Abstract

This research reveals the reality of early childhood education in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara as an area prone to radicalism, especially to see the policies and implementation of the counter-radicalization agenda in early childhood, including portraits of communication between stakeholders in tackling the spread of radicalism in Bima. This qualitative research took place from August 2018 to July 2019. The results showed that early childhood education institutions in Bima had not maximally used counter-radicalization content as teaching material even though they lived in the areas prone to radicalism. Communication between education stakeholders such as parents, educators, and the government has also not been effective. This is reflected in the lack of collective counter-radicalization action, so that preventive steps to counter radicalism seem minimal. The lack of coordination and communication for education against radicalization counter-narratives at the early childhood level has made hopes for an inclusive generation in Bima to be born.

This research uses a quantitative approach because the data presented is in the form of numbers. The method used is descriptive correlational. The research subjects were taken from 26th grade XI students. Data was collected using test, documentation and observation methods. Data were analyzed using IBM's SPSS version 26 application program. Hypothesis testing is done by statistical analysis techniques that are using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study concluded that there is an influence of moral theology learning outcomes and sociology learning outcomes together can have an influence on student character. It is proven that the significance value of the regression in the ANOVA test table is 0,000 (<0.05), then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The magnitude of influence is equal to 57.7%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of different learning methods and nauralist intelligence on critical thinking skills on science learning. This research method uses an experimental approach. The data in this resarch was collected with observation techniques for the implementation of learning and tests to measure naturalist intelligence and critical thinking skills. To determine the influence of different learning methods and nauralist intelligence on critical thinking skills on science learning, analysis was conducted with t-Test Two-Sample Assuming Equal Variances. There is an influence on students’ nauralist intelligence level on critical thinking skills taught by problem-based learning methods as evidenced by the results of the analysis where tcount = 6.89 > ttable= 2.03, thus positively correlated with a determination coefficient of 0.58. On the other hand, there is no influence on students’ level of nauralist intelligence on critical thinking skills taught by regular learning methods, which is evidenced by the results of the analysis where tcount = 0.06= ttable= 2.03, so it does not correlate positively with the coefficient of determination of 0.0001. From various literature stipulated that problem based learning is a teaching approach that uses real-world problems as a context for students to learn about critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as to obtain essential knowledge and concepts from the subject matter.
