Abstract

This research covered various aspects of management such as recruitment and development but did not adequately explain how the effectiveness of each step was measured and evaluated empirically. The mismatch of teaching staff with needs and the lack of supervision were the main obstacles in the Madrasah, necessitating increased teacher training and stricter supervision. This research provided a comprehensive overview of organizational behavior management at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darussalam Pacet during the 2017/2018 academic year. The research successfully detailed the management steps implemented, from planning to evaluation, and identified relevant obstacles and solutions. It would have been more beneficial if the research also considered the perspectives of teachers and students regarding the changes implemented and their impact on performance and motivation. This research had significant competence in understanding and addressing the specific challenges occurring in the Madrasah.

Abstract

Conflict management was an important element in the organization to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment. Poorly managed conflicts could disrupt team performance, decrease employee motivation, and damage organizational culture. The study aimed to explore effective conflict management strategies to enhance work quality within the organization. Through literature review and case studies in several companies, it was found that collaborative approaches, open communication training, and conflict management played a key role in minimizing the negative impacts of conflicts. The method used in this research was qualitative with a narrative problem-solving approach. Implementing these strategies not only helped resolve conflicts but also encouraged innovation, strengthened employee relationships, and improved overall job satisfaction. Therefore, the research findings indicated that effective conflict management was crucial in achieving high-quality work and long-term organizational success.

Abstract

Conflict is an unavoidable phenomenon in an organization, especially when various individuals with diverse backgrounds, interests, and goals interact with each other. This study aims to analyze effective conflict management strategies in improving organizational effectiveness. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach in a particular organization. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis to understand the patterns of conflict that occur, the conflict resolution strategies applied, and their impact on organizational effectiveness. The results of the study indicate that conflict in organizations can be managed effectively through a collaborative approach, open communication, and mediation involving all related parties. This strategy is able to improve teamwork, strengthen relationships between individuals, and support the achievement of organizational goals. However, this study also found that a lack of effective communication and an inappropriate approach to dealing with conflict can worsen the situation, reduce productivity, and create dissatisfaction among employees. As a recommendation, organizations are advised to adopt conflict management strategies based on communication training, strengthening adaptive leadership, and developing internal policies that support constructive conflict resolution. The implementation of this strategy is expected to create a harmonious work environment and improve overall organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of experiential marketing and trust on consumer loyalty of Grab Food users in Bima City. This type of research is associative. The research instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used is all Grab Food users who have purchased or ordered products from Grab Food. The sample in this study was 96 Grab Food users in Bima City. The sampling technique used is proportional sampling. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression, multiple correlation coefficients, t tests and f tests. The research results show that experiential marketing and trust together have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of Grab Food users in Bima City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions at Foodbox Bima. This type of research is associative. The research instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The population used is all consumers who have purchased and consumed food or drinks at the Bima City Foodbox, the exact number of which is unknown. Because the population was not known with certainty, the Cochran formula was used and a sample of 96 people was obtained. The sampling technique was carried out using a purposive method. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression, correlation coefficients, determination tests and t tests. The research results show that there is a significant influence of influencer marketing on purchasing decisions at Foodbox Bima with a strong level of relationship and a magnitude of influence of 48.1%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of capital structure and company size on return on assets (ROA) at PT. Hutama Karya (Persero). This type of research is associative. The research instrument uses a Likert scale questionnaire. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing data on total debt, total equity, total assets and net profit at PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) for 10 years, namely from 2014 to 2023. The population in this research is all financial reports of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) has been listed on the IDX from 2013 to 2023, which is 11 years. The sample in this research is the financial report of PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) for 10 years, namely from 2014 to 2023. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique uses the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The research results show that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Company Size influence Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Hutama Karya (Persero).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of working capital on the current ratio at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk and PT. XL Axiata, Tbk. This type of research is associative. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing data on current assets, current liabilities and current liabilities at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk, PT. XL Axiata, Tbk for 10 years, namely from 2013 to 2022. The population in this activity is in the form of financial data including: financial reports at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk and PT. XL Axiata, Tbk from 2000-2022, namely for 22 years. The sampling technique used by researchers in this research is purposive sampling technique. The number of research samples for the last 10 years from 2013 to 2022 at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk and PT. XL Axiata, Tbk. Data collection techniques in this research are documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination test and t test. The research results show that there is a significant influence between working capital and the current ratio at PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk, PT. XL Axiata, Tbk.
