Abstract

The Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS Kesehatan) as the organizer of national health insurance for all Indonesian people, especially for Civil Servants, TNI/POLRI, Veterans and ordinary people, seeks to improve services to all BPJS Health participants. BPJS Health provides innovation in the development of the Mobile JKN application which is useful for facilitating the services of BPJS Health participants. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze sharia management of the Mobile JKN application, the factors of strengths and weaknesses and whether it has been able to improve services by using the Mobile JKN application at the Health BPJS Bogor City Branch Office. This research is qualitative in nature and the data collection method is by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. This data collection method was carried out on respondents, namely the Head of the BPJS Health Membership Section, BPJS Health service staff and BPJS Health participants at the Bogor City Branch office. The analysis used in this study is descriptive qualitative and to strengthen and complement the research results the authors add the data provided by the Health BPJS. The results of the study show that the Mobile JKN application has improved the quality of BPJS Health services at the Bogor City Branch Office, in addition to that BPJS Health has provided services that are accepted and benefited by participants. This is in accordance with sharia management which manages the organization to obtain optimal results and obtain blessings from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected restaurateurs so that the company has used various methods to boost sales, including a pick-up strategy to create roadside booths such as what Pizza Hut Delivery has done, including at its branches such as Pizza Hut Delivery Leuwiliang, Bogor Regency. This also affects human resource policies, so that human resource management is adapted to the circumstances of the Covid-19 pandemic. Even so, the situation was quite severe during the Covid-19 pandemic, Pizza Hut Delivery's policy in handling human resources during the Covid-19 pandemic was to pay attention to the rights and obligations of employees in terms of human resource policies such as health policies, working hours policies, honorarium salary and allowance policies, bonus policies, transfer and promotion policies, and employment termination policies. Human resource policies during the Covid-19 pandemic are still based on laws and regulations issued by the central and regional governments. In addition, by paying attention to the work agreement. This makes the sharia management analysis of the Pizza Hut Delivery policy quite balanced by taking into account the interests of the company and the interests of its employees or human resources.

Abstract

One of the businesses that is growing rapidly and has become one of the prominent businesses in Indonesia is the family business. CV Santosa, which is the object of this research, is a family business domiciled in Jakarta and owned by a non-Muslim family. There is a uniqueness in family companies where the majority of share ownership and management of the company are managed and owned directly by the family. In addition, the company has prioritized tolerance for Muslim employees. By allowing employees to wear headscarves, perform prayers, and provide a prayer room. However, in managing a company, a professional management system is needed, this can be applied to the principles of Good Corporate Governance which become a guideline for good corporate governance, including the principles of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness. Islam has a more complete concept, with the concepts of akhlakul karimah and piety to Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala which are the basic beliefs to avoid practices that break the law and are dishonest in accepting the Trust. This study aims to analyze sharia management practices of company management with a family ownership structure so that the company can be sustainable. The type of method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results in this study show that the two most important values ​​that are in line as the basis for realizing ethical corporate governance at CV Santosa are the values ​​of 'adl (justice) and the values ​​of nubuwwah (prophecy) where the Prophet Muhammad Sholallahu Alaihi Wassalam has a great nature. namely: sidiq (behaving honestly and correctly), amanah (trustworthy & responsible), tabligh (delivering and being open/transparent) and fathonah (smart). That in business the level of fairness, honesty, responsibility, transparency is very important.

Abstract

The marketing elements contained in every MSME business actor (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) include maintaining a quality product (product), the right price (price), attractive promotion (promotion), as well as a strategic location (place). The competition is so tight that the UMKM Nyonya Sambel must be superior compared to its competitors. Therefore, the marketing strategy plays an important role in determining the survival or failure of a business. This study aims to analyze a good and appropriate marketing strategy for Mrs. Sambel UMKM, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency and in line with sharia management principles. The research used a descriptive qualitative method using Strengths Weaknesses Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analysis and took place at the UMKM of Nyonya Sambel, Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. The results of this study indicate that Mrs Sambel's SMEs apply the components in the marketing strategy, namely Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning. UMKM Nyonya Sambel also formulates a 4P marketing mix strategy, Product, Price, Place, Promotion. In addition, there is conformity with sharia management principles, namely the principle of amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, the obligation to uphold the truth, the obligation to uphold justice and also the obligation to convey the mandate. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, Mrs. Sambel's UMKM is in quadrant I Growth (development), meaning that this position is a very profitable situation and continuous improvement is still needed.

Abstract

Payment of wages to agricultural workers in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency is highly dependent on an oral agreement between the wage earner and the wage earner. The payer in this case is the land owner or his representative. Recipients of wages in this case are agricultural laborers. This study aims to determine the system of implementing agricultural labor wages, as well as knowing the views of Islamic law on the payment of agricultural labor wages in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a qualitative descriptive research type. The data used in this study were obtained through observation at the research site, direct interviews with relevant sources in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, as well as literature studies or document studies. The results of this study indicate that the system of wages for farm workers during the rice harvest in 4 villages in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency is that for each farm worker, 5 gedeng of grain are received, so 1 gedeng is given as a wage for farm laborers, 4 gedeng is given to the land owner. In addition, farm workers receive food, drink, coffee and cigarettes. The wage system implemented has fulfilled the requirements in Islamic law.

