Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and explain whether digital business literacy variables influence or do not influence product image in the Shoppe application during the Covid-19 period. The research method used is a quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. Data obtained from a questionnaire that was distributed to a total of 349 respondents. The variables in this research are Digital Business Literacy (X) and Product Image (Y). Researchers used SPSS Version 26 tools in the data processing process. The results of this research state that there is a positive and significant influence between digital business literacy and product image, so it can be concluded that the digital business literacy variable (X) influences the product image variable (Y).

Abstract

Financing has a very important role in banking whose main source of income is financial sector institutions. Financing can also become problematic if it is not reviewed properly and thoroughly by the financial institution, which will cause the financing to become problematic or stalled. This study uses a qualitative method. This research aims to determine the factors that can influence the occurrence of problematic financing and strategies for handling problematic financing at PT. Mitra Buana Asri Sentosa. Researchers conducted this research at PT Mitra Buana Asri Sentosa. Researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods to collect data. The results of this research are the factors that cause financing problems, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors are caused by a consumer selection system that is not yet optimal, and there is no consistent application of sanctions. External factors that cause financing problems are a lack of goodwill from consumers and the Covid-19 virus which has implications for consumers' inability to make payments. Strategy for handling problematic financing at PT. Mitra Buana Asri Sentosa is carried out using preventive strategies and repressive strategies. The preventive strategy is carried out by implementing a more thorough and optimal selection system for potential consumers, determining costs for consumers who will make a return and carrying out an assessment or analysis of financing applications. The repressive strategy is carried out by means of intensive billing, the 3R program (rescheduling or rescheduling, reconditioning or returning requirements, and restructuring or restructuring) and proposing a return or refund scheme. PT. Mitra Buana Mitra Asri Sentosa has relatively carried out sharia business management in Islam by including a balance of honor for parties or people who make it easier for people who are in debt, and for parties or people who prioritize repayment of their debts, in their internal regulations in the form of Procedures for Applying for Financing, and Strategy for Handling Financing Problems.

Abstract

The marketing mix is ​​a comprehensive business operating system intended to plan, price, promote, and distribute goods that meet customer needs and achieve company and target market goals. The marketing mix strategy implemented by Cafe Kopi Tubing is product, price, place and promotion. The products are in the form of food and drinks. The prices are quite affordable and have various prices depending on the type of food and drink ordered. The Tubing Coffee Cafe has a beautiful place with a natural feel. The promotion is quite effective using social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and other social media. The marketing mix strategy in sales at Café Kopi Tubing is by maintaining the delicious taste of the food and maintaining the quality of the raw materials for the product itself, using competitive prices with others, a beautiful place, and marketing it quite effectively. This marketing mix strategy has a positive influence on the crowd of customers who visit Café Kopi Tubing. According to the Islamic Economics and Business Perspective, the implementation of the marketing mix for Cafe Kopi Tubing is in accordance with sharia marketing. In terms of food and beverage products, always be honest and prioritize the quality of food and beverage products. In terms of price, the price is in accordance with the quality of food and beverage products. In terms of place, it provides a sense of comfort and a way that is easy for customers to reach. In terms of promotion, we always emphasize ethics in business, don't cheat, don't sell products that are forbidden by Islam, never force customers to buy their products, don't bring down other people's business in marketing their products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and explain whether the independent variables (Price and Service Quality) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Consumer Satisfaction). The method used in this research is quantitative and associative in nature. The subjects of this research are customers who shop at Alfamart Cibatok, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this research show that (1) the significance value is 0.002 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between price and consumer satisfaction. (2) The significance value is 0.000 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction. (3) Simultaneously the F count is 987.521 with a sinificance result of 0.000 and F table = F (k; n-k) = F = (2;97) = 3.09 which results indicate that the F count of 987.521 is greater (>) of 3.09 and sig value. of 0.00 is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that price and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction. From an Islamic economic and business perspective, the prices set by Alfamart Sat Raya Cibatok, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency are in accordance with Islamic economic and business concepts, namely using the principles of justice, mutual consent from both parties, no element of coercion, and no who is harmed by one of the parties (zholim). In terms of service quality, Alfamart Sat Raya Cibatok, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency has provided excellent service in running its business and is in line with Islamic economic and business principles. One of them is providing empathy to consumers by greeting them, giving a smile and giving individual attention wholeheartedly. Furthermore, to find out how much the independent variable explains the related variable, it can be shown in the correlation coefficient value of 0.952 which shows that 0.952 or 95.2% of consumer satisfaction can be influenced by price and service quality and the remaining 4.8% of consumer satisfaction is influenced by variables. other.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze Sharia Business Management. The Role of Sharia Sales Promotion Girls in Increasing Company Sales. The company in this case is Tokoh Amanah MM. This type of research is descriptive qualitative (field research). The data source used by researchers in this thesis is the results of analysis of interviews with informants (shop owners and sales promotion girls at Toko Amanah MM). The secondary data in this research are books, journals and the like. The final data used is tertiary data such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, internet and related. To obtain data from informants, researchers used data collection techniques with face-to-face interviews and Toko Amanah MM documentation. The data analysis technique in this research is inductive, namely based on certain facts, then analyzed until a general problem solution is found. Based on the results of research and search analysis carried out by researchers, Sales Promotion Girl's strategy in marketing Toko Amanah MM products is mobile selling. The Sales Promotion Girl's interaction at Toko Amanah MM is polite, friendly and smiles easily in selling products and transactions based on deliberative consensus transactions in accordance with Islamic law or the principles of muamalah or business in Islam. Another thing that plays a role in increasing sales of Toko Amanah MM is the Sales Promotion Girl's ability to know the products the store has, the level of intelligence in promoting products and skills in selling products well.

