JOURNAL EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT REVIEWS AND RESEARCH merupakan jurnal manajemen pendidikan Islam yang mengkaji pengembangan dan penguatan riset analisis kebijakan pendidikan, landasan yuridis dan perubahan sistem kurikulum, kebijakan pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam mengembangkan undang-undang sistem pendidikan nasional, dan penelitian berorientasi kepada manajemen pendidikan dan kualitas mutu manajerial pendidikan. Teacher teaching performance is basically a performance that is able to plan, implement and evaluate the results of the learning process in the classroom in carrying out their professional duties. This study aims to 1) determine whether there is the effect of learning leadership on teacher teaching performanc. This research was conducted at SMPN Pamijahan sub-district, Bogor Regency. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and interviews. The method of collecting questionnaire data was carried out on respondents by taking the sample using the Non Probability Sampling technique, using the saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive influence between learning leadership on teacher teaching performance. So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted

Innovative work behavior is an individual action that is useful for certain organizations by recognizing a problem, coming up with new ideas, developing new ideas, and realizing every new idea with prescribed procedures. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout the Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency. This study aims to explain the effect of transformational leadership on teachers' innovative work behavior. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sample used was 110 teachers, through probability sampling method with the type of proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership had a positive effect on teachers' innovative work behavior. This shows that the stronger the effect of the principal's transformational leadership, the higher the teacher's innovative work behavior will be. Therefore, to improve innovative work behavior in teachers, it is expected that there will be an increase in the indicators of transformational leadership of school principals

Teacher work creativity is the teacher's ability which is manifested by an action in creating new ideas and ideas or modifying existing ideas and ideas into something different and unique with creative and innovative aspects in optimizing all capacities, abilities and skills. The teacher in carrying out his duties as a teacher, such as creating a framework or strategy that fits in realizing a learning plan, provides motivation to students to improve learning achievement, makes the learning atmosphere more enjoyable, and designs interesting, creative and innovative learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work creativity. This research was conducted in SDN’s throughout Cibungbulang Bogor District. The number of population in this study was 104 with a sample taken as many as 78 teachers, with probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on teacher work creativity. This shows that the stronger the effect of self-efficacy, the higher the teacher's work creativity. Therefore, to foster work creativity in teachers, it is expected that they pay more attention to self-efficacy.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan karismatik terhadap etos kerja stakeholder. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Pondok Pesantren Modern Man Ana Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunak an adalah jenis penelitian inferensial dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subyek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah Pondok Pesantren Modern Man Ana dan responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh stakeholder Pondok Pesantren Modern Man Ana. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik non probability sampling yaitu dengan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif responden, analisis statistik deskriptif variabel, uji asumsi dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunkan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji-t dan uji koefisien determinasi (∆R2). Hasil penelitian yang diolah dengan menggunakan program komputer SPSS versi 16,0 for windows menunjukan bahwa hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik berpengaruh positif terhadap etos kerja stakeholder pada Pondok Pesantren Modern Man Ana Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien beta (β) sebesar 0,269 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,034. Kontribusi pengaruh kepemimpinan karismatik terhadap etos kerja stakeholder sebesar (∆R2) 0,168 atau 16,8% (pengaruh cukup berarti) bisa dibuktikan para stakeholder dan para santri sudah bisa meraih prestasi- prestasi yang membanggakan baik akademik maupun nonakademik. Penerapan kepemimpinan karismatik terhadap etos kerja stakeholder pada Pondok Pesantren Modern Man Ana Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor dilihat dari 4 aspek kepemimpinan karismatik yang diterapkan oleh pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Modern Man Ana dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, yaitu di antarnya: kemampuan, kepercayaan diri, keyakinan, dan kepekaan lingkungan. Kepemimpinan karismatik berpengaruh positif terhadap etos kerja stakeholder pada Pondok Pesantren Modern Man Ana Kecamatan Pamijahan Kabupaten Bogor. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,269 menunjukan bahwa apabila kepemimpinan karismatik meningkat sebesar 0,269; maka etos kerja stakeholder meningkat sebesar 0,269; thitung sebesar 2,249 > ttabel 2,059 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan karismatik (X) berpengaruh terhadap variabel etos kerja stakeholder (Y). Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,034 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepemimipinan karismatik (X) berpengaruh terhadap variabel etos kerja stakeholder (Y).

This study aims to describe the role of school principals in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SDN Gunung Bunder 1. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that school principals play an active role as learning leaders who encourage teachers to develop flexible and contextual learning in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. The principal also plays a role in fostering collaboration between teachers, conducting academic supervision, and establishing partnerships with parents and the community. Despite being faced with obstacles such as limited initial understanding of teachers and digital means, the principal was able to overcome these challenges through a participatory internal school strategy. A strong and adaptive leadership role is the key to the success of the implementation process of the Independent Curriculum in this elementary school environment.

This study aims to examine the skills of school principals in the decision-making process at MTs Nurul Amal, as well as analyze the factors that affect them. The approach used is qualitative with a case study type, involving interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results of the study showed that the principal has good analytical skills, participatory communication, and the ability to manage conflicts that arise in schools. In addition, the principal considers factors such as leadership experience, organizational culture, and Islamic values in decision-making. This study concludes that the principal's skills in decision-making play an important role in improving the quality of managerial and education in MTs Nurul Amal. The research also provides suggestions for the development of principals' skills in technology- and data-driven decision-making.

In this day and age teachers are required to be more innovative in carrying out learning in the classroom, so that nowadays there are many various methods or ways of teachers in conveying learning. one of which the teacher must pay attention to is group teaching skills, where these skills lead to healthy and close interpersonal relationships between students with one another. The make a match cooperative learning model in reality has not been optimally applied by Islamic religious education teachers at SDN 14 Meranti in class. At the time of applying this method there were some students who were active and some students who were not active,this caused learning to be not optimal because not all students were active in learning. The learning process causes not all students to be able to build their knowledge, attitudes and skills so that the learning outcomes are less than optimal. The approach that will be used inthis study is a descriptive qualitative approach, because this research emphasizes its analysis on deductive and inductive inference processes and analysis of the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena, using scientific logic. This type of research isfield research, namely research where data collection is carried out in the field, such as in the community, community organizations and institutions, and educational institutions. This research will be conducted at SDN 14 Meranti. The application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model in learning Islamic religious education in class III at SDN 14 Meranti succeeded in increasing student activity in learning. This learning model also helpsstudents build knowledge, attitudes and skills so that learning outcomes become optimal and the learning process becomes enjoyable.
