Abstract

The aim of classroom action research (PTK) is to find out whether reward and punishment can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 35/VI Seling, Tabir District, Merangin Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles. The research carried out involved 20 students of SDN 35 / VI Seling, Tabir District, Merangin Regency, 10 of whom were girls and 10 were boys. Data collection methods are observation and testing. The data obtained was then analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the research showed that fifth grade students at SD Negeri 35 / VI, Tabir District, Seling Village experienced an increase in mathematics learning outcomes by using reward and punishment. Based on the average score of mathematics learning outcomes in the Pre-cycle students who completed it were 8 students (40%). In cycle I the average student mathematics learning outcome score was 12 students (60%), and in cycle II the average student mathematics learning outcome score was 19 students (95%). Apart from that, observation data from each cycle shows that students' attitudes have improved. Based on this analysis, it was determined that the reward and punishment approach could improve the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 35/VI Seling, Tabir District, Merangin Regency.

Abstract

There are 2 cases discussed in this article, namely: (1) What is the psychological condition that occurs in children at the Permata Child Care Center (TPA) Pinang Sebatang, (2) How is the religious development of children at the Pinang Sebatang Child Care Center (TPA). The aim of this research is to identify the psychological condition and religious growth of children at the Pinang Sebatang Child Care Center (TPA), Bangko City. To uncover this case in depth and comprehensively, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods which are useful for sharing data, facts and information regarding the psychological condition of children and the religious development of children in that place, after which the information is described, analyzed and discussed to reveal the case. From the research results, it was found that (1) the psychological condition of children in the Pinang Sebatang TPA has a psychological condition (normal) or the child has been able to adapt and relate well to the Pinang Sebatang TPA area for children with psychological problems. The condition of children (not normal) has a tendency to cry easily, get angry easily, feel insecure and unable to adapt to the area, (2) The religious growth of children at Pinang Sebatang TPA found 2 types of religious growth, firstly children easily accept the educational process and description. For example, in the process of learning to perform ablution, prayer, and learning to recite the Koran, children can receive education regarding these interpretations well. Second, it is difficult for children to receive religious education in the sense that there are children who have difficulty learning to read, learning to memorize and are unable to master what is being taught and are not yet able to model what is taught by their supervising teacher.

Abstract

Management (Managing) Processes and Technological Resources appropriately Fiqh Learning Materials at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin Class XII, the management carried out by the teachers there is quite good. However, the process of using technology at MAN 1 Merangin is still lacking. The research findings that we have carried out are that the process of using technology for Fiqh material at MAN 1 Merangin Class Then the management of technological resources has been managed well by the school because the principal facilitates technology so that teachers can use it in learning after training in the use of technology. In the research that the author conducted, the author used a descriptive method consisting of observation, interviews and documentation related to what happened in the field. The author’s research results found that appropriate management of technological processes and resources in Fiqh learning materials at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Merangin Class XII has been carried out quite well so that students can study peacefully and comfortably.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of finding out how to buy and sell inherited property that has not been divided in the village of Rantau Macang based on Customary Law and Islamic Law. It was known in the preliminary research that the sale and purchase of inherited property was unilateral, which occurred in one family consisting of five brothers. And according to the custom of Rantau Macang Village, the sale of inherited property that has not been distributed is sanctioned by replacing the same item or property as sold. In order to reveal this, research has been carried out with a Qualitative approach using methods of gathering power in the form of observations, interviews and documentation, which are then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the research found that the sale of undivided inheritance in the Macang Village Village occurred in several families, from the sales results not being known to all members of the family so that they were not distributed equally to all family members, although this still maintains good relations between families.

Abstract

Employee performance, both directly and indirectly, is determined by various internal and external factors. This study aims to analyze the effects of remuneration and communication on motivation and their impact on employee performance. A literature review shows that many studies exploring the relationship between remuneration, communication, motivation, and performance still reveal inconsistencies in results (research gap) and limitations regarding the context and approach used. Therefore, further research is important. The study was conducted at the Muaro Bungo District Attorney's Office, with 38 respondents, using a quantitative method. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques to test the relationships between variables. The research findings indicate that: remuneration and communication have a significant effect on motivation; communication and motivation have a significant effect on performance; while remuneration does not directly affect performance; remuneration and communication have an indirect impact on performance through motivation. These findings highlight the crucial role of communication in enhancing motivation and performance and show that, although remuneration does not directly influence performance, it still plays an important role in affecting performance through motivation. The implications of these empirical results suggest that organizations should focus on effective communication and adequate remuneration to enhance motivation, which in turn will positively affect performance. Another implication is that these empirical findings open up opportunities for further research in various organizational contexts, by expanding the analysis with additional variables that may influence this relationship, to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of Article 171 of the Compilation of Islamic Law concerning child adoption in Sungai Manau District. The results of the study show that the application of this law has not been effective in dealing with the problem of child adoption, where the local community still prioritizes the process of adopting children in a customary manner through family agreements and handovers, without involving legal proceedings in court. Although most of the residents of Sungai Manau District are Muslims, understanding of the provisions of Article 171 of the KHI is still low, and the lack of legal sanctions is one of the main factors that cause the high level of non-formal or illegal child adoption. This study uses an empirical juridical approach and finds that child adoption in this region is influenced by several factors, such as couples who have no children or only have children of a certain gender. According to Islamic law, the adoption of a child does not sever the blood relationship with the biological parents, does not change the inheritance status, and the adopted child cannot officially use the name of the adoptive parent. This study emphasizes the importance of stricter law enforcement and education to the public to increase awareness of the importance of child adoption in accordance with legal procedures.

Abstract

Technology is an important tool used by most people today because technology has covered all aspects of life, including education. This study aimed to determine whether the technological resources in household management learning at MAN 1 Merangin have been met or not. The study was conducted using qualitative research methods, using observation, interview, and documentation data collection methods. And the results of the study found that in household management learning at MAN 1 Merangin, technological resources were not utilized, especially in carrying out practices such as those carried out in household management learning such as Applications such as "Love Nudge" to improve couple communication and "Cozi" for managing household tasks can help in living a family life; and such as Social Media: Following pages and groups on social media that focus on family and marriage topics can provide insight and support from the wider community, as well as other learning technology resources.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing differentiated learning strategies in improving the reading skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 243/VI Bungo Tanjung. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two learning cycles. The research sample consisted of 12 fourth-grade students. Data was collected through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed an increase in students' reading skills after the implementation of differentiated learning, with an increase in the average reading test score from 50% in the first cycle to 75% in the second cycle. In addition, the learning process became more interesting and increased students' learning motivation. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that differentiated learning strategies are effective in improving the reading skills of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 243/VI Bungo Tanjung.
