Abstract

Abstrak: Mempertahankan keselarasan kehidupan antaragama harus dilakukan tanpa batas di semua lembaga di negara ini, termasuk di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan kebijakan tentang dialog antar agama dan perannya dalam menjaga hubungan harmonis antara Muslim dan Kristen di sekolah Kristen. Ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Kristen (SMPK) Seputih Raman Lampung Tengah. Kepala sekolah, guru Islam dan non-Muslim, dan siswa Muslim dan non-Muslim terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi partisipatif dan wawancara mendalam. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: 1) beberapa program, seperti kunjungan Masjid-Gereja dan sholawat sebagai tanda waktu sholat, terbukti sangat efektif untuk membangun harmoni hubungan Muslim-Kristen. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa dialog antar agama dapat ditanamkan secara efektif di lembaga pendidikan. Selain itu, kebijakan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi teladan yang baik bagi institusi lain.Abstract: Maintaining the harmony of inter-religious life should be definitely carried out in all institutions in this country including school. This study was aimed at revealing the policy on inter-faith dialogue and its role in maintaining harmonious relationship among the Moslems and Christians in a Christian school. This was a qualitative study with the case study method. The study was conducted in Christian Junior High School of Seputih Raman Lampung Tengah. The principals, Moslem and non-Moslem teachers, and moslem and non-Moslem students were involved in the study. The data were collected by participatory observation and in-depth interviews. The finding of the study revealed that: 1) the leaders at this school has long paid big attention to the policy on inter-faith relationship, 2) the research participants perceived that the brotherhood is not limited by the religion, 3) some programs, such as Mosque-Church visit and salawat as the sign of prayer time, were proven very effective to build the harmony of Moslem-Christian relationship. This study concludes that the inter-faith dialogue could be implanted effectively in educational institution. Furthermore, this policy is expected to be a good role model for other institutions.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the correlation between three variables, namely, interpersonal, intrapersonal and emotional intelligence at the fifth grade students in Muhammadiyah Elementary School Ponorogo at the 2016/2017 Academic Year.  It employed correlational research design. The population of this present research was 125 students of the fifth grade students in Muhammadiyah Elementary School Ponorogo and it assigned 94 students as sample by using proportinate random sampling technique. The data was collected through questionnaire. It utilized multiple correlations formula by using SPSS 16 for Windows as data analysis. The findings showed that there is significant correlation of interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence on emotional intelligence at the fifth grade students in Muhammadiyah Elementary School Ponorogo at the 2016/2017 Academic Year and its value was 0.75.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat korelasi kecerdasan interpersonal dan intrapersonal dengan kecerdasan emosi siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif berjenis korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 125 siswa. Dengan menggunakan teknik proportinate random sampling diperoleh 94 siswa sebagai sampel.  Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan teknik korelasi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kecerdasan interpersonal  dan intrapersonal dengan kecerdasan emosi siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Ponorogo tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,75.

