Abstract

This study aims to obtain certainty of simultaneous data on the magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership style, work climate, work motivation, and teacher work ethic, on the organizational commitment of elementary school teachers at Guus RA Kartini in Denpasar City. This type of research is "ex post facto. The population in this study were all elementary school teachers of the RA Kartini Cluster in Denpasar City, totaling 212 people. Sampling using the solvency formula and taken randomly as many as 140 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and document studies. The collected data were analyzed by multiple linear analyses with Partial Correlation Analysis. The results showed (1) there was a significant effect of Transformational Leadership Style on Elementary School Organizational Commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.75% and an effective and relative contribution of 15.98% and 20.03%. (2) There was no significant effect of school climate on organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.11% and an effective and relative contribution of 08.66% and 10.86% (3). Work motivation has a significant effect on school organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.33 and an effective and relative contribution of 27.40% and 34.77%. (4) There is a significant effect of the teacher's work ethic on school organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of 0.35% and an effective and relative contribution of 27.74 and 34.77%. (5) There is a significant simultaneous effect of the principal's Transformational Leadership, Work Climate, Work Motivation, and Work Ethics with a significance level of 0.00 (0.00 <0.05) and a practical contribution of 79.79% to school organizational commitment in the RA Kartini Cluster, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City Education Office.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the implementation of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher Competency Development program at the Catholic Community Guidance Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bali Province in terms of context, input, process, and product variables. Then evaluate together in terms of context, input, process, and product, as well as the constraints encountered and the solutions. The subjects in this study were 60 Catholic Religious Education Teachers who had participated in Catholic Religious Education Teacher Competency Development at the Catholic Community Guidance Center who were selected based on census techniques. This research is an evaluation research with a quantitative approach using the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product). Data were collected by means of questionnaires, documentation, and interviews and were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. Data analysis was performed by converting the raw score into a Z score (z-score) followed by a T score and then converted into the Glickman quadrant. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the implementation of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher Competency development program in Catholic Community Guidance in terms of the context obtained effective results (+), the effectiveness of the implementation of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher Competency development program in Catholic Community Guidance in terms of input obtained effective results (+), the effectiveness of program implementation Catholic Religious Education Teacher Competency Development in Catholic Community Guidance in terms of the process obtained effective results (+), the effectiveness of the implementation of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher Competency Development program in Catholic Community Guidance in terms of the product obtained effective results(+). Overall, the evaluation of context, input, process, and product variables in the implementation of the Catholic Religious Education Teacher Competency development program at the Catholic Community Guidance is classified as very effective (+ + + +).

Abstract

This study aims to 1) analyze the contribution of organizational culture to employee performance in Undiksha, 2) analyze the contribution of organizational communication to employee performance in Undiksha, 3) analyze the contribution of work competence to employee performance in Undiksha, 4) analyze the contribution of work commitment to employee performance in the Undiksha environment, 5) analyzing the contribution of organizational culture, organizational communication of work competence, and work commitment simultaneously to the performance of employees in the Undiksha environment. This research is an ex-post-facto research. The population in this study were all State Civil Administration Employees (ASN) at Undiksha, totaling 236 employees. The sample of this research was 148 people determined using the Solvin formula with a margin of error of 5%. The designation of the sample was determined by simple random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis was carried out using simple regression techniques, multiple regression, and partial correlation with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that: 1) there is a significant contribution of organizational culture to employee performance in the Undiksha environment of 24.1%, 2) there is a significant contribution of organizational communication to employee performance in the Undiksha environment of 24.8%, 3) there is a significant contribution significant contribution of work competence to employee performance in the Undiksha environment of 37.2%, 4) there is a significant contribution of work commitment to employee performance in the Undiksha environment of 32.8%, and 5) simultaneously, there is a significant contribution to organizational culture, communication organization, work competence, and work commitment to employee performance in the Undiksha environment by 51%.
