Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of internal services on employee job loyalty in the Kantor Camat Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang. This research uses quantitative research methods. The sample used was 22 samples. Testing instruments with validity and reliability tests. Methods of data analysis using statistical tools using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) software version 22. The results of data analysis indicate that there is a positive influence between internal services on employee job loyalty. That is indicated by the magnitude of the t-count value that is greater than the t-table (25,600> 2,086). the results of simple linear regression get the equation y = 1.615 + 0.514X. So that it has a positive relationship between internal service and job loyalty of employees at the Kantor Camat Batulappa, Kabupaten Pinrang.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of recruitment and selection on employee performance of PDAM Kota Parepare.The data collection techniques used are observation and questionnaires.The object of this research is the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Parepare City with a total population of 112 respondents.Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: 1) recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Kota Parepare.2) selection has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Kota Parepare.3) recruitment and selection simultaneously affect employee performance at PDAM Kota Parepare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN UP3 Parepare. The location of this research was carried out at PT. PLN UP3 Parepare Jl. Veterans, while the time of the study began in January to March 2020, the data analysis technique used was this analysis using simple linear regression because it only consisted of 2 variables, namely motivation and work performance. Simple linear regression aims to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable whether positive or negative and to predict the value of the dependent variable if the value of the independent variable increases or decreases. From the results of research on the influence of motivation on employee performance at PT PLN PERSERO Parepare Branch, it can be concluded as follows: From the results of research that has been carried out using simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the t-count value is 5.953 while the significant value in the research results is 0.00 less than 0.05, it is known that the motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN PERSERO Parepare Branch. Based on the results of research and discussion that have been stated previously, the suggestions that can be given are: The results in this study are motivation greatly affects the work performance of PT PLN PERSERO employees Ca Parepare and the motivation given is good, however, there is still a need to increase incentives/bonuses for employees who work overtime outside of working hours; For the leadership of PT PLN PERSERO Parepare Branch to be even better in providing encouragement and motivation to its employees as with the company's mission and vision so that in the future employee performance can increase, and the company's strategic goals can be achieved Keywords: Motivation and Achievement.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of Work Facilities, Work Discipline, and Motivation on the Service Quality of the Kadidi Village Office Apparatus, Sidrap Regency. In this research, the method used is the quantitative analysis method which is implemented by using an analytical tool, namely Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) that the work facilities are not correlated and have no effect on the quality of service of the apparatus, 2) the work discipline, both Korean, partial and simultaneous, has a significant relationship and has a significant effect on the service quality of the apparatus in PancaRijang Village, Sidenreng Regency. Rappang. 3) Work motivation, either in correlation or partially, is not related and affects Service Quality, although simultaneously it has a significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of capital structure on financial performance at PT. Suracojaya Abadi Motor Pinrang Branch. The data collection techniques used in this study are data collection techniques through company documents. For example, a brief history of the company, organizational structure, financial reports, and others. This research uses quantitative analysis which is implemented by using an analytical tool, namely multiple linear regression. The results of the study can be concluded that the capital structure does not affect the financial performance of PT. Suracojaya Abadi Motor Pinrang Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of compensation, nepotism, and leadership on the work motivation of hotel employees in Pinrang Regency. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and observation. The object of this research is 6 (six) hotels in Pinrang Regency with a total population of 96 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that: 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of hotel employees in Pinrang Regency. 2) nepotism has no significant negative effect on the work motivation of hotel employees in Pinrang Regency. 3) leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of hotel employees in Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to determine the factors that influence the entrepreneurial motivation of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. This research uses a descriptive method. This research is descriptive. This research method consists of research objects, namely students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Parepare, starting from December to February 2020. The analytical technique used in this study is to explain the factors that influence the motivation of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare. in entrepreneurship. The results of the study state that many dominant factors influence the motivation of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, the University of Muhammadiyah Parepare in building entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of PDAM Parepare City employees. This research method is quantitative descriptive research. The research was conducted by collecting information from a sample by asking through a questionnaire or interview. Based on the data obtained from the analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn. Based on the calculation results, it is obtained that t-count is 3,590 > t-table is 1,299 (3,590 > 1,299) then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. then employee performance also decreases with an error rate of 5% and Based on the calculation results obtained t-count of 2,316 > t-table of 1,299 (2,316 > 1,299) then the hypothesis is accepted meaning that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance if the independent variable, namely works discipline increases, performance employees also increase and vice versa if the independent variable, namely works discipline decreases, employee performance also decreases with an error rate of 5%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee productivity. The population in this study were employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Bakaru. Determination of the research sample using a saturated sampling technique, namely the total population. The sample in this study amounted to 71 respondents. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, questionnaires, and documentation. To apply these objectives, descriptive methods were used, prerequisite analysis with the help of a computerized system (SPSS version 24 computer program) using the formula, namely multiple regression analysis, t-test, and F test. The results showed that the variables of work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Bakaru. The most dominant variable influencing the work productivity of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDK Bakaru is a work environment that has the largest regression coefficient value when compared to the work discipline variable.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Semen Tonasa, Pangkep. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 99 respondents including 94 employees of PT. Semen Tonasa distributed questionnaires and 5 consumers/users were interviewed directly. The data analyzed used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Hypothesis Testing, Determination Test, and t-Test. data management tool using SPSS version 22.0. based on the results of research that has been done. shows that, Brand Image has a partial effect on purchasing decisions at Pt. Semen TonasaPangkep Regency, product quality has a partial effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Semen TonasaPangkep Regency, and Brand Image and Product Quality have a Simultaneous effect on Purchase Decisions at PT. Semen TonasaPangkep Regency.
