Abstract

Technological developments in all aspects of life today are urgently needed, this can be seen from the many technologies that have replaced human jobs. As with the fish column at home, the work that is routinely done in the fish column is to replace the water in it if it is too cloudy so that it looks clean and creates good conditions for the development and health of the fish. Usually, fish farmers will make a schedule to check water quality and replace it. This work can sometimes take up time, especially when busyness increases and if you are late or forget to change the water in the pond, it can harm the condition of the fish in it. To help overcome this problem, equipment has been designed to monitor the turbidity level of the water that can be monitored from anywhere and at any time. This study aims to produce a tool that can monitor and control the condition of the level of water turbidity in fish ponds so that fish growth can be maximized. This monitoring is carried out regularly in real-time using IoT (Internet of Things) so that it can facilitate monitoring without the need to come directly to the pond location. This research succeeded in creating a monitoring system that can detect the turbidity of aquarium water using the ESP 32 tool and display on the Blynk application automatically in real-time.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology currently provides many benefits to humans. For example, the development of software or various technological tools that support activities and provide convenience in human life. With the development of the times, software is increasingly sophisticated in various fields, one of which is the field of education. In supporting the learning process, the education sector must follow and adapt existing technology. As is the case with learning media that currently uses an Android-based operating system. Therefore, it is very necessary to educate and teach how to build applications using the operating system. Based on the current problems, the authors provide an educational solution with "Utilization of MIT App Inventor Tools as Learning Media for Creating Android-Based Applications". The data collection technique in this study is a systematic analysis of observations by looking for document similarities. Data collection was also carried out through a literature review by looking for references, journals and documents related to this research. With current technological developments, educational institutions, especially universities, use a lot Android as a means of learning media. As a user of Android, Higher Education also has innovations in studying the provision of materials such as creating various Android-based applications, one of which is the MIT App Inventor. Based on the research process carried out, it can be concluded four things, namely MIT App Inventor is an alternative tool for creating Android-based applications, MIT App Inventor has a visual interface that is easier for ordinary people to learn to use, Visual design in making programs using the method drag-and-drop components, and tools MIT App Inventor also works fine.

Abstract

Computer Networks Refers To Computing Devices That Are Connected And Can Exchange Data And Share Resources With. These Network Devices Use A System Of Rules, Known As A Communication Protocol, To Transmit Information Via Physical Or Wireless Technology. Two Computers Can Be Said To Be Connected In A Network If Both Have The Ability To Communicate And Exchange Information. The Author Chooses A Place At The Patria Gadingrejo Pringsewu Senior High School, Lampung. Computer Network Implementation Using Star Topology. In This Paper, A Computer Network Is Simulated At Patria Gadingrejo Pringsewu High School, Lampung, INDONESIA. Using Draw.Io Software As A Simulation Tool. Simulation Data Obtained From Computer And Network Engineering Laboratory Room, Accounting Laboratory Room And General Laboratory Room. Each Laboratory Room Has 1 Switch And 1 Wireless Router. The Performance Analyzed Is Packet Loss, Delay And Throughput. The Simulation Results Using Draw.Io Software Show That The Delay That Occurs In The Computer And Network Engineering Laboratory Is 30.4 Ms, The Accounting Laboratory Is 43.4 Ms And The General Laboratory Is 50.2 Ms. While The Entire Room Does Not Experience Packet Loss During The Simulation Process. The Throughput Results For TKJ-Laboratory Rooms Are 0.51 kbps, For Akuntansi-Laboratory Rooms Are 0.38 Kbps And for general Laboratory Rooms Are 0.37 kbps.

Abstract

This research conducted in Lampung Province, Indonesia, aims to investigate the factors influencing the issuance of opinions on the financial statements of district governments. The study utilizes interviews processed through to analyse and design of  the Financial Statement Accountability Management Information System (SIMALK) application to analyze the impact of technology utilization and oversight on financial reporting. Findings reveal that the Reasonable Without Exception (WTP) opinion by BPK RI is supported by the internal control system within SIMALK and oversight by the Inspectorate, rather than the presence of the SPI. The flowchart of SIMALK illustrates a systematic data processing and decision-making workflow. Financial supervision involves audits by district and provincial inspectorates, ensuring compliance with budgetary allocations and financial accountability. The study underscores the importance of public sector financial reporting in promoting transparency and accountability, highlighting the need for continuous training, technological infrastructure, and commitment from local governments to enhance governance practices and stakeholder trust.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a mobile-based online journal system for higher education institutions, addressing the need for improved accessibility and efficiency in academic publishing. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, including comprehensive surveys and interviews with students, lecturers, and researchers to gather insights on user requirements and preferences. The findings reveal that the current online journal systems lack flexibility and mobile compatibility, with a mobile-ready test scoring only 0.9 out of 1, indicating it is running fine but a pressing need for enhancement. The proposed mobile journal system not only facilitates easier access to research articles but also streamlines the publishing process, significantly improving user engagement and satisfaction. In conclusion, the implementation of a mobile journal information system is essential for fostering a more inclusive academic environment, and future research should focus on integrating advanced technologies to further enhance system functionality and security.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the supplier selection process at Corporate XYZ by implementing the Fuzzy Mamdani Expert System, which addresses the complexities of evaluating suppliers in a service-oriented business environment. The study employs a fuzzy logic approach to assess suppliers based on multiple qualitative and quantitative criteria, including cost efficiency, reliability, and scalability. The methodology involves fuzzification of input data, rule base evaluation, and the application of the Mamdani inference system to derive crisp scores for each supplier. The findings indicate that Supplier A scored 85 points, outperforming Supplier B, which scored 70 points, highlighting the effectiveness of the evaluation process. Additionally, the research identifies potential risks associated with suppliers, such as pending legal documentation, which could impact their overall scores. The conclusion emphasizes that the Fuzzy Mamdani Expert System not only facilitates informed decision-making in supplier selection but also fosters continuous improvement through a feedback loop mechanism. This study contributes to the field of supply chain management by demonstrating the applicability of fuzzy logic in optimizing supplier evaluations, ultimately leading to better supplier relationships and cost efficiencies for organizations. Future research is suggested to explore the integration of additional criteria and advanced analytical techniques.
