Abstract

This study aims to determine the amount of contribution between the variables of servant leadership, student management, guidance and counseling services and self-concept to school culture. This research is classified as ex-post facto with multiple linear regression analysis design. The population in this study was 1,253 people. The research sample was taken randomly, amounting to 100 students. Data were collected by using a questionnaire with likert scale from the variable servant leadership, student management, guidance and counseling services and self-concept and school culture. Besides, the method of documentation and observation were used as complementary methods in obtaining the number of students in the school. The results showed that (1) there was a contribution of principal servant leadership to school culture by 0.561% 2) there was a contribution of student management to school culture by 3.36%; 3) there is a contribution of guidance and counseling services to school culture by 22.44%; 4) there is a contribution of self-concept to school culture by 24.68%; 5) there is a simultaneous contribution between servant leadership, student management, guidance and counseling services, and self-concept to school culture by 51.041%. This study has implications for the role of the principal in leading the school and the condition of the learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of the completeness of learning media, class management, and achievement motivation to the learning outcomes of Vocational Specialization subjects in class XI students of Hospitality Department at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada. The population in the study was 140 students. A sample of 103 students was obtained by random sampling technique. Data on the completeness of instructional media, class management, and achievement motivation were collected by means of a questionnaire and data on learning outcomes were collected by studying documents on student learning outcomes in the schools. Data analysis used simple regression analysis, multiple regression, and partial correlation. Based on the research data analysis, the results show that: 1) there is a significant contribution of the completeness of learning media to the learning outcomes of vocational specialization subjects in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 37.9% and an effective contribution of 14.39 %, 2) there is a significant contribution of class management to the learning outcomes of vocational specialization subjects in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 54.5% and an effective contribution of 23.32%, 3) there is a significant contribution significant achievement motivation on learning outcomes of vocational specialization subjects in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 54.9% and an effective contribution of 24.86%, and 4) there is a simultaneous significant contribution to the completeness of learning media , class management, and achievement motivation on learning outcomes in Pe Vocational interest in class XI students majoring in hospitality at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, with a contribution of 62.6%.

Abstract

This study was conducted to identify the contribution between the principal servant leadership variables, work motivation, and facilities' completeness and facilities to teacher performance. This research is categorized as ex-post-facto using multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this study was selected with a saturated sample technique so that the number of research samples was the same as the population, namely, 86 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire from principal servant leadership, work motivation and completeness of facilities and teacher performance. The study findings confirm that (1) there is a contribution of principal servant leadership to teacher performance by 7.4% 2) there is a contribution of work motivation to teacher performance by 28.55%; 3) there is a contribution of the completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance by 14.64%; and 4) there is a simultaneous contribution between the principal servant leadership, teacher work motivation, and completeness of facilities and infrastructure to teacher performance by 50.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the determination of servant leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction, and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada. This research is an ex-post facto research. The population in this study were 53 people and the entire population was used as the research sample. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is product moment correlation, partial correlation, and multiple regression. Data were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The research results are as follows. (1) there is a determination or an effective contribution of 13.08%, (2) there is a determination or an effective contribution of 21.17%, (3) there is a determination or an effective contribution of 24.26%, (4) there is a determination of an effective contribution of 13.69%, and (5) there is a joint determination or contribution of servant leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational culture on performance by 72.20% for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Sukasada, Buleleng Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation separately or together in the context, input, process, product and constraints that occur in the implementation of the Layonsari system in Undiksha FBS. This research is a program evaluation research using the CIPP model. The population in this study amounted to 1953 people, while the sample amounted to 376 people. Data context, input, process, product in this study were collected using a questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method. To determine the effectiveness of applying the Layonsari system the raw scores are transformed into Z-scores then to T-Scores then verified into the Glickman Quadrant prototype. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that: 1) The effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of context obtained effective results (+), 2) The effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of input obtained effective results (+), 3) Effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of process obtained effective results (+), 4) Effectiveness of Layonsari system implementation in terms of product, obtained effective results (+), 5) Evaluation results together with the Layonsari system application in terms of context, input, process, product results are very effective ( + + + +), and 6) The constraints faced in implementing the Layonsari system are 1) some managers are not of competent people such as high school graduates and are old enough, 2) some education staff are still not ready to use new applications looking at age and unpreparedness in technology, 3) Some of the students there are indeed students who are not ready because there are those who have not used smartphones or quota issues, 4) Funds used are still minimal, and 5) Guidelines are less clearly socialized to students.