Abstract

Kartini Mandiri Lestari Cooperative which is a cooperative supported by the Damandiri Foundation which seeks to increase the utilization of the Modal Kita business unit to help the economy of the residents of Smart Mandiri Lestari Village (DCML) Pasarean Pamijahan Bogor, West Java. The current progress of cooperatives can be seen from the development of remaining business results which continue to increase every year. The Kartini Mandiri Lestari Village Unit Cooperative can improve community welfare, as proven by the existence of programs that have succeeded in improving community welfare. This research is field research with the type of research being qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, presentation and then drawing conclusions. The implementation of the management of the Kartini Mandiri Lestari Village Unit Cooperative in an effort to improve community welfare is considered good as evidenced by the implementation of good cooperative management. Cooperative management consists of member meetings, management and supervisors. The appropriate management processes implemented by the Village Unit Cooperative are planning, organizing, implementing and supervising. The effect of good Village Unit Cooperative management is that the community experiences increased welfare.

Abstract

In line with improving service quality and employee performance so that the company generates profits, company survival requires an assessment of the service quality and performance of the company's employees in order to produce consumer satisfaction even during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to determine and analyze consumer assessments of Service Quality and Employee Performance at PT. OOCL Indonesia, and its influence on Customer Satisfaction at PT. OOCL Indonesia. The results of this research show that there is a partially positive and significant influence between service quality on consumer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount compared to ttable of 2.777 > 0.278. Apart from that, there is a positive and partially significant influence between employee performance on customer satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount compared to ttable of 9.547>0.278. Then there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between service quality and employee performance on customer satisfaction with a probability value (sig) of 0.000, and a sig value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Fcount compared to Ftable is 101.815> 0.278. Sharia business management analysis, which basically positions planning, management, implementation and supervision in accordance with Islamic sharia, can be implemented in the service quality and performance of PT OOCL Indonesia employees. This is also indicated in consumer assessments of service quality and employee performance which have a positive influence on PT OOCL Indonesia consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of debt to gross domestic product of the Republic of Indonesia during the 2005-2012 administration of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, with the 2015-2022 administration period of Joko Widodo. The variables studied consist of two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The objects and data in this research are the ratio of foreign debt or loans and gross domestic product of the Republic of Indonesia during the 2005-2012 Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono administration, with the 2015-2022 Joko Widodo administration. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection method in the form of official documents from Bank Indonesia (BI), Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and other official documents. Using secondary data, then processed using the IBM Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 25, with the Independent Sample T-Test data analysis method. The results of this research show that the average value of the Ratio of Debt or Foreign Loans to Gross Domestic Product of the Republic of Indonesia during the Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono Administration in 2005-2012 was higher than during the Joko Widodo Administration in 2015-2022. There is a relationship and difference between the Ratio of Debt or Foreign Loans to the Gross Domestic Product of the Republic of Indonesia during the 2005-2012 Government of Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, and the 2015-2022 Government of Joko Widodo. In sharia management, debt is permitted with the principle that if the government has difficulty obtaining funds, it must not be beyond its capabilities (ghalabtid dayn), and the State must intend and make a strong effort to pay it and if it owes money to another party within a certain period of time, then it should record it.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, various government policies greatly affected human life, one of which was restrictions on work activities, this was felt by Wardah's company with the policy shifting its sales to online platforms. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain promotion variables, price variables and halal labeling variables that have an effect (positive/negative) or no effect (positive/negative) partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions for wardah products during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection using a questionnaire sheet and google form with a Likert scale measurement. The sample of this study used Isaac and Michael's formula with a total sample of 342 people with non-probabilistic sampling and the method used was purposive sampling. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS Version 23 and Microsoft Excel. The results of this study are (a) Halal Promotion, Price and Labeling have a partial positive effect on Wardah Product Purchase Decisions during the Covid-19 pandemic (b) Halal Promotion, Price and Labeling have a simultaneous positive effect on Wardah Product Purchase Decisions during the Covid pandemic -19.

Abstract

The results of the study show that first, sharia management includes planning management, organizing management, directing management, and organizational control management based on the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. Daarul Rahman's business has carried out management in accordance with sharia management. Second, sharia business management in the Daarul Rahman business unit proves that the Daarul Rahman business unit planning implementation uses a profit sharing system between business managers and product owners. The implementation of the organization of the Daarul Rahman business unit consists of business managers and business employees consisting of santri/santriwati or ustad/ustadzah. The implementation of directives for the Daarul Rahman business unit is given direct instructions to members of the collaboration to focus and be more creative in making food or products that will be entrusted. As for the implementation of control over the Daarul Rahman business unit, the manager pays wages to his employees exactly once a month.