Abstract

Abstract: This article discuss the description of educational services products, the implications of education services products to the excellent image school and  the strategy of product development of education services at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo. It employed qualitative approach and case study research. The result of analysis showed that First, in creating educational product and program is carried by forming a series of activities including core benefit, basic product, expected product, augmented product, potential product and conducted observation, design product, socialization product, implementation product, evaluation product. Second, the strategy of educational product development services is conducted by changing old products, formulating similar products or programs and rearranging educational products or programs. Thirdly, in realizing its image as a superior school can be seen from three aspects, namely input, process and output. While the implication of education program or product can be carried out through the increasing of customer satisfaction.  Abstrak: Artikel ini akan membahas tentang bagaimana deskripsi produk jasa pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo, bagaimana implikasi produk jasa pendidikan terhadap citra madrasah unggul di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo dan bagaimana strategi pengembangan produk jasa pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Berdasarkan kajian dalam artikel ini, maka dapat disimpulkan: Pertama, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo dalam menciptakan produk atau program pendidikannya dilakukan dengan membentuk rangkaian kegiatan yang meliputi core benefit, basic product, expected product, augmented product, potential product dan melakukan alur observation, design product, socialization product, implementation product, evaluation product. Kedua, strategi pengembangan produk jasa pendidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo dilakukan dengan mengubah produk lama, merumuskan produk atau program yang sejenis dan menata ulang produk atau program pendidikan. Ketiga, Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo dalam mewujudkan citranya sebagai madrasah unggul dapat dilihat dari tiga aspek, yaitu input, proses dan output. Sedangkan implikasi produk atau program pendidikan terhadap citra madrasah unggul di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Alam Islamic Center Ponorogo ini adalah dengan meningkatnya kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Abstract: The existence of Ma'had Aly is projected to be an Islamic squad institution in the globalization era which has good capability and integrity. Therefore, the role of ulama (Islamic preach) is not only in the religious field but also in the social one. The era of globalization marked by the existence of big competition in all fields became a challenge for ulama candidate. Ma'had Aly's strategic step in restoring ulama is by conducting curriculum management. This study aims to analyze and explain the planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation of the curriculum of Ma'ad Aly Hasyim Asyari Tebuireng Jombang Islamic Boarding School, so that graduates can compete actively in the era of globalization. This research employed qualitative research. The results of the study showed  that the management of this curriculum produces ulama candidate who are equipped with main four pillars in accordance with the characteristics of al-ulama al-akhi> mutafaqqih spirits who respond, face and compete in the globalization era. The main four pillars are stability of aqeedah and spiritual, nobleness of students, the breadth of knowledge and professional maturity.Abstrak: Keberadaan Ma'had Aly diproyeksikan menjadi lembaga kaderisasi ulama di era globalisasi yang mumpuni dan berintegritas. Maka, peran ulama tidak hanya dalam bidang religius semata tetapi juga dalam bidang sosial. Era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan adanya mega kompetisi di segala bidang menjadi tantangan bagi para kader ulama. Langkah strategis Ma’had Aly melakukan regenerasi ulama di era globalisasi adalah dengan melakukan manajemen kurikulumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi, dan evaluasi kurikulum Ma’had Aly Hasyim Asyari Pesantren Tebuireng Jombang, sehingga lulusannya dapat berperan dan berkompetisi aktif di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa dengan manajemen kurikulum ini menghasilkan kader-kader ulama yang dibekali empat pilar utama sesuai dengan ciri al-ulama al-akhi>roh yang mutafaqqih yang mapu merespn, menghadapi dan berkompetisi di era globalisasi dengan berbekal empat pilar utama yaitu: kemantapan aqidah dan kedalaman spiritual, keluhuran akhlaq mahasiswa, keluasan ilmu pengetahuan dan kematangan profesional.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explain the planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and impact of self-esteem development in improving educator performance in TKIT 2 Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo. It employed qualitative research design. The result of data analysis showed that  self-esteem development process in improving educator's performance in TKIT 2 Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo in accordance with theory of function of planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation of self-esteem development. The development of self-esteem in TKIT 2 Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo has a positive impact in improving the performance of educators as well as supports the development activities of self-development and career of educators. This is in line with the theory of the characteristics of self-esteem development activities and the variables that affect performance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan dampak pengembangan self-esteem (harga diri) dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik di TKIT 2 Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan: proses pengembangan self-esteem dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik di TKIT 2 Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo sesuai dengan teori fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pengembangan self-esteem. Pengembangan self-esteem di TKIT 2 Qurrota A’yun Ponorogo berdampak positif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pendidik dan juga dapat mengcover kegiatan pengembangan diri maupun pengembangan karir pendidik. Hal ini sesuai dengan teori ciri-ciri kegiatan pengembangan self-esteem dan variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja.

Abstract

Abstract: Thailand is one of the countries in Southeast Asia which has  majority of Buddhist inhabitants. Muslims who occupy areas of Southern Thailand in this country become a minority, including in education. The conflict that occurred in the South Thailand region brings out the implementation of a model of collective leadership in Bamrung Islam School Pattani. Bamrung Islam School had experienced leadership void for several periods. This resulted in a non-conducive school management situation. Responding to this situation, the family council agreed to implement a collective leadership model. Based on the process of data collection and analysis, this study yields three findings. First, Collective Leadership in Bamrung Islam School Pattani. in the form of an organization consisting of mudir-mudir madrasah, which is then called majlis mudir or board of riasah. They lead and nurture both school and boarder students collectively based on seniority from the kinship line. In carrying out the leadership and caring, the mudir majlis is assisted by an assembly of a'wan and the coordinating council. Second, the factors that encourage collective leadership patterns in Bamrung Islam School are: (1) the effort to create a forum for musyawarah and build joint strengths; (2) the encouragement of the decision of the family assembly; (3) the encouragement of the social environment; (4) modeling and inheriting the values of the prophet's leadership. Third, the steps taken in order to establish joint decisions and policies in Bamrung Islam School is through the phase of identification of the problem (intelligence phase), determine the alternatives of the problem (design phase) and choose the choice (choice phase) or decision then implement the results of the decision the (implementation phase). Abstrak: Thailand  adalah  salah  satu  dari  negara Asia Tenggara yang apabila ditinjau dari sudut agama yang dianut oleh penduduknya, mayoritas beragama  Budha. Muslim yang banyak menempati wilayah Thailand Selatan di negara ini menjadi minoritas termasuk dalam hal pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan mengkaji tentang Sistem Pengambilan Keputusan Dalam Model Kepemimpinan Kolektif Di Bamrung Islam School Pattani Thailand. Konflik yang terjadi di daerah Thailand Selatan melatarbelakangi penerapan model kepemimpinan kolektif di Bamrung Islam School Pattani. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga temuan. Pertama, Kepemimpinan kolektif di Bamrung Islam School Pattani berbentuk  organisasi  yang beranggotakan  mudir-mudir madrasah,  yang  kemudian disebut  majlis  mudir atau dewan riasah.  Mereka  memimpin dan  mengasuh  pelajar baik sekolah maupun asrama  secara  bersama-sama  (collective)  yang  didasarkan  pada senioritas dari garis kekerabatan (kinship). Dalam melaksanakan kepemimpinan dan kepengasuhan,  majlis  mudir  dibantu  oleh majelis a’wan dan dewan koordinator. Kedua, Faktor-faktor yang mendorong pola kepemimpinan kolektif di Bamrung Islam School antara lain adalah: (1) usaha menciptakan wadah musyawarah dan membangun kekuatan bersama, (2) dorongan keputusan bersama majelis keluarga, (3) dorongan dari lingkungan sosial, (4) peneladanan dan pewarisan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan nabi. Ketiga, tahapan yang ditempuh dalam rangka menetapkan keputusan dan kebijakan bersama di Bamrung Islam School yaitu melaui tahapan identifikasi masalah (intelligence phase), menentukan alternatif-alternatif pemecahan masalah (design phase) dan menentukan pilihan (choice phase) atau keputusan kemudian melaksanakan hasil dari keputusan tersebut (implementation phase).

