application is able to increase the efficiency of the recruitment process, reduce bias in applicant assessment, and ensure more appropriate employee placement.

An automatic animal feeder is a tool used by animal cat owners to help ease their daily activities. When it comes to caring for animals at home, the most important thing is regular feeding. Regular feeding can make pets healthier and maintain their appetite. This is done with the aim of increasing pet owners' awareness of the food they feed their pets. Therefore, this automatic feeder was designed based on the Internet of Things (IoT). It consists of several components that are designed and connected to electricity and the internet. NodeMCU ESP8266 and Arduino IDE are the main components in the design of this device, allowing it to be operated using a smartphone. On the smartphone, users must download Blynk as a remote control for the automatic feeder. Through the Blynk app, users can automatically schedule feeding times for their pets. This research aims to assist pet owners who often leave their pets at home, ensuring their feeding times are maintained.

The increasing number of patients with various diseases at the Babe Therapy Practice requires an effective method to determine which diseases should be prioritized in handling. This study aims to analyze the prioritization of disease types using the Weighted Product (WP) method as a decision support approach. Data were obtained through interviews with the practitioner (Babe) and observations of patient records covering seven disease types: uric acid, rheumatism, hypertension, pinched nerves, stomach acid, vertigo, and GERD. The criteria considered include visit frequency, severity level, therapy duration and therapy cost. Each criterion was given a specific weight based on its level of importance. The calculation results using the WP method show that uric acid (gout) ranks highest, indicating it should receive priority treatment due to its potential to cause kidney complications. This study contributes to the application of decision support systems in therapy practices to improve service effectiveness and patient management.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, or OCD, is a mental health disorder characterized by obsessive thoughts and compulsive actions that are difficult to control. Providing appropriate treatment is crucial to prevent further impact on the quality of life of OCD sufferers. Unfortunately, initial diagnosis is often hampered by time constraints and difficult access to doctors or specialists. Therefore, researchers recommend a PHP-based expert system using the Certainty Factor method. This system mimics the way doctors think when diagnosing OCD, based on symptoms selected by the user. The Certainty Factor is used to calculate the certainty of the diagnosis based on the entered symptoms. The analysis shows that this system is capable of diagnosing with high accuracy, even reaching 100% in some OCD cases. These results demonstrate that expert systems can be a powerful tool for early detection of OCD, allowing for faster and more targeted treatment and care.

PT. Transima Citra Indo Consultant, a company engaged in the field of tax consulting, requires a reliable data security system to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information. One of the cryptographic methods that can be used is the One-Time Pad (OTP) method. One-Time Pad is an encryption algorithm with a very high level of security because it uses a unique key throughout the original message, thus ensuring that the encrypted message cannot be cracked as long as the key remains confidential. Therefore, this study will discuss the application of One-Time Pad in protecting employee data at PT. Transima Citra Indo Consultant as an effort to improve company data security. The results of this study are expected to provide significant benefits to PT. Transima Citra Indo Consultant in securing employee data, and also ensuring that only authorized parties can access it.
