Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate how effective differentiated instruction is in enhancing the reading abilities of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 243/VI Bungo Tanjung. The study utilized a classroom action research (CAR) approach, implemented across two cycles of learning. The study involved 12 students from the fourth grade. Data collection methods included reading assessments, classroom observations, interviews, and document reviews. Findings showed a notable improvement in students’ reading performance after applying differentiated instruction, with average reading scores rising from 50% in the initial cycle to 75% in the subsequent cycle. Additionally, the learning environment became more dynamic, and students demonstrated increased enthusiasm toward learning. These results suggest that differentiated instruction effectively supports the development of reading skills among fourth graders at SD Negeri 243/VI Bungo Tanjung.

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the important role of libraries in schools to encourage the implementation of the learning process in organizing education which cannot be ignored. Research has been conducted on how library management in Merangin 1 Public Middle School is related to organizational structure, materials or library collections, services, cooperation, and regulations that apply in the library using a qualitative approach in which the data is analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display and data verification. The results of the research carried out that have been fulfilled are the functions of the library, while those related to how to collect/hold information, organizational structure, service and understanding of officers towards library management have not been fulfilled.

Abstract

Management (Managing) Processes and Technological Resources appropriately Fiqh Learning Materials at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin Class XII, the management carried out by the teachers there is quite good. However, the process of using technology at MAN 1 Merangin is still lacking. The research findings that we have carried out are that the process of using technology for Fiqh material at MAN 1 Merangin Class Then the management of technological resources has been managed well by the school because the principal facilitates technology so that teachers can use it in learning after training in the use of technology. In the research that the author conducted, the author used a descriptive method consisting of observation, interviews and documentation related to what happened in the field. The author’s research results found that appropriate management of technological processes and resources in Fiqh learning materials at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin Class XII has been carried out quite well so that students can study peacefully and comfortably.

Abstract

Technology is an important tool used by most people today because technology covers all aspects of life, including education. The aim of this research is to find out whether the technological resources in household mahligai learning in Man 1 Merangin have been fulfilled or not. The research was conducted on January 29 until 4 February using qualitative research methods. From the results of the research, it was found that in the household mahligai learning at MAN 1 Merangin, technological resources were not used in the household mahligai learning at MAN 1 Merangin and also at MAN 1 Merangin, they also did not carry out practices like those done in mahligai learning. Household like in other schools.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of facilitating the achievement of learning objectives of Class V Islamic Religious Education at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 189/VI Piang Merah II, besides that it also wants to know the facilities used to improve student achievement by increasing student performance in learning Islamic Religious Education. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, data was collected to find out this information by using observation to observe the learning process of Islamic Religious Education, interview methods to obtain information from Students and Teachers of Islamic Religious Education and other sources. The results of research conducted to achieve optimal teacher performance have attempted to develop and create situations in the school environment in accordance with applicable regulations, so as to create a generation that is intelligent and able to answer the challenges that will come in the future.
