<![CDATA[This research is entitled "Construction of Reporting on the Kanjuruhan Tragedy (Framing Analysis at Detik.com)." The background of this research is because the Kanjuruhan Tragedy is one of the major events in the history of Indonesian football which resulted in many victims and hundreds of victims died. The purpose discussed in this study is to find out how to analyze framing and news construction related to the Kanjuruhan tragedy in the online media Detik.com. This study used qualitative research methods. The theory used in this study is the Zhongdang and Pan Kisocki framing theory using 4 framing tools, namely, syntax, script, thematic and rhetorical. Based on the results of the research by analyzing 8 news stories, it was found that regarding the reporting on the Kanjuruhan tragedy, the Detik.com media tried to be objective by positioning themselves as a neutral party and applying the principle of balance. However, in several news stories, Detik.com tries to sway public opinion. This can be seen from the several frames built into the news text.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRACT: The thesis is entitled "Ustaza Lasminora's Method of Da'wah towards Religious Understanding in the Al-Fatah Mosque Congregational Regular Recitation". The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation with data analysis techniques including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The research results of Ustaza Lasminora's da'wah method on religious understanding at Al-Fatah Mosque Congregational Regular Recitations are by using the Al-Hikmah da'wah method: in which the congregation gets many lessons about life, one of which is by gaining an understanding of religious knowledge on an understanding that has been confused so far. Da'wah Mau'idzatatil Hasanah: carried out by providing religious knowledge that is beneficial to the congregation as well as Ustadza Lasminora including trustworthy leaders, increasing patience, perseverance and inviting the right path by guiding the congregation to discuss with each other or just exchanging ideas becomes a very important thing where things This can strengthen the ties of friendship and sympathy, and obtain happiness in this world and the hereafter. And da'wah mujaddalah: namely honesty and truth. Then da'wah is presented in a simple, simple and down-to-earth way that is close to the reality of the daily life of the congregation, so that in this way it can really be practiced in everyday life in understanding the issues of aqidah, sharia and morals.]]>

The conclusion is that the Strategic Management used by the management of the PII Palembang City organization is Pre-Batra Indonesian Islamic Students, Cadre Follow Up Activities and approaches taken between organizational management and prospective members.]]>

<![CDATA[The increasing number of motorized vehicles every year which is not matched by road facilities and human negligence often results in traffic accidents. A traffic accident where the perpetrator is irresponsible, by leaving the victim alone without stopping the vehicle, and not providing assistance is called a hit and run. The crime of hit and run is a problem that needs to be addressed because it is an immoral act and harms other people. This study aims to find out and analyze what are the factors that cause a lot of hit-and-runs in Gorontalo City and the efforts of the police in enforcing the law against the perpetrators of hit-and-run crimes in Gorontalo City. The type of research used is empirical juridical. This research is descriptive in nature. The location of this research is the police who have the authority to enforce the law against hit-and-run crimes, namely the Gorontalo City Police Traffic Unit Accident Unit. There are 2 factors causing hit-and-run crimes in the City Region of Gorontalo City, namely individual / personal factors caused by the negligence of the vehicle driver accompanied by a lack of legal awareness of the person himself. Furthermore, situational factors/conditions due to quiet road conditions, not many witnesses, so that it is possible for the perpetrators to escape from their responsibilities and forced circumstances which can threaten the safety of the perpetrators from the tantrums of the masses and the condition of the driver who is powerless to provide assistance.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage is something that is sacred and contains the value of worship, in line with the greatness and how high the value of marriage is, in the hadith it is stated; "a person who does marriage is the same as doing half worship". However, even though Islam has provided clear rules regarding marriage, in reality there are still many different implementations or practices of marriage. This happens because the background is the plurality of Muslims with their customs and culture which are so patterned and varied. In addition, the logic of Indonesian Muslims between one region and tribe is also quite different, this condition can lead to differences, both in terms of implementation, use of names or terms. The legal position of elopement according to the Marriage Law in Indonesia is that basically elopement is actually still in the category of unregistered marriage because the implementation is carried out in secret or in secret, it's just that the guardian of the marriage in this case is an illegitimate guardian, as well as witnesses and registrars the legal consequences of elopement according to the Marriage Law in Indonesia are legal actions and have legal consequences because elopement always encounters problems in state administration not obtaining a marriage book from the KUA and the state does not recognize elopement. Elopement does not get public services in government agencies because it is carried out illegally due to the absence of a legal guardian, so all forms of legal relations related to marriage administration cannot be carried out. <![CDATA[The pawning of agricultural land is basically a transaction regarding land that is used as an object in collateral for debt between the land owner or the mortgagee and the pawn recipient with the aim of obtaining capital by not selling the land that is used as the object in the mortgage of the agricultural land, so the mortgage on agricultural land has the right redeem to get agricultural land that has been mortgaged to the recipient of the pawned agricultural land. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the pawn agreement in Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Goronntalo Regency and the legal consequences of the pawn agreement on agricultural land after the pawn period ended based on Perpu no.56 of 1960 and the obstacles in implementing the pawn agreement on agricultural land in Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency The research conducted was empirical normative legal research with a sociological juridical approach taken from primary data by conducting interviews and secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials. This happens because the people in Pilohayanga Village, who are generally village people, more often use customary law or verbal agreements in implementing agricultural land mortgage agreements because they are considered more efficient and easier to implement. So that the role of the government and the community is needed so that land pawn regulations can be effectively applied, especially in Pilohayanga Village.]]>

