Abstract

Sexual violence against women is a social problem that cannot be avoided. The policy of UPT PPA as a provider of protection services for women victims of sexual violence and empowerment carried out by UPT PPA Makassar is through training. This paper aims to identify forms of sexual violence against women, describe the implementation of women's empowerment for victims of sexual violence and measure the success rate of women's empowerment programs. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the data used in the form of empirical data and obtained through observations and interviews and accompanied by the results of documentation. The results showed that victims of sexual violence against women there were forms of violence, namely rape and sexual harassment. Therefore, the efforts made by UPT PPA Makassar help victims so that they gradually recover and improve psychologically. Victims of sexual violence after receiving recovery can be empowered with sewing training and show their identity as women and can change economic conditions so that women can empower themselves and be more independent.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work steps, obstacles and results of Community Economic Empowerment in PD. Ar-Rahmah. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method used is descriptive method. The results of the study show the work steps for empowering the community's economy carried out by PD. Ar-Rahmah, namely by providing motivation to work and providing directions for work steps to be more independent, as well as providing many new innovations for the progress of the PD tea leaf factory. Ar-Rahmah. Opening employment opportunities, and holding such as a savings and loan cooperative system without interest, and how to pay in salary deductions, or in installments, or due to obstacles Obstacles in empowering the community's economy at PD Ar-Rahmah, namely from an internal and external perspective and the results of the empowerment community economy in PD. Ar-Rahmah is quite well felt by employees and the surrounding community. With the existence of jobs around the place of residence it is not difficult for the community to have to migrate and leave their families

Abstract

This report aims to know process of waste management in Bank Sampah Induk in Cimahi to programming and producing of impowerment by effort improved community prosperity. This is a qualitative research and description method. Results of research evinced that impowerment from Bank Sampah Induk Cimahi can improved community prosperity. Impowerment process is meant socialisation, education, management waste training, monitor, and evaluation. Impowerment waste can reduce rubbish that throw away to garbage landfill and improve community awareness about waste management. This is achieved by good connection of community role and government to problem solving waste in Cimahi.

Abstract

Cooperatives exist as a solution for the welfare of the community. KSPP BMT Barrah is a concrete form of institution that helps in improving the community's economy. The purpose of this study is to determine the program, implementation and impact felt by members or customers who have collaborated with KSPP BMT Barrah, Cimahi City Branch. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, and uses an interpretive paradigm. The research results show that: first, the program provided by KSPP BMT Barrah is specifically for members or customers with the aim of improving the economy. Second, the implementation of cooperation programs carried out by members or customers can be carried out because they use simple procedures. Third, the impact felt by members or customers is different, this happens because in the process of managing business capital it depends on the members or customers themselves in managing, but there are similarities, namely members or customers are greatly helped by collaborating with KSPP BMT Barrah.

Abstract

Initially, Cemara Cipanglay Beach was not productive. If it was developed in a tourist area, it would certainly affect the municipality's economic growth. This study aims to determine the strategy, process and impact of tourism development on Cemara Cipanglay Beach on community empowerment. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that this tourism development strategy maximizes the strength aspect of the potential of natural resources owned, namely there are three elements of natural charm, namely the agricultural, forestry and marine sectors contained in one beach tourist object. In carrying out the tourism development process at Cemara Cipanglay Beach, it involves the role as well as the Village Government, Community Empowerment Institutions (LPM), Youth Organizations, District Leadership Conferences (Muspika), Community Mobilization Groups (Kompepar), Forest Farmers Groups (KTH), Tourism Awareness Groups and the Cidamar Village community starting from the process of planning, implementing, managing up to evaluation, the result of tourism development at Cemara Cipanglay Beach is an increase in community participation in the implementation of tourism development based on public awareness to make changes

Abstract

The economic problems felt by the lower class of society who then run Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) independently, and this in Indonesia is a phenomenon that has indicators of rapid growth. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role and results of the implementation of small and medium enterprises in order to improve community welfare. Qualitative research methods. As for the results obtained, the Role of Small and Medium Enterprises in Prospering the Economy of Village Communities, namely as a seller of Fried Chicken or you could say fried chicken, must be familiar to the Indonesian people. The results of the research show that there are several indicators of successful community development through Fried Chicken fast food, including: a) The emergence of public awareness in increasing and developing potential as fast food entrepreneurs, b) The community also gets increased income from the fast food sector, c) The number of enthusiasts to open this small and medium business by producing Fried Chicken fast food