Abstract

This study focused on the study of the contribution of (1) transformational leadership to the performance of the teachers of SMKN 1 Denpasar, (2) work motivation to the performance of the teachers of SMKN 1 Denpasar, (3) work ethic to the performance of SMKN teachers. 1 Denpasar, (4) job satisfaction to the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Denpasar, (5) transformational leadership, work motivation, work ethic, and job satisfaction to the performance of teachers at SMKN 1 Denpasar. This study used an ex post facto design involving 36 teachers from 137 teachers in SMKN 1 Denpasar. The data were collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results show (1) there is a significant contribution between transformational leadership to teacher performance, (2) there is a significant contribution between work motivation and teacher performance, (3) there is a significant contribution between work ethic and teacher performance, (4) there is a contribution which is significant between job satisfaction on teacher performance, (5) simultaneously there is a significant contribution of transformational leadership, work motivation, work ethic, and job satisfaction to teacher performance. Among the four predictor variables studied, all of them affect teacher performance so that the logical consequence is to improve teacher performance by increasing the value of transformational leadership, work motivation, work ethic, and job satisfaction. Reviewing the contribution of different influences, the most influential predictor is work ethic (X3) of 41.87%, this predictor should be prioritized to improve teacher performance optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Organizational Culture, Work Ethic, Work Motivation, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance in the Rectorate of Ganesha University of Education. This study is an “ex-post facto” study with a sample size of 124 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using inferential statistics with simple regression techniques, partial correlation, and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant contribution of organizational culture to performance, with a contribution of 80.3%, a correlation coefficient of 0.896, and an effective contribution of 22.84%; (2) there is a significant contribution of work ethic to performance, with a contribution of 97.1%, a correlation coefficient of 0.985 and an effective contribution of 18.13%; (3) there is a significant contribution of work motivation to performance, with a contribution of 61, 6%, the correlation coefficient is 0.785 and the effective contribution is 15.22%; (4) there is a significant contribution of work discipline to performance, with a contribution of 63.4%, a correlation coefficient of 0.796 and an effective contribution of 12.43%; and (5) collectively, there is a significant contribution to organizational culture, ethos. work, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in the Ganesha University of Education Rectorate, with a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.828, and a contribution of 68.62%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi kepemimpinan pelayan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional guru SMK Kesehatan Widya Dharma Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian “ex-post facto” melibatkan 25 guru di SMK Kesehatan Widya Dharma Bali sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner serta dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana, teknik deskriptif statistik, regresi berganda korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontrbusi yang signifikan antara: (1) kepemimpinan pelayan kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen organisasional guru dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 16,00%, (2) motivasi kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional guru dengan sumbangan efektif 61,10%, (3) kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional guru 18,10%, (4) secara simultan, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan pelayan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 95,20% terhadap komitmen organisasional guru SMK Kesehatan Widya Dharma Bali.

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether there is a relationship between situational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers in Elementary School Group IV, Buleleng District. The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the relationship of situational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers in Elementary School Cluster IV Buleleng District. This study is an "ex-post facto" study with a large sample of 59 people. Data collected by questionnaire and document. Data analysis was performed using simple regression techniques, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there was a significant relationship between situational leadership and the performance of elementary school teachers in Group IV, Buleleng District, with a correlation coefficient of 0.651 and an effective contribution of 28.18%. 2) there is a significant relationship between work discipline on the performance of teachers in Elementary School Group IV, Buleleng District. with a correlation coefficient of 0.534 and an effective contribution of 13.08%. 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment to the performance of teachers in Elementary School Cluster IV, Buleleng District, with a correlation coefficient of 0.520 and an effective contribution of 11.74%. 4) together, there is a significant relationship between situational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment to the performance of teachers in Elementary School Cluster IV, Buleleng District, with a dual correlation coefficient of 0.728 and its contribution of 53% to the performance of Elementary School Cluster IV teachers in Buleleng District. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between situational leadership, work discipline, and organizational commitment to the performance of elementary school teachers in Cluster IV Buleleng District.

Abstract

Teachers have an important role in improving the quality of education, teacher performance is influenced by internal and external factors. This study aims to determine the magnitude of the contribution of transformational leadership, work discipline and work motivation of teachers at the Denpasar Bali Health Vocational School. To achieve this goal researchers used an ex-post facto approach with a sample of 40 people. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. Based on the research that has been done it is produced that (1) There is a significant contribution of transformational leadership to teacher performance with an effective contribution of 31.27%, (2) There is a significant contribution of work discipline to teacher performance with an effective contribution 24.46%, (3) There is a significant contribution of work motivation to teacher performance with an effective contribution of 29,67%, (4) There is a significant contribution together transformational leadership, work discipline, and work motivation on teacher performance that is equal to 85.40%. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that transformational leadership, work discipline, and work motivation contribute significantly to teacher performance, thus these three factors can be used as predictors of teacher performance at SMK Kesehatan Bali Dewata Denpasar
