<![CDATA[Studi ini memahami pentingnya mengingat tanda halal untuk makanan di fasilitas industri dapur pastry toko Roti Vandan Wangi. Masih banyak pelaku bisnis yang membuat produk yang tidak sesuai syariat Islam dan tidak memikirkan pentingnya mencantumkan label halal pada setiap produknya. Sementara itu, masih ada konsumen yang tidak memperhatikan apakah produk yang dibelinya memiliki label halal atau tidak. Pendekatan studi kasus dipadukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini. Metode dan pendekatan ini dirancang agar peneliti dapat segera terjun ke lapangan dan berkonsentrasi pada satu objek penelitian, sehingga menghasilkan temuan yang konkrit dan komprehensif. Metode pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah observasi dengan langsung mendatangi tempat pembuatan, memimpin pertemuan dengan pemilik Vandan Wangi Pastry kitchen. Pemeriksaan informasi dilakukan dengan menyusun informasi, menggambarkannya menjadi unit-unit, menggabungkan, merangkai menjadi desain, mengumpulkan informasi sehingga analis dapat menyelesaikan realitas yang terjadi di lapangan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi Vandan Wangi Bakery memenuhi persyaratan halal hukum Islam untuk suatu produk; suatu makanan dianggap halal jika memenuhi persyaratan tersebut. Hal ini tergantung dari bahan-bahan yang menggunakan bahan-bahan yang baik dan halal, tidak ada unsur kandungan yang haram, selain itu juga dilihat dari cara pembuatan, penyimpanan, pengiriman, penyajian yang paling umum juga tidak dilarang. makanan atau barang yang berantakan.]]>

<![CDATA[Â In Islam, counseling is a complete way of thinking about life. Ideas that can help human enjoyment, comfort, and satisfaction. Ideas have the power to lead humans along the best path to become an ideal human being, the path of self-actualization. Counselors must have at least four competencies, including instructional competencies, personal competencies, social competencies, and professional competencies, to be successful. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the counseling teachers at SMK Mandiri Tembung had good personalities in providing counseling services at school. Data collection techniques used are literature review and observation. As for the subject of research is counseling teachers at SMK Mandiri Tembung. The results of the study show that counseling teachers at SMK Mandiri Tembung already have good personality characteristics.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to study the operational security standards of bank services that can result in losses for customers and bank responsibilities related to customer losses for loss of customer money stored in bank accounts. The method used is a type of normative research using a statutory approach, especially banking regulations. Studies show that a standard bank security system that is less than optimal allows for skimming, phishing, system errors, or human errors that can be detrimental to depositors. Regulatory protection for savers with regard to using their savings in bank accounts can refer to the Consumer Protection Act, BI Regulation No. 16/1/PBI/2014 concerning protection of Consumers of Payment System Services and OJK Regulation number 1/POJK.07/2013 concerning protection of Consumers of the Financial Services Sector, and Article 1365 of the Civil Code. The Bank must be responsible for the deposit customer in the event that the customer's losses are incurred by the Bank. Settlement of customer loss disputes can be reached through two processes, namely the trial mechanism (litigation) and procedures outside the court (non-litigation). Legal protection for bank customers in terms of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection is a guarantee of legal certainty provided by banks to customers because basically this law protects consumers, including customers in general. In accordance with the consumer protection law, banks as business actors are obliged to serve customers correctly and honestly and provide true, clear and honest information regarding the conditions and guarantees of the services provided.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh supply chain yang terdiri dari supplier, konsumen, dan information sharing terhadap kinerja operasional pada Toko SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community). Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode random sampling, yaitu mengambil sampel secara acak dari Toko-toko SRC (Sampoerna Retail Community) yang berada di Kabupaten Kebumen. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 102 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa supply chain yang terdiri dari supplier, konsumen, dan information sharing berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is about the Implementation of Public Service Malls for the Community in Palembang City. However, in reality the MPP in Palembang City is not fully running well because there are still many complaints and complaints from the public to the government. The purpose of this research is to provide convenience, speed, affordability, security and convenience to the public in obtaining services. In addition to increasing global competitiveness in providing ease of doing business and obtaining facilities and infrastructure that can benefit recipients. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The research results show that, first of all, the low availability of human resources at MPP, the unavailability of comfortable facilities and infrastructure for recipients and the lack of socialization by the government regarding the existence of MPP in Palembang City. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of MPP for the community in Palembang City has not been effective, those that have been well maintained and those that are still more or less improved, especially outreach to the community.]]>

