Abstract

This study aims to examine whether the perceived usefulness and perceived convenience affect the interest in paying land and building tax using go-pay through the use attitude as an intervening variable. This research method uses quantitative description methods and primary data using a questionnaire. The study took a sample of 87 respondents who used go-pay and were taxpayers of land and building in Sleman Regency. The sampling technique using convenience sampling technique. Data were collected by leaving a questionnaire in the google form and questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on the attitude of use. Perceptions of usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitudes of use have a positive effect on interest in paying land and building taxes using go-pay. perceived usefulness and perceived convenience have a positive effect on interest in paying land and building tax using go-pay through usage attitudes.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the impact of corporate governance mechanisms on the potential financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. The corporate governance mechanisms considered in this study are management ownership, institutional ownership, percentage of independent commissioners, board size, and audit committee financial experts. The sampling method used purposive sampling and the data was taken from 108 samples. The analytical method was performed using logistic regression analysis. The results of this study show that institutional ownership is actively associated with potential financial difficulties. Other corporate governance mechanisms, such as management ownership, percentage of independent committee members, board size, and audit committee financial experts, are known to influence the potential for financial distress. do not have.

Abstract

Each business requires an effort to start thinking towards the sustainability of their business. Most businesses have a primary goal to take advantage, but now, they must turn to comprehensive thinking about other aspects beyond profit, namely people and planet. Profit, people and planet are often called tripple bottom line. Reinforcement the aspects of value proposition, value creation, and value capture, MSMEs in Indonesia will survive long-term. The study was conducted at the MSME community in Yogyakarta namely Pasar Kamisan, Pasar Moncer and Pasar Mustokoweni. We interview the main manager and community members. To support qualitative data, researchers conducted a survey to see the alignment of community missions with those of community members. As a result, members have felt that community managers have a strong commitment to support them in achieving a sustainable business model. However, in implementing this sustainable business model it is not easy. Various challenges faced by community managers as well as members.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether the differences entrepreneurial interests in five university students Yogyakarta seen from the use of social media that include the intensity of use social media, the number of social media (number of accounts and number of types) and the types of social media that are most often used. In this research, researchers use 100 respondents who come from Gadjah Mada University, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Sanata Dharma University, Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University and Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The data collection technique used in this research is incidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is independent sample t-test and one way ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in the entrepreneurial interests in Yogykarta, judjing from the use of social media.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors of people's lives, including the economic sector. The government has also taken various policies to break the chain of the spread of this virus. However, the reduced mobility of the people actually has an impact on the weakening of the economy. For this reason, this study aims to determine changes in people's mobility patterns due to the COVID-19 pandemic, analyze the effect of population mobility on economic activity, and forecast regional economic conditions in the fourth quarter of 2021. Big data is data on the movement of people's smartphones provided by Google can provide information on population mobility before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis using line and bar graphs, and regression analysis using mixed data sampling panel regression (Panel-MIDAS). The results of the analysis show that there has been a change in population mobility due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the policies implemented by the government. In addition, population mobility can be an indicator in nowcasting gross regional domestic product (GRDP) with an average error rate of only 6.57 percent. Population mobility in parks and workplaces has a positive and significant effect on GRDP. Forecasting results show that in general, the regional economy in the fourth quarter of 2021 will increase with the assumption that there will be no significant decline in mobility in December 2021.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the impulsive buying tendency at college students from five universities in Yogyakarta and to discover the difference on the impulsive buying tendency at college students from five universities in Yogyakarta according to their family background including their parents status and occupations. This research used 100 respondents as the subject of this research. The data collection technique used in this research is Sampling Incidental technique. The instrument tests used in this research are validity and reliability test. The analysis technique used in this research is Independent Sample T-Test. The result of this research shows that the impulsive buying tendency at college students from five universities in Yogyakarta, based on their parents status, there is no different impulsive buying tendency between those who raised in two-parents family and single-parent family. Meanwhile, based on the parents occupations background, there is different impulsive buying tendency between those whose parentsoccupation is civil servant and those whose are not

Abstract

OVO Mobile Payment is a new method of online payment which has existed and cooperated together with Grab since June 2018. This research aims to understand user's perception on Grab transportation application towards usage behavior of OVO mobile payment. The type of this research is a survey study. The research subjects are all users of OVO mobile payment who use online transportation in Jabodetabek and Yogyakarta. Sampling was collected using snowball method. The data was collected through a survey method by spreading online questionnaires and online interviews through Google Form. The result shows that user's perception of OVO mobile payment has an effect towards user's behavior. Those are caused by seamless coverage, trust, safety, and privacy of users when they use the OVO mobile payment in Grab application.

Abstract

This study aims to examine behavioral interest in GoPay user students in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model, perceived risk, and trust. This research is expected to contribute to solving the problem of GoPay user interest, developing the GoPay system, accelerating the cashless society in Indonesia, and slowing the spread of the Corona virus. This study uses a survey method for distributing questionnaires online. Respondents in this study amounted to 321 students. The sampling technique was carried out using the snowball sampling technique. The data analysis tool in this study uses SmartPLS 3.3.3. The result of this study is that the behavioral intention of students to use GoPay has a positive effect on social influence, hedonic motivation, habit, and trust. On the other hand, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and price value do not have a positive effect on the behavioral intention of students using GoPay in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Perceived risk does not have a negative effect on the behavioral intention of students using GoPay in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of consumer psychographic characteristics (purchase experience, consumer innovativeness, vanity seeking, and variaty seeking behavior) on attitudes towards makeup tutorial videos, the influence of attitude towards on makeup tutorial videos on brand image and the influence of brand image on purchase interest. Data was collected through a survey on 300 female respondents in Yogyakarta Special Region and Central Java, aged 15-45 years old. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that purchase experience, vanity seeking behavior, and variety seeking behavior positively effect attitudes towards makeup tutorials video, while consumer innovativenes does not affect attitude towards makeup tutorial video. Attitudes towards makeup tutorials video positively effect brand image and brand image positively effect purchase intention.

Abstract

Advances in technology have provided many benefits and conveniences as well as a new way of doing activities for human life. The development of technology known as the industrial revolution 4.0 brings many changes with all the consequences that require one to master in its operation, including competing in the digital economy. Indonesia as an archipelagic country has biological resources that make it have high economic potential. The agricultural sector plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. Agriculture is an activity of managing biological resources to achieve superior agricultural commodities in each sector. Indonesia's agricultural sector still has many problems such as capital and marketing. This research examines Deal Cash: Digital Marketing Platform for Independent Agricultural Products in Improving the Economy in Era 4.0. This research uses a literature study approach through qualitative descriptive research. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to describe the concept and benefits of the Deal Cash application as a form of marketing in improving the economy in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. Deal Cash is a research innovation in the form of a fintech-based digital platform as a solution for farmers from problems faced such as capital and marketing. Products that can be marketed include food crops, plantation, fishery and livestock products. Deal Cash has four main services, namely sales, purchase, distribution and capital loan services. Deal Cash aims to make it easier for related parties to carry out marketing, distribution or ordering transactions to meet their needs.
