Abstract

In this day and age teachers are required to be more innovative in carrying out learning in the classroom, so that nowadays there are many various methods or ways of teachers in conveying learning. One of the things that teachers must pay attention to is group teaching skills, where these skills lead to healthy and close interpersonal relationships between students with one another. So here more emphasis is placed on good cooperation to achieve effective and efficient learning goals in the present. And the research method that the author uses is with a literature study approach, which comes from book references, and others. the components of small group and individual teaching skills, namely the skills of holding a personal approach to each student, the skills of organizing learning activities, the skills of guiding and facilitating learning, and the skills of designing and implementing learning activities. Abstract

In the learning process carried out in the classroom as a teacher, he must have an appropriate and effective and efficient classroom management strategy so that the learning process carried out can run as expected. Given that at this time students carry cellphones at school and they are more focused on their own cellphones. This is where appropriate classroom management strategies are needed, so that students can follow the learning process well. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. By using interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. While the informant in this study was one of the teachers at MAS Alwashliyah Kisaran. The results of this study indicate that the teacher has tried to have a good classroom management strategy, but what happens is that not all students can accept the teacher's strategy because students have their own learning types that are different from one another. However, the teacher at MAS Alwashliyah is still trying to change the method or strategy so that all students can accept it well. Key Words: Strategy, Management, Class Management

Abstract

Classroom management is an aspect of education that is often the main concern of prospective teachers, new teachers, and even experienced teachers. Because prospective teachers, new teachers, and experienced teachers want students to learn optimally. In the sense that the teacher is able to convey the lesson material and can be received by students well. One of the characteristics of a professional teacher is a teacher who is able to manage classes well. The creation of a comfortable classroom is a study of classroom management. Because classroom management is a series of teacher behaviors in an effort to create and maintain classroom conditions that allow students to learn well. In the classroom all aspects of learning meet and process, teachers with all their abilities, students with all their backgrounds and potentials, curriculum with all its components, methods with all its approaches, media with all its tools, materials with all its learning resources meet and interact in the classroom. Abstract

At this time, teachers must be good at arranging classrooms so that their students can feel comfort and peace, so that the classes that are neatly arranged will have an impact on the ease of students in receiving learning or imitating the material that has been delivered by the teacher. The method that the author uses is a literacy study approach method which takes from reference materials for journal books and others. The definition of Classroom Arrangement in Classroom Management is to create an exciting learning atmosphere and allow children to sit in groups, making it easier for teachers to move powerfully to help students in learning. Who pays attention to the following: The size and shape of the class, the shape and size of the student's bench and desk, the number of students in the class, the number of students in each group, the number of groups in the class, the composition of the students in the group. The arrangement of the physical environment of the classroom is related to the creation of a good environment by designing student seats to create a classroom atmosphere that can encourage students to learn well.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of employee management systems at SMA Negeri 1 Dramaga using a qualitative descriptive method. The research focuses on the effectiveness of human resource management through five key stages: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, compensation, and career management. Findings reveal a rigorous selection process with micro-teaching tests, continuous training programs, and performance assessment systems based on employment status. The school implements standardized compensation for civil servants and provides promotion opportunities based on contribution. The research identifies primary challenges, including disparate treatment between civil servants and non-civil servants and infrastructure limitations. The conclusion emphasizes that an effective employee management system is crucial for enhancing educational quality.

Abstract

The teacher is a manager or a planner in the classroom, the cleverness of a teacher in making plans will have an impact on learning. At this time, Indonesia is being surprised by a change in the curriculum, from the K13 curriculum to an independent curriculum. Therefore, teachers already have the full rights or freedom in teaching students and students will not be bored because students also have the freedom to learn, where both play a role in each other. The concept of good classroom management is a concept that has a good impact on learning, so that from this concept it can change to a better or advanced direction. And the research method that the author uses is with a literature study approach, which comes from book references, and others. The concept of classroom management and its implications in learning, can help students stimulate their minds, besides that it has an impact on the ease of teachers in teaching in the classroom, and has an impact on the creation of planned learning and the funds are definitely good because it has been planned and implemented properly. In addition, students must also have good cooperation by the teacher, so that the concept will have good impacts on the learning itself. The way to conceptualize class management is with Classroom Arrangement, the class environment needs to be well organized so as to allow active interaction between students and teachers, and between students. There are several principles that need to be considered by teachers in managing the physical environment of the classroom according to Loisell, namely: Visibility (Wideness of View), Accessibility (easy to achieve), Flexibility (Flexibility), Comfort, Beauty.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the principal's leadership in improving school performance. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, and the type of research used is literature. The results of the study conclude that the principal's leadership in improving school performance can be done through strategic steps by the principal by involving teachers in every decision. In addition, it is also necessary to carry out a program to improve the quality of learning. Personally, a school principal must also be able to actively establish internal communication between school equipment and establish joint external communication with students and parents. Furthermore, school principals also need to increase the enthusiasm of teachers in planning and implementing each policy and program that has been planned. The principal's strategic steps need to be based on mutual trust and commitment. The role of school principals who use a transformational leadership model will have a number of policies that are not only intended to respond to current interests but also look far into the future. Transformational leadership patterns as a leadership model that can be a master key in efforts to improve school performance as educational service providers.
