Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap job performance guru pada SMK Muhammadiyah Parung, untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy terhadap job satisfaction pada SMK Muhammadiyah Parung, untuk mengetahui pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap job performance pada SMK Muhammadiyah Parung, untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy dengan job performance dimediasi job satisfaction. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan penelitian terstruktur dan mengkuantifikasikan data untuk dapat digeneralisasikan. Penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada guru – guru SMK Muhammadiyah Parung. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sampel jenuh dalam pengambilan sampel-nya, di mana semua bagian populasi anggota populasi digunakan menjadi sampelnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Job satisfaction berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap job performance. Self Efficacy berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Job Performance. Self Efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction. Self Efficacy melalui Job satisfaction berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap job performance .

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of machine maintenance and raw material inventory on the smooth production process at PT. Indometal Sedjati. This study employs an associative research approach, utilizing a quantitative method. Data collection is done through a questionnaire, incorporating both primary and secondary data. The research population consists of 100 respondents, with a non-probability sampling technique being employed. Data analysis includes validity test analysis, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing, utilizing SPSS Version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that partially machine maintenance has a positive and significant effect on the smooth running of the production process with a tvalue of 5.049 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, raw material inventory has a positive and significant effect on the smooth running of the production process with a tvalue of 5.006 > 1.660 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. In the F test, if the significant value is 0.000, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that machine maintenance and raw material inventory have a significant effect on the production process. The fvalue is 108.520, which is greater than 3.09, and the significant value is less than 0.05.

Abstract

Every effort made by humans, either alone or in groups as outlined in an organization or company, has the goal of getting results in the form of profits. The process that is carried out is certainly not free from risks. By being aware of the risk in the activity process, it is necessary to know through the risk identification process to the handling of the identified risks. PT. Lestari Dini Tunggul which is located in Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta is a company that started as a family business that produces medical clothing and factories, of course, wants the company to continue to run and grow and produce good results for other stakeholders. Therefore, the community service team on this occasion helped to provide assistance regarding the implementation of risk management. The method used is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRS) which allows partners to actively participate in activities from problem identification to the end of the activity. The material presented in the mentoring activity is an understanding of Operational Risk, Human Resources and Finance. The results of the mentoring show that qualitatively partners gain additional knowledge, understanding, and insight about Risk Management. So that in carrying out their activities they are more careful and help each other in carrying out their work processes. Furthermore, it can be concluded that this assistance in implementing Risk Management can increase knowledge, understanding and insight for all employees of PT. Lestari Dini Tunggul.

