Abstract

Gaya hidup dan kedisiplinan merupakan salah satu factor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan, karyawan sering mengalami permasalahan seperti karyawan yang memiliki gaya hidup yang tinggi dan menjadikan fokus hidup, tingkat kedisiplinan yang rendah sehingga berdampak langsung kepada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan kedisiplinan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Sumenep. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 116 karyawan dan jumlah sampel diambil sebanyak 90 karyawan dengan teknik stratified sampling. Berdasarkan statistik di atas menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja  karyawan sebesar 38,9%. Kemudian ditemukan ditemukan bahwa gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 12,5%. Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 55,2%. Dengan demikian kedisiplinan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terbesar terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Creativity and teamwork were two urgents factors which can effect agent performance. Doing job, work agent often have problems, like is decrease creativity, giving fund agent un accurate, so become agent performance who optimal. The purposes this research are to know the effect of creativity and teamwork to agent performance, simultaneously and partially. This quantitative research used multiple linier regression analysis which 92 employees as sample using stratified sampling. Using this analysis, the results showed that creativity and teamwork effect positively 56,4 percent to agent performance simultaneously. Furthermore, the results showed that both influence to agent performance. Its shows that creativity provides 10,6 per cent to agent performance, while the teamwork provides 62,3 per cent to agent performace. Its means that teamwork provide dominant effect to agent performance.

Abstract

Meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia (karyawan) bukanlah suatu hal yang mudah karena kinerja mempunyai konsep yang beraneka ragam dan dapat dianalisa dari berbagai sudut pandang serta dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar peran self efficacy yang terdiri dari; magnitude, generality, strength terhadap kinerja Perkoperasian di Indonesia di tengah sengitnya persaingan bisnis. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner pada semua responden terpilih pengurus Koperasi. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengetahuan sebaran magnitude, generality, strength pada pengurus Koperasi-koperasi di Bangkalan yang menjadi obyek penelitian. Populasi yang berjumlah 75 Koperasi tersebar di seluruh Kabupaten Bangkalan yang terdiri dari 18 kecamatan. Hasil penelitian melalui teknik analisis Regresi Linear Berganda menemukan pengaruh terbesar self efficacy terhadap kinerja perkoperasian adalah magnitude, kemudian generality dan strength. Kata kunci: self efficacy, magnitude, generality, strength, kinerja.

Abstract

Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, diantaranya penggunaan alat bantu kerja (untuk keamanan dan keselamatannya) dan disiplin kerjanya. Studi ini dilakukan untuk 1) menentukan apakah kelengkapan alat kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan; 2) menentukan apakah disiplin kerjaberpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah bahwa 1) alat kelengkapan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan, 2) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda,ditemukan bahwa kelengkapan alat kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan; disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan lapangan

Abstract

In general, every job has a goal, the goal will be achieved after the activity is completed. Likewise, this research also has goals to be achieved. This study aims to determine the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district and identify factors that support and hinder the implementation of halal certification in culinary MSMEs in Burneh Bangkalan district. In addition, this research is also expected to bring benefits in the form of knowledge and insight to the wider community in achieving halal certification according to Islamic teachings. This research was conducted based on descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used include interviews with information providers (MSME actors) as a source of information.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the process of the human resources information system in implementing employee recruitment which is implemented at the Bebek Songkem Pak Salim food stall so that it can reduce the occurrence of irregularities and improve employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive-qualitative research. The focus of this research is the human resources information system in employee recruitment. In this research, procedures for collecting, interviewing, storing, maintaining, processing and grouping data required by an organization. The results of this research show that to keep up with the development of information systems that are useful for the progress of food stalls, quality human resources are needed taking into account knowledge, skills and abilities. Advances in information technology cannot run well without being supported by reliable quality human resources. Bebek Songkem Pak Salim's food stall operates in the culinary sector. If another food stall asks for new workers from Bebek Songkem Pak Salim's food stall, a procedure will be created to determine the workforce that meets the standards of the requested food stall. Applicants or prospective employees take part in the selection carried out by Pak Salim's Bebek Songkem food stall in accordance with the flowchart applied by the food stall, especially external food stalls. Human resource capabilities with information technology can create food stalls that can compete with other food stalls, so that in practice food stalls will look for quality workers.

Abstract

Several factors that influence teacher performance include democratic leadership and work motivation. This study took the object of the Sabilush Sholihin Islamic Education and accusations Foundation, Socah Village, Bangkalan Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a population of 63 teachers. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the effect of democratic leadership style on teacher performance at the Islamic education foundation and accusations sabilush sholihin, Socah district, Bangkalan district. 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of teachers at the Islamic education foundation and accusations Sabilush Sholihin, Socah district, Bangkalan district. 3) to determine the simultaneous effect of democratic leadership and work motivation on teacher performance at the Sabilush sholihin Islamic education and accusations foundation, Socah district, Bangkalan district. 4) To find out which variables of democratic leadership style and work motivation have the dominant influence on teacher performance in educational and educational foundations. Accusations Sabilush Sholihin, Socah district, Bangkalan district. Based on the results of statistical tests, it was found that 1) democratic leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance variable at the Sabilush Sholihin Islamic accusations Foundation and Education. It is shown that the result of the t-test calculation is tcount (6.646) > ttable (1.99962) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. 2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the teacher’s performance variable at the Sabilush Sholihin Islamic Da’wah Foundation and Education. It is shown that the result of the t-test calculation is tcount (3.203) > ttable (1.99962) with a significant value of 0.002 <0.05. 3) Together or simultaneously the independent variables (democratic leadership style and work motivation) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance at the Sabilush Sholihin Islamic accusations Foundation and Education). It is shown that the result of the F test calculation is Fcount (143.450) > Ftable (3.15) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. 4) democratic leadership style that has a dominant influence on the teacher's performance variable at the Sabilush Sholihin Islamic accusations Foundation and Education

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to manage human resources to improve teamwork at PT. Firdaus Kurnia Indah located in Bangkalan Regency. The research method used is qualitative research using two data, namely primary and secondary. Primary data obtained through observation and direct interviews. While our secondary data can be from a collection of literature. The results of our research show that the existence of good teamwork in a company can make cooperation that occurs within the company also run smoothly so as to avoid conflicts between other employees and superiors..

Abstract

Developments in this global era bring many changes that require a company to have human resources that can compete in current developments. This research aims to determine the existing HR development strategy at the Nelongso Bangkalan Fried Chicken restaurant. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The sample in this study used purposive sampling technique. Managers and staff employees were the samples (informants) in this research. The technique used to test the validity of the data is using the triangulation technique. The results of this research show that implementing appropriate HR development strategies can increase employee productivity and company competitiveness in facing the global era..

Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to discuss the role of colleagues in improving employee performance at the Padepokan Buffet Restaurant. This research uses a qualitative research method approach with primary data collection techniques through interviews and secondary data using literature studies. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the role of coworkers has a significant impact on employee performance in restaurants. The effective role of coworkers can influence employee performance through several mechanisms. First, through good teamwork, colleagues can increase employee productivity and work quality. Synergistic teamwork enables the exchange of knowledge and experience that can improve individual skills.
