Abstract

Jayamandiri Village is one of the villages in Cibugel District, Sumedang Regency which has used the E-Office application to support activities at the village office This application is an application issued by Sumedang Regency since 2020. However, in the implementation of this application it is known that Jayamandiri Village has proven not to be active in using the E-Office application, especially one of its features, namely SIMEDOK for budget submissions, which is the cause of the problem, namely the low the quality of the human resources of the Jayamandiri Village apparatus, the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the application of the village E-Office so that its use is hampered furthermore there is no firm notification or firm appeal from the Cibugel District for the application of this application This community service uses direct observation and interview methods, the method used is in the form of implementation stages in community service which starts from the first stage, namely preparation related to problem identification The second stage is assistance in the application and input of E-Office data and the third stage is socialization which is carried out to increase understanding with the target of village officials, community leaders and the Jayamandiri Village community . The community service which was carried out for 10 days was also followed by writers who took part in a series of activities in the Jayamandiri Village community to find out more about the customs of the local community and related. The results of the assistance are that first the Jayamandiri Village apparatus understands the use of the E-Office application, especially the SIMEDOK feature for budget submissions. Second, the Jayamandiri Village apparatus applies the E-Office independently and performs all village office administration. Third, the use of the Village E-Office application can be felt by the output not only by Jayamandiri Village officials but also by the Village community, especially in public services.

Abstract

The Ease of accessing the issuance of Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and Certification of Fulfillment of Commitments for Processed Food Production for the Home Industry (SPP IRT) is apparently not widely known by the public, especially UMKM business actors, there is still a public perception that the issuance of these documents requires many conditions and requires for a long time, so that many business actors do not yet have the legal documents. Of course, it is different from the current policy that accessing these documents is very easy and does not require a long time. This community service activity aims to provide socialization to the community, village officials, business actors, BUMDes that the process for issuing IRT NIB and SPP is very easy, preparing the required documents for issuing IRT NIB and SPP, and assisting in the issuance of IRT NIB and SPP. This activity method is carried out through lectures, training and practice regarding OSS, NIB and SPP IRT policies. The result of this community service is that the implementation of the socialization went well with high interest from business actors to be able to issue NIB and SPP IRT which was marked by the publication of 6 (six) NIB and 3 (three) SPP IRT Ponggang Village business actors. Furthermore, it is hoped that business actors can prepare themselves within 3 (three) months from the issuance of the SPP IRT to fulfill commitments and the Village Government can assist the community in the preparation process, and it is also hoped that the Ponggang village government can continue to improve their knowledge and skills so that this activity can keep going.

Abstract

The background for the community service activities is the WAKEPO service which is integrated with the e-office in Ranggon Village. WAKEPO is a service that provides WhatsApp-based letter writing services that is integrated with the Village E-office. This service activity was carried out with the aim of knowing the extent of the knowledge of the people of Ranggon Village regarding the service of making administrative letters through WAKEPO. This service activity is carried out through a research and study-based approach. The author uses a quasi-experimental design with the one group pretest-posttest design (pre-posttest design in one group), where all respondents are given intervention or socialization without a group comparison. The target for community service activities is the Ranggon Village community with a total of 30 people. The result of the service activities carried out is that there is an influence of socialization on increasing public knowledge about making letters through the WAKEPO service. This increase can be seen from the mean value of 1.13 before the socialization and after the implementation of the socialization increased by 2.50. And from the results from Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. In conclusion, socialization activities for the people of Ranggon Village regarding the utilization of WAKEPO services need to be carried out periodically, in stages and continuously. The author recommends that the Ranggon Village Government be able to collaborate with the youth community of Ranggon Village in participating in encouraging changes in the mindset of the old generation so that they can adapt to technological changes.

Abstract

The economic sector is one of the vital sectors of society that has been negatively affected by the outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic. In the economic sector, economic digitalization is one solution that can be applied. The form of economic digitalization that can be done to support the National Economic Recovery Program is the digitalization of SME products and the implementation of financial technology. This study aims to know, analyze, and describe efforts to revitalize the community's economy through digitalization of SME products and financial technology learning in Bugbug Village, Karangasem District, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province. The implementation of activities goes through two stages, namely the pre-implementation stage and the implementation stage. In the pre-implementation stage, they succeeded in finding samples of SME actors in Bugbug Village through a field survey process, namely B-Oxy Oxygen Mineral Water and the Es Cendol Cincau Komang Ariawan business. At the implementation stage, the sample of SME owners taken by researchers was given education to be able to understand and understand how product digitization can be done through social media. However, they are still unable to implement the QRIS payment system introduced by the researchers on the grounds that they are still happier with the cash payment system. To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended that village officials together with local governments can form more community programs oriented towards the introduction of digitalization of SME products and the use of QRIS as part of financial technology that shortens the flow of financial transactions.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic not only has an impact on physical health, but also psychological health. The Covid-19 pandemic, one of which has an impact on various violations of children's rights committed by parents. Banjarsari Subdistrict revealed that children's activities in online learning have not been optimal, there is misparenting (verbal violence) so that the use of free time in activities that are not useful. This PKM activity is specifically aimed at improving the main skills of mothers in communicating with children to maintain maternal mental health in parenting patterns through responsive and positive parenting approaches. The target of this activity is PKH recipient families who will become agents of change in society. The results of this devotion: (1) cognitive changes occurred, namely an average increase of 0.56 (normal); (2) the willingness of service participants to form a mental health care community for PKH Beneficiary Family groups in Banjarsari Village.
