Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi penyelesaian kredit macet dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja keuangan pada PT Bank Sulselbar Cabang Barru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara kepada karyawan PT Bank Sulselbar Cabang Barru.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa strategi penyelesaian kredit macet pada PT bank Sulselbar Cabang Barru sesuai dengan standar operasional perusahaan dan dampak dari kredit macet terhadap kinerja keuangan yaitu berdampak pada kesehatan Bank dan kinerja keuangan sehingga perputaran kas jadi terhambat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of risk management in controlling credit risk. To apply these objectives, descriptive quantitative methods are used. Secondary data were processed using the Non-Performing Loan formula, while the in-depth data was extracted through interview techniques. Secondary data was collected in a time series for three years of observation, namely data for 2017, 2018, and 2019. The results showed that the role of banking risk management in controlling credit risk has not been maximally carried out even though in its implementation it is by the 5C measurement. This result is supported and proven by the number of bad loans which has increased for three consecutive years, namely in 2017, 2018, and 2019 with a total of 28.786.767.971, 32.650.807.563, 40.379.887.745

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of price and service quality variables on purchasing decisions. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument. The research sample was 300 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the price variable regression coefficient (X1) with a positive coefficient sign. The significant value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of α, namely 0.05. The service quality variable regression coefficient has a positive effect on purchasing decisions with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. The results of all tests concluded that the variable price and service quality had a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the extent of liquidity of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. The liquidity ratios used as analysis tools are the Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, and Cash Ratio. The method used is a descriptive quantitative method by using secondary data from financial statements from 2015-2019. The results show that the current ratio analysis and quick ratio for 2015 do not meet the liquidity standard. The percentage value of the Current Ratio is 46%. This figure is below the standard liquidity of 200%. The percentage value for the Quick Ratio is only 43%, which is below the liquidity standard of 150%. The liquidity value continued to improve in the following years. In 2019, the liquidity value reached 1058% (current ratio) and 1008% (quick ratio). At the same time, the Cash Ratio fluctuates, and the percentage value is ugly. This ratio has an average percentage below 100%. In 2015 it was only 3%, in 2016 it increased to 13%, in 2017, it increased by 76%, in 2018, it decreased to 24%, and in 2019 it decreased to a value of 17%. That the company cannot pay its short-term obligations using the Cash Ratio, especially for the year studied, namely 2015-2019.

Abstract

This study aims to verifythe impact of leadership style, compensation, and work environment on job satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative causal, in line with the research objectives. The study population was 71 people with a sample size of 71 respondents. Research data were collected using a questionnaire. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical data. The results showed that: 1) leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 2) compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. 3) the work environment is no significanteffect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance. The method used is quantitative causal. Data collection carried using a questionnaire instrument was given to the research sample of 80 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the that has already complete, it shows that: 1) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Punishment does not affect or significantly affect the performance of employees. 3) Reward and Punishment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Pelni (Persero) Cabang Parepare by using general measurement analysis as a basis for decision making. The research approach chosen is descriptive quantitative because the oncoming is appropriate with the objectives of this study. The data research was collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. The data used are secondary in the form of income statements and balance sheets. The results of this study indicate that the company's net profit from year to year fluctuates due to non-captive activities, namely loading and unloading. Unloading is referring to as labor costs and business service fees. The more costs incurred in loading and unloading, the less revenue is received. While a notice of the general balance sheet analysis for 2016 and 2017, debt increased due to operational costs or business costs and fixed activities that the company wanted to finance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utility level of the service queue system at PT. Pos Indonesia Kota Parepare. This research supports the analysis of the utility level of the service queue system at PT. Pos Indonesia, the city of Parepare. From the analysis results obtained queuing system at PT. Pos Indonesia, Kota Parepare M / M / S double-track queue model. The results of calculations with the M / M / S queuing model at PT. Pos Indonesia, Kota Parepare implements queuing discipline, namely First Come First Server (FCFS). Patterns of the arrival of customers, distribution of passion from the results of calculations with the dual-line queuing system model (M / M / S), it is known that PO is 3.90%, while the post for 50% of the time is free of 50% (free service hours). Ls 5,423 people or five people. Lq 3,423 people or three people, Ws 0.112 hours or 6.7 minutes, while Wq 0.071 hours or 4.27 minutes.