Abstract

Generasi milenial, yang lahir antara tahun 1980 dan 2000, saat ini mendominasi berbagai aktivitas bisnis. Tumbuh bersama kemajuan teknologi, generasi ini memiliki nilai-nilai dan perilaku yang berbeda dari generasi sebelumnya. Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mendorong keputusan generasi milenial dalam menggunakan aplikasi GoFood, dengan fokus pada analisis dampak ekonomi dari perilaku mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa User Generated Content (UGC) tidak memiliki dampak ekonomi yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan GoFood. Sebaliknya, pemanfaatan teknologi dan informasi, perilaku konsumtif, dan kecenderungan untuk menghindari aktivitas yang membutuhkan usaha fisik (misalnya, memasak) memiliki dampak ekonomi yang signifikan terhadap penggunaan GoFood. Artinya, kemudahan penggunaan aplikasi, keinginan untuk mendapatkan kepuasan instan, dan preferensi terhadap kenyamanan berkontribusi pada meningkatnya penggunaan GoFood di kalangan generasi milenial. Kemudahan akses teknologi mempermudah milenial dalam mendapatkan apa yang mereka inginkan dengan cepat, sedangkan perilaku konsumtif mereka mendorong peningkatan permintaan akan layanan seperti GoFood. Kecenderungan untuk memilih kenyamanan daripada usaha fisik juga menjadi faktor penting dalam keputusan mereka menggunakan layanan ini. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor pendorong penggunaan GoFood di kalangan milenial, bisnis dapat mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif untuk menjangkau dan mempertahankan pelanggan dari generasi ini. Hasil penelitian ini juga memberikan wawasan berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang regulasi yang tepat guna mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi digital. Pemahaman mendalam tentang perilaku ekonomi generasi milenial dapat membantu dalam merancang kebijakan yang mendukung inovasi teknologi dan ekonomi digital secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi pemasaran green marketing yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan pengaruhnya terhadap persepsi konsumen. Green marketing merupakan pendekatan yang fundamental, komprehensif, dan terintegrasi dalam semua aspek fungsional pemasaran, dengan tujuan meningkatkan citra positif perusahaan dan membangun kesadaran lingkungan. Perusahaan yang menerapkan green marketing melakukan berbagai aksi ramah lingkungan, seperti kampanye pembersihan pantai dan tanam pohon. Persepsi konsumen terhadap produk ramah lingkungan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap niat beli produk tersebut, dimana persepsi positif meningkatkan niat beli sedangkan persepsi negatif dapat menguranginya. Faktor-faktor seperti pengetahuan konsumen, perilaku pembelian, dan minat terhadap produk ramah lingkungan turut memengaruhi persepsi konsumen. Green marketing juga memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen serta dapat meningkatkan brand image perusahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi manajemen operasi dalam mengoptimalkan operasi e-commerce di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain studi kasus multiple, penelitian ini menganalisis lima perusahaan e-commerce terkemuka di Indonesia. Melalui analisis dokumen, observasi tidak langsung, dan data sekunder, penelitian ini mengungkapkan beberapa temuan kunci. Pertama, perusahaan e-commerce di Indonesia mengadopsi pendekatan yang sangat terlokalisasi, menyesuaikan strategi dengan karakteristik unik pasar. Kedua, pemanfaatan teknologi canggih seperti AI dan analisis data besar menjadi faktor krusial dalam optimalisasi operasi. Ketiga, pengembangan jaringan logistik yang ekstensif dan manajemen rantai pasokan yang fleksibel menjadi prioritas utama. Keempat, fokus pada pengalaman pelanggan yang seamless menjadi diferensiator utama. Kelima, terdapat peningkatan perhatian terhadap keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan seperti efisiensi biaya logistik dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan regulasi. Kesimpulannya, optimalisasi operasi e-commerce di Indonesia membutuhkan pendekatan holistik yang memadukan teknologi canggih, pemahaman mendalam tentang pasar lokal, dan fokus kuat pada kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi industri, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti dalam pengembangan strategi manajemen operasi e-commerce yang efektif di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy of Ngetekwan-Pempek Products and to identify key factors that contribute to the success of digital marketing campaigns and examine the challenges and opportunities faced by Ngetekwan-Pempek in implementing digital marketing strategies. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. We carried out this research using the main approach, namely library research. On the other hand, the literature study method is used to collect, search and analyze relevant literature such as books, journals, and organize sources from articles and previous research reports. Based on data analysis and discussion, conclusions can be drawn from research regarding the digital marketing strategy of Ngetekwan-empek empek that: First, digital marketing strategies in this day and age are good and really help Ngetekwan-Pempek in terms of marketing because in this digital era it can help to increase sales figures through various platforms, one of which is Tiktok and other online food marketing. Second, implementing branding awareness in business development. Third, sales using Market Places such as Gofood, Shopeefood can make sales and profits easier

Abstract

This service was carried out at Konnichiwa Pamulang Coffee. The aim of this service is to increase customer satisfaction by monitoring the quality and quality of Konniciwa Pamulang coffee products. In this service, we use design thinking to determine quality control strategies and product quality that meet customer needs, we also use data analysis methods to find out how customers feel about quality control and product quality. The results of this service show that quality control and product quality can increase customer satisfaction. It is worth paying attention that customers like quality and high-quality products. Based on these results, Konnichiwa Pamulang Coffee continues to improve the quality and quality of its products to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Management risk in cooking oil industry is important. This paper to analyze various risks faced by the palm oil-based cooking oil industry in the Maloy Batuta Trans Kalimantan Special Economic Zone (KEK MBTK), Kutai Timur, East Kalimantan, and to formulate mitigation strategies to support the sustainability of the area. The risks examined include fluctuations in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) prices, infrastructure limitations, environmental pressures, regulatory uncertainties, and social conflicts. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, literature reviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that infrastructure improvements, the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies, product diversification, and community involvement are key strategies for addressing these risks. The study concludes that an integrated risk management approach is crucial to enhancing the competitiveness of the cooking oil industry in KEK MBTK while fostering sustainable economic growth in Kutai Timur.

Abstract

The community service aims to provide digital marketing training to MSME entrepreneurs in South Tangerang so that they can utilize social media more effectively. The training seeks to introduce marketing techniques using platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as building brand engagement with customers. In this program, the techniques applied included supervising, interviewing, and providing tutorial-based training and visualization to enhance participants' knowledge on how to create engaging materials and online promotion strategies.   The data collected showed a significant improvement in participants' understanding, as seen in the results of the pre-test and post-test, with an average increase in score of 30 points per region. In addition, the training successfully increased social media engagement by 40% and online transactions between 20%-30%, proving the effectiveness of using social media in expanding the market reach of MSMEs. Nevertheless, challenges such as limited infrastructure and internet access remains an obstacle that needs to be overcome to ensure the sustainability of this program.
