Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage human resources to improve teamwork at PT. Firdaus Kurnia Indah located in Bangkalan Regency. The research method used is qualitative research using two data, namely primary and secondary. Primary data obtained through observation and direct interviews. While our secondary data can be from a collection of literature. The results of our research show that the existence of good teamwork in a company can make cooperation that occurs within the company also run smoothly so as to avoid conflicts between other employees and superiors..

Abstract

Initially in 2008, BTPN launched a sharia business unit as part of an effort to expand sharia banking services in Indonesia. Where then this sharia business unit developed rapidly and in 2014, on July 14 2014 to be precise, BTPN Syariah was officially established as a separate sharia bank with a license from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and became the 12th Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia. Since its inception as a BTPN Sharia Business Unit, BTPN Syariah has continued to focus more on being able to reach and provide banking services to the inclusive segment, namely to inclusive communities. In line with this commitment, BTPN Syariah provides assistance, access, and banking products and services that comply with sharia principles, with the aim of helping customers achieve their dreams and improve their quality of life (BTPN Syariah Tbk Annual Report 2022, 2022).

Abstract

the aim of this research is to determine the merchandise inventory accounting information system used by Toko Rianzi. This research method uses descriptive research by looking for theoretical research related to the merchandise inventory accounting information system. The data collection used was observation and interviews. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this research are expected to provide information regarding the merchandise inventory accounting information system. The design of this merchandise inventory accounting information system uses the system development method Dynamic System Development Method with 3 main stages, namely, before the project, project life cycle and after the project. As well as 5 sub stages (feasibility study, business study, model iteration, iteration design, manufacture and implementation). Discussion of design researchThis merchandise inventory accounting information system is expected to be able to makes it easier for Toko Rianzi to make inventory reports and financial reports.

Abstract

In analyzing the company's financial performance can be done using the Du Pont System method. Du Pont System is a chart designed to show the return on assets obtained from multiplying the profit margin by the total turnover of total assets. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that caused the decline in financial performance using the Du Pont System method at PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi). This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive analysis method. The object of this research is the audited financial statements of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk (Alfamidi) for the period 2018 to 2022. Data collection was carried out using the documentation method. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the analysis can be concluded that from the level of Net Profit Margin for five years, namely from 2018 to 2019 and from 2021 to 2022, it can be said that it has increased even though in 2020 there was a decrease and the company's performance is quite good because in these five periods the company has never experienced losses, from the level of Asset Turn Over for five years, namely from 2018 to 2019 and from 2021 to 2022

Abstract

Life insurance has become integral to individual and family finances in the modern era, providing financial protection and peace of mind. Life insurance claims involve complexities that require in-depth understanding from both the policyholder and the insurance company. Legal protection in insurance claims is important to ensure policyholder rights are protected. This article investigates legal protection for life insurance policyholders during the claims process, analyzing regulations, dispute resolution mechanisms, and how legal protection ensures policyholder rights are safeguarded. The research method uses a juridical-normative approach with literature study, applying analytical descriptive analysis. The results illustrate the importance of understanding statutory provisions, consumer protection, and dispute resolution.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Isma Kreasindo, a printing services company in Surabaya. In this research, the evaluation of the raw material inventory accounting information system uses SAS 94 as the basis for the research. From the evaluation results, it can be concluded that the internal control system and accounting information system at Isma Kreasindo have not been implemented properly. It can be seen from the dual duties between the admin section and the warehouse section. There is also a duplication of the purchasing department with the inventory control department. So there is no guarantee regarding monitoring of raw material stock in the warehouse.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the form of peering into the business world with young professionals in the novel The Professional. Before discussing in more depth, we must know the meaning of business? What are the goals and what theories are included in the business world? Business is an activity in which a person or group of people makes, sells, or exchanges goods or services with the aim of making a profit. The goals of business are to increase economic growth in society in general, create jobs, maintain the existence of the company in the long term, meet life's needs with products and services, and provide prosperity for owners of production factors and society. Theories that are often used in the business world are, business decision on investment theory, return on investment and return on assets, cash flow quadrant, law of diminishing returns on practice, negotiation rules, and balanced scorecard on efficiency. Well, these theories are theories tucked away in professional novels which are explained or described in fictional language that is easy for readers to understand.

Abstract

Company value is something important and is the company's main object to continue to increase its company value as a going concern for the company's survival in the future. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on company value. The research population of banking sector companies, the research sample was 24 companies selected using a purposive sampling technique with an observation period of 2019-2022. The data analysis method used in this research is a panel data regression model. Based on the test results, profitability has no effect on company value and leverage has a significant positive effect on company value.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Sales Accounting Information System at PT. Celntra Nusa Indah. PT. Celntra Nusa Indonesia is a company operating in the field of coal trading (Coal Trading). From the evaluation results of the Sales Accounting Information System, it was obtained. Sales Accounting Information System at PT. Celntra Nusa Indonesia is good but still has several weaknesses. This can be seen from the clear organizational structure, but there are still weaknesses, namely that there is a combination of functions and responsibilities as follows: The cashier section which also doubles as the accounting section. The combination of these two functions can provide opportunities for employees to commit fraud by changing the accounting records to cover up the fraud. done. Division of duties and responsibilities at PT. Celntra Nusa Indonesia still has shortcomings. This can be based on research results which show that there is a division and implementation of duties and responsibilities that are not appropriate as follows: The billing department should be in charge of making extraordinary billing reports and collecting bills from customers. This is because the billing department receives proof of receipt of the invoice from the customer, where information is provided regarding the date it was received, the amount of payment and the time the invoice was paid. If this is done by the invoice department, it is still not completed. Because the invoice department has made daily billing reports.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the budget of production costs and cash costs on the planning and control budgets of trading companies. The method used is the qualitative method with the study of the library. The results in this article are summarized as follows: (1) The budget of production costs has an effect on the Company's Control Budget (2) The cash budget has an effect on the Company's Control Budget.