<![CDATA[Crime can spread to all ages, especially if it is a crime committed at a young age. The juvenile criminal justice system is of particular concern to law enforcement officials, bearing in mind that children in national and international human rights are positioned as a vulnerable group and are given special treatment, and all countries are obliged and have the responsibility to ensure the fulfillment of these special rights is obtained by every child. In connection with this discussion, regarding the guarantee of the right to access education for children in conflict with the law (ABH). As we know, education for every child, including children who are in conflict with the law or living in a correctional institution, is an important thing or can be said to be an investment for children to prepare them for their future. In compiling this paper the author uses the literature study method by examining 21 sources, which include journals, books, and web sites related to the topic of education rights for children in conflict with the law. This paper is intended so that every child, especially for children who are in conflict with the law, gets guarantees for their rights because they have been regulated and are based on clear laws, both national and international laws.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is an effort to overcome bullying by students of MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. The background of this research is the occurrence of cases of verbal and non-verbal bullying that can harm students and the efforts of accompanying teachers to deal with conflicts with the REBT (Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy) approach. This research was conducted to find out how big the level of bullying that occurred at MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. This qualitative descriptive research is used as a theory of development that has been built from data obtained in the field or research location. The informants in the study were accompanying teachers and 6 students who were victims of bullying at MTS Kaliwining Rambipuji. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews, while the research results obtained were bullying caused by student backgrounds and toxic friendships. The handling efforts carried out by the accompanying teacher are by giving reprimands, coaching, calling parents.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the effect of divorce on children's mental health. Where this research was conducted on children in Wringin Bondowoso Village through a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Methods of data collection carried out by means of observation and interviews. From the results of the study, the following data were obtained: (1) divorce is the breaking of the marriage bond due to the decision of both parties, which religiously and legally no longer binds as a husband and wife (2) divorce is caused by several causes, such as financial problems and not fulfilling economic needs (3) parental divorce greatly impacts children, especially on children's mental health.]]>

<![CDATA[Family is an initial need in the period of growth and development of children, the most important thing in the child's growth period is that there must be supervision from parents. Children who in their growth period do not have the role of family or parents can be a trigger for children to become naughty, in order to get attention from others. This study aims to find out the application of conflict management in reducing delinquency as well as minimizing and resolving juvenile delinquency conflicts at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah, Banyuwangi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative which is a research stage that can produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people as well as observable behavior, and the approach of this research is directed at the background and individuals holistically (Abdussamad, n.d. ). Research that has been conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Glagah shows that parents have an important role in the growth and development of children, both physically and psychologically. This study also found that a broken home can be a trigger factor for juvenile delinquency in schools. Therefore, the application of conflict management in terms of reducing delinquency that occurs certainly has a very positive contribution, because by applying good communication a conflict can be resolved without any misunderstandings.]]>