Abstract

Optimalization of Intellectual Property Rights (HKI) protection for Small and Medium Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bogor Regency is not yet optimal. This can be seen from the large number of plagiarism practices (plagiarism) on MSME products. In addition, there are still many MSMEs that do not know the importance of IPR protection for the continuity of their business. IPR protection is very important for MSMEs to avoid plagiarism. That way, MSMEs can be protected in producing quality products and can compete in the global market. In this way, MSME product brands in Bogor Regency will be more well-known. This study aims to analyze IPR protection for MSMEs, especially in Bogor Regency. In addition, a review was carried out from a sharia point of view. This research is a qualitative research with data collection carried out through observation, interviews, especially with the Department of Trade and Industry of the Bogor Regency Government, with the Industrial Supervisory Section, and document studies. The results of the study show that the efforts of the Trade and Industry Office of the Bogor Regency Government in protecting IPR for MSMEs, are carried out through IPR Socialization and Assistance Process, also guided by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the central government or its representatives in West Java Province. No matter what these efforts are, there are always problems with the protection of IPR for MSMEs in Bogor Regency.

Abstract

Zakat has a big role in poverty alleviation efforts. For that we need good management and management. One of the non-governmental institutions that have the authority to manage zakat is the foundation. The foundation where the researcher conducted the research is called the Bonavida Singgeura Milir Indramayu Foundation (YBSMI). The author's goal of conducting research at this foundation is to find out the management's strategy in managing zakat, infaq and shodaqoh (ZIS), including what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors faced by the foundation's management. To answer these questions, researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques that researchers use are interviews, observation and documentation. After conducting research, the authors found that the strategy used by the foundation's management in managing ZIS was by conducting outreach from house to house or from mosque to mosque. In addition, the management also utilizes social media as a means of socializing various foundation activities. As for the supporting factors, in addition to the cohesiveness of all the management, there is also support from the management's family such as his wife and even his children, plus the support from the residents and the closest government agencies. While the inhibiting factors include the lack of public awareness to set aside part of their wealth for orphans.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the implementation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in collecting Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) funds at the National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) Cirebon Regency from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. The development of effective digital payment methods for collecting ZIS funds is essential to ensure efficiency, fairness and security in electronic transactions. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, observation, and document study. The results showed that the implementation of QRIS in ZIS fundraising at Baznas Cirebon Regency had a positive impact. QRIS speeds up the payment process, improves efficiency, and encourages wider community participation. In addition, the implementation of QRIS also supports a more equitable redistribution of wealth in society. However, there are also negative impacts that need to be considered, such as digital exclusion, privacy vulnerabilities, and risks of technology misuse. In the perspective of Sharia Economic Law, justice, redistribution of wealth, fairness in the payment mechanism, and the principles of Muamalah must be the main considerations in implementing QRIS. Based on the results of the research, it is suggested to Baznas Cirebon Regency to continue to improve community digital literacy, strengthen privacy protection and data security, and expand other payment methods to ensure inclusive access for all levels of society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, location, and promotional factors on seller interest in marketing products online during the COVID-19 pandemic. The number of variables studied were four, consisting of three independent variables and one dependent variable. The population used in this study were all sellers in Pamijahan District and Ciampea District, Bogor Regency, with a sample of respondents using the Lemeshow method. The sampling method used probability sampling with simple random sampling technique. The data used are primary and secondary data using a questionnaire technique in the form of a Likert scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Software Version 25. The results of this study indicate the influence of seller interest which consists of several factors, namely product, location and promotion together have a real and significant effect. positive. However, the location factor is more dominant which has a real and positive effect on seller interest, with a variable regression coefficient value of 6.283 which means that if the location increases by one unit, the seller's interest value will increase by 6.283

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that have wide employment opportunities, provide broad economic services, encourage economic growth, and play a role in realizing the nation. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of sharia entrepreneurs in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) regarding MSME Literacy in carrying out their activities in accordance with Islamic economic and business principles. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was the Random Sampling technique with the Tabachic & Fidell method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study indicate the effect of the independent variables consisting of reading literacy, understanding literacy, and practical literacy, which together have a real and positive effect. However, reading literacy is more dominant which has a real and positive effect on decisions in carrying out Islamic economics and business principles, with a regression coefficient value of 0.622 which means that if the practice literacy variable increases by one unit, then the value of the decision to implement Islamic economic and business principles will increased by 0.622. practicing literacy can encourage MSMEs in determining decisions to implement Islamic economic and business principles.
