This study presents the Capstone Project, which seeks to digitize public services in Sukapura Village through a mobile application to address current conventional service challenges. The project introduces a village service digitization system integrated with the OpenSID system. The system offers accessibility for both the community and village officials. The project's aims include problem identification, effective solution provision, and implementation of digitized public services via mobile apps. Test 4 involves two distinct methods: alpha and beta testing. Alpha testing employs automation tests to examine mailing services, while beta testing uses Google forms for user acceptance tests. The alpha testing analyzes the flow of letter submissions encompassing various types. Pre-established objectives guide testing, considering 0.7 as the minimum reliability coefficient. Analysis of both testing methods indicates promising results in terms of user interface and experience, as sufficient data was gathered from the conducted tests.

In Indonesia, significant variations in rainfall are a severe challenge, especially in the Special Capital Region (DKI) Jakarta, which is very vulnerable to flooding and the effects of climate change compared to other coastal areas in Southeast Asia. This flood caused considerable losses to society, industry, and government. Inaccurate predictions of rainfall lead to difficulties in anticipating floods and landslides, causing an expansion of the impact of these disasters. Therefore, a solution such as "Extreme Rain Index Prediction Information System and Rain Radar-Based Flood Potential Warning System for Jakarta” is needed. This system uses SANTANU rain radar and GSMaP satellite data to visualize real-time rainfall with Server-Sent Event (SSE) techniques. It also employs a Random Forest model to predict extreme rainfall and potential flooding by combining the output from PyStep-based radar nowcasting and Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP). Even though the predicted flood potential is accurate (93.75% accuracy, AUC 0.93), the prediction of flood movement using PyStep is not precise (RMSE 2.8, IoA 0.57), affecting the accuracy of the flood potential prediction. This system visualizes rain from SANTANU and GSMaP radars in real time and estimates the potential for flooding. Further efforts are needed to improve predictions of flood movements for better accuracy of flood potential information.

In previous research, a tool has been made to detect soil NPK nutrient content with a screen display on the device. However, the reading results of the system cannot be monitored remotely. This research aims to develop a self-built IoT ecosystem to monitor the readings remotely. On the device side, a microcontroller can connect to the internet via a Wi-Fi network. The communication protocol selected is the MQTT protocol based on the pub-sub model. The software chosen to present the data is Node-RED. The service is self-hosted using a personal computer (PC). To be accessed from the internet, a tunneling service is used. The data presentation service obtained can be accessed remotely. Based on the test results, the MQTT protocol allows sending data only in the size of tens of bytes with an average delivery time of under one second. The data is presented in a dashboard that can be accessed via the internet with a browser.

Scheduling is a very important factor for the learning process at school, it is also very important at SMK Telkom Bandung. At this school, the schedule is still done manually. Because of this, many problems occurred, there were schedule clashes and the teaching and learning process was hampered. Therefore, a scheduling system was created using a genetic algorithm which is one of the optimization algorithms and can be used in various case studies such as scheduling subjects at school. With the application of the genetic algorithm, it can produce an automatic and optimal subject schedule. From several trials on the genetic algorithm, the best fitness value is 1 with an average execution time of 14.42990657 seconds. The results of alpha testing and beta testing show that the website created is running well and is feasible to use. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for admins, teachers and students to access schedules.

This research develops a prototype Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) monitoring system within a university building for remote access using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Addressing the growing need for security surveillance on campuses, the study uploads processed videos from the Network Video Recorder (NVR) to a Virtual Private Server (VPS), facilitating real-time CCTV monitoring through a website. UiPath, employed for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), automates commands, and the system stores processed video data in its database. The research results indicate that this system is capable of providing effective CCTV monitoring with real-time access through the website. Quantitative data shows user satisfaction survey with a success rate above 40%, answering "Agree" and "Strongly Agree" to each survey question. Website security testing was also conducted, achieving a 100% reliability and availability level for MFA technology. In conclusion, the prototype of this system successfully addresses the challenges encountered in remote CCTV monitoring at Telkom University Landmark Tower. Users can access the website through smartphones or computers connected to the internet.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is an automation solution for creating content on social media. This RPA technology can imitate human behavior. This process is assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to help produce video content using AI tools. Activities such as determining content topics, creating videos, saving videos and uploading them are done automatically. So that the resulting content can be maximized in its publication, it is necessary to determine a topic that can help it. Social media has trending topics which, if turned into content, can have an effect on increasing views, because the content can be more easily found by people who are interested in the content and motivate them to interact. Automatic content creation according to trending topics can be assisted through web scaping. Web scraping is a technique for getting information from websites automatically without having to copy it manually using Python. The implementation of web scraping is in the form of searching for topics that are trending on the Facebook platform.
