Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of work experience on employee performance, the influence of work motivation on employee performance, the influence of innovative work behavior on employee performance, the influence of work experience on job satisfaction, the influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, the influence of innovative work behavior on job satisfaction, the influence of employee performance on job satisfaction, the influence of work experience on job satisfaction through performance, Job motivation affects job satisfaction through performance, the influence of innovative work behavior on job satisfaction through performance in PT employees. Telkom Askes Sidoarjo. This research method is quantitative research that is processed by statistical methods. This research was conducted at one of the Government-Owned Enterprises, namely PT. Telkom Akses Sidoarjo, Popolasi this research is all employees of PT. Telkom Akses Sidoarjo which amounts to 120 employees, the sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The results of this study concluded that work experience affects job satisfaction, job motivation affects job satisfaction, Innovative work behavior affects job satisfaction, Work experience affects employee performance, Work motivation affects employee performance, Innovative work behavior affects employee performance, Job satisfaction affects performance, Job satisfaction affects performance, Work experience does not affect employee performance, Motivation Work affects employee performance through job satisfaction, Innovative work behavior has no effect on employee performance through employee job satisfaction pt. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kinerja karyawan terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kinerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kinerja, pengaruh perilaku kerja inovatif terhadap kepuasan kerja melaluui kinerja pada karyawan PT. Telkom Askes Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang diolah dengan metode statistika. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah sautu Badan Usaha Milik Pemerintah yaitu PT. Telkom Akses Sidoarjo, Popolasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Telkom Akses Sidoarjo yang berjumlah 120 pegawai, Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik probability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Perilaku kerja inovatif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, Pengalaman kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, Perilaku kerja inovatif tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Abstract

Abstract: This purpose of this study was to determine whether profitability, capital structure and company size have an effect on firm value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The period of this research is 2015-2020. The population used in this study were all pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. The research population data amounted to 8 companies, and the samples used were all members of the population, which amounted to 8 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis withpthephelppofpthepSPSS (StatisticalrPackagerforrtherSocialrSciences) program version 26. Therresultsrofrthis study indicate that the profitability variable proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), capital structure proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and firm size as proxied by total asset have a positive and significant effect on firm value Price to Book Value (PBV) in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period with a relationship level of 73% and the remaining 27% influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah profitabilitas, struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan berpenaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Periode penelitian ini adalah tahun 2015-2020. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini semua perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Data populasi penelitian berjumlah 8 perusahaan, dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu semua anggota populasi yang berjumlah 8 perusahaan. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas yang diproksi dengan Return On Asset (ROA), struktur modal yang diproksi dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan ukuran perusahaan yang diproksi dengan Total Aset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan Price to Book Value (PBV) pada perusahaan Farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indoensia periode 2015-2020 dengan tingkat hubungan sebesar 73% dan sisanya sebesar 27% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The data used in this study is in the form of annual reports of hotel sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2015-2020 period. The number of observations in this study were 35 consisting of 8 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with several criteria that the researchers determined. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of software for the operating system called SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 18.00. The results of this study prove that Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect on stock prices; Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect on stock prices; Operating Profit Margin (OPM) has a significant effect on stock prices. Abstrak: Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan sektor perhotelan yang terdaftar di bei periode 2015-2020. Jumlah observations dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 yang terdiri dari 8 perusahaan. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan ialah purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria yang peneliti tentukan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software untuk sistem operasi yang bernama SPSS (Statistical Program for Sosial Sience) versi 18.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Return On Assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham; Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham; Operating Profit Margin (OPM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions at the Siluet Collection store in the Sidoarjo area. The method in this study uses quantitative, researchers collect data through indirect interviews with store employees, besides that they also collect data through questionnaires given to 90 respondents who come from buyers at the Siluet Collection store. The data analysis technique used is parametric statistics assisted by the SPSS version 22.0 application. The results show that product quality affects purchasing decisions, service quality affects purchasing decisions, price affects purchasing decisions, three variables of product quality, service quality, price together affect purchasing decisions. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada toko Siluet Collection di wilayah Sidoarjo. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif, peneliti menggumpulkan data melalui wawancara secara tidak lansung kepada karyawan toko, selain itu juga melakukan pengumpulan data melaui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 90 responden yang berasal dari pembeli di toko Siluet Collection. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik parametris yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, tiga variabel kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of work fatigue, workload, and job satisfaction on work productivity of employees at CV. Medical Homecare. In the design section of this research, there is a type of research used, namely using quantitative research. This research is non-experimental research. The population in this study was taken from all employees of CV. Medical Homecare, totaling 50 employees, according to the number of employees in the company. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely saturated sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used IBM SPSS 25.0 software. The results of this study prove that work fatigue has a significant negative effect on employee work productivity, workload has a significant negative effect on employee work productivity, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee work productivity, and work fatigue, workload, and job satisfaction have a joint effect on employee productivity. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari kelelahan kerja, beban kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan CV. Homecare Medis. Pada bagian rancangan penelitian ini, terdapat jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini di ambil dari seluruh karyawan CV. Homecare Medis yang berjumlah 50 karyawan yang sesuai dengan jumlah karyawan yang ada pada perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu nonprobability sampling yakni sampling jenuh. Teknik analisi data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software IBM SPSS 25.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kelelahan kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, beban kerja berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positive signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan kelelahan kerja, beban kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