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to explain the objectives, materials, strategies, and evaluations that have been formulated from us}u>l al-fiqh learning in Religious Madrasah Aliyah (MAK) in Islamic boarding schools in Ponorogo district, especially at MAK Pondok "Hudatul Muna" Islamic Boarding School Jenes Ponorogo, MAK "Al-Islam" Islamic Boarding School Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo, and MAK "Darul Huda" Islamic Boarding School Mayak Ponorogo. This study employed qualitative approach and researchers themselves are key instruments, while other instruments are supporting instruments. This type of research is a multi-case study (multi-case studies). The findings showed that the teaching and learning of  us}u>l al-Fiqh in MAK in the Islamic boarding school at Ponorogo are in the following: First, the learning objectives developed are by using 3 eclectic approaches, namely subject-academic, humanistic, and technological approaches. However, it has not been developed using the reconstruction-social approach. Second, the structure of learning material is included in the structure of subject matter in an integral system (manhaj al-mawa> dd al-mutarabit} ah), which cannot be separated from other subjects, such as al-Qur'a> n, al-Hadith, al -Tafsi> r, Ulu> m al-Qur'an> n, Ulu> m al-Hadi> th, al-Fiqh, 'Ilm al-Nahw, and' Ilm al-S} arf. Third, learning activities have two main functions, namely [1] the task as profession, namely educating, teaching and training; [2] the task of humanity, namely being a supplementary parent, and self-transformation. Third, the learning evaluation system is one of the factual ways to see the basic competencies and abilities of students in mastering the material individually.Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan tujuan, materi-materi, strategi-strategi, dan evaluasi yang telah dirumuskan dari pembelajaran us}u>l al-fiqh pada Madrasah Aliyah Keagamaan (MAK) di lingkungan pondok pesantren di kabupaten Ponorogo, khususnya di MAK Pondok Pesantren ”Hudatul Muna” Jenes Ponorogo, MAK Pondok Pesantren ”Al-Islam” Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo, dan MAK Pondok Pesantren ”Darul Huda” Mayak Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, latar alami (natural setting) sebagai sumber data langsung dan peneliti sendiri merupakan instrumen kunci, sedangkan instrumen lain sebagai instrumen penunjang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi multi-kasus (multi-case studies). Dari hasil penelitian tentang pembelajaran  us}u>l al-Fiqh pada MAK di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren kabupaten Ponorogo ini, temuan peneliti yaitu: Pertama, Tujuan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan adalah dengan menggunakan 3 pendekatan secara eklektik, yaitu subyek-akademis, humanistis, dan teknologis. Dan belum dikembangkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan rekonstruksi-sosial. Kedua, Struktur materi pembelajaran termasuk dalam struktur materi pelajaran dengan sistem integral  (manhaj al-mawa>dd al-mutarabit}ah), yakni tidak bisa dilepaskan dari mata pelajaran lain, seperti al-Qur'a>n, al-Hadith, al-Tafsi>r, Ulu>m al-Qur'a>n, Ulu>m al-Hadi>th, al-Fiqh, 'Ilm al-Nahw, dan 'Ilm al-S}arf. Ketiga, Kegiatan pembelajaran  mempunyai dua fungsi utama, yaitu [1] tugas profesi, yakni mendidik, mengajar dan melatih; [2] tugas kemanusiaan, yakni menjadi orangtua kedua, dan transformasi diri. Ketiga, Sistem evaluasi pembelajaran adalah merupakan salah satu cara yang tepat untuk melihat standar kompetensi dan kemampuan dasar santri dalam penguasaan materi secara individual.