<![CDATA[Pandemi Covid-19 Indonesia saat ini memberikan dampak yang sangat besar bagi perekonomian lokal, termasuk koperasi. Indonesia saat ini memiliki masalah kebangkrutan koperasi yang meningkat drastis. Alasan prosedur ini adalah kebangkrutan koperasi atau anggota dan krediturnya. Studi ini mengkaji apakah perlu mengirim email ke koperasi ketika mereka bertindak lalai selama pandemi Covid-19. Sektor ekonomi sentral negara sebagian dikendalikan oleh koperasi seperti korporasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif. Krisis Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan situasi yang sama sekali baru yang dialami oleh seluruh dunia, khususnya negara Indonesia. Akibatnya, banyak pembaruan telah dilakukan pada sistem hukum, membuat penelitian ini sangat berguna karena mengkaji undang-undang kepailitan koperasi yang berlaku untuk krisis ini. Koperasi adalah lembaga yang dirancang untuk mengutamakan nilai-nilai kekeluargaan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan koperasi sangat tidak tepat dilakukan di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Untuk mencegah koperasi tutup selama pandemi Covid-19, pemerintah harus turun tangan dan melatih, memantau, dan memprioritaskan mediasi. Hanya dengan demikian koperasi dapat terus beroperasi dan bertanggung jawab kepada anggota dan kreditur.]]>

<![CDATA[This paper analyzes the discourse of the news text on the first money laundering case in the perspective of Norman Fairlough. The objectives of this research is to describe the linguistic aspect used in representing the character and the topic of proclamation. The method used in this paper is qualitative descriptive with techniques and strategies of critical discourse analysis model Norman Fairclough. The results show that there are three dimensions in the AWK model of Norman Fairclough: linguistic aspects of abbreviations, acronyms, idioms, foreign terms, discourse-interpreting aspects of nomination discourse.]]>

<![CDATA[Guidance and counseling teachers have a very important role in shaping the character and character of individual students. To achieve successful implementation of guidance and counseling is very closely related to the management of guidance and counseling in schools. The purpose of this study was to get a clear picture of the program and implementation of guidance and counseling as well as the obstacles of guidance and counseling teachers in coaching students at MTS Ar Ridha Medan Marelan. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods were carried out through observation, interviews, documentation. The research subjects were supervising teachers and school principals and 6 students. The results showed that the form of the guidance and counseling program at MTS Ar Ridha Medan Marelan included individual counseling, information services, and group counseling. Guidance and counseling activities carried out by guidance and counseling teachers have had a pretty good impact, this can be seen from the behavior of students at MTS Ar Ridha Medan Marelan. Obstacles in the implementation of guidance and counseling services are the lack of facilities because MTS Ar Ridha is a waqf from the surrounding community.]]>

<![CDATA[Investasi saham syariah merupakan salah satu bentuk investasi yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, di mana dana atau sumber daya lainnya diamanatkan dengan tujuan memperoleh keuntungan di masa depan. Dalam Islam, investasi dianggap sebagai bentuk muamalah yang mubah atau diperbolehkan, selama dilakukan dengan niat yang baik dan mengikuti prinsip-prinsip Islam, Jenis pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan studi literatur (literatur penelitian) dengan sumber data berupa data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi sebelumnya dan sumber referensi lainnya, hasil diskusi di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa saham-saham syariah dengan saham konvensional pada dasarnya tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan. Satu-satunya perbedaan antara keduanya adalah saham yang diperdagangkan di pasar modal syariah harus berasal dari penerbit atau perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria syariah (Shariah Compliance). Pemenuhan hak setiap pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya juga menjadi perhatian utama. Pembelian dan penjualan saham syariah dilakukan dengan selalu memperhatikan hak setiap pihak yang melakukan transaksi.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine whether the quality of academic services and learning support facilities have an effect both jointly and partially on student satisfaction in the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The population in this study were all students of the Islamic Faculty of Economics and Business, the number of which cannot be known. The number of samples taken was 100 students using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale which was compiled based on constructs summarized from various theories which were embodied in operational variables, while testing the research instruments was carried out through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was carried out through a requirements test consisting of a normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was an influence on the quality of academic services and educational facilities on student satisfaction in the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business at the State Islamic University of North Sumatra.]]>
