Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school on the religious quality of society. The Islamic religious rituals of the community after the existence of the Islamic Boarding School, as well as the social and Islamic aspects of the community after the Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach to describe the conditions and situations or various social reality phenomena that exist in the community which are the object of research. Data collection was done by means of observation, interviews, documentation.The results showed that the Mahfidiyatul Islmaiyah Islamic boarding school provided various religious roles for the community. There is an increase in religious rituals such as prayer, fasting, zakat, the number of recitations, an increase in the reading and writing of the al-quran and to social aspects which all lead to positive changes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work steps, obstacles and results of Community Economic Empowerment in PD. Ar-Rahmah. This study uses a qualitative approach with the method used is descriptive method. The results of the study show the work steps for empowering the community's economy carried out by PD. Ar-Rahmah, namely by providing motivation to work and providing directions for work steps to be more independent, as well as providing many new innovations for the progress of the PD tea leaf factory. Ar-Rahmah. Opening employment opportunities, and holding such as a savings and loan cooperative system without interest, and how to pay in salary deductions, or in installments, or due to obstacles Obstacles in empowering the community's economy at PD Ar-Rahmah, namely from an internal and external perspective and the results of the empowerment community economy in PD. Ar-Rahmah is quite well felt by employees and the surrounding community. With the existence of jobs around the place of residence it is not difficult for the community to have to migrate and leave their families

Abstract

The research entitled "Community Economic Empowerment in the Warna Tani Fish Cultivation Group in Mulyasari Village, Majenang District, Cilacap Regency. The researcher raised this issue because he wanted to know the economic empowerment of the community carried out by the Warna Tani fish farming group in Mulyasari Village. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods using observation and interview techniques. The focus of the research is the empowerment of the Warna Tani fish farming group and the party who helps empower the Cilacap District Fisheries Service. The results showed that the implementation of empowerment was carried out in stages, processes, and strategies. In terms of income, members of the Warna Tani fish farming group experienced a significant increase compared to before joining the group. The Warna Tani fish farming group is experiencing obstacles such as the price of feed getting more expensive, the uncertainty of the weather which can disrupt the condition of the pond water. Members minimize obstacles by making traditional fish feed and protecting ponds from being directly exposed to rainwater.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: First, to describe the strategy of a prosperous farmer group in improving the economy of the community in the Cikadut Village. Second, to identify the process of empowering prosperous farmer groups in improving the economy of the community in Cikadut Village; Third is to measure the success rate of prosperous farmer groups in the economic field in the Cikadut Village. This study uses descriptive methods, the type of data used is negative, the data sources used are primary and also secondary data while the data collection techniques used in the study are observation, interview, and documentation study. From the results of this study indicate that: First, with the existence of farmer groups make the economic well-being of the community which the majority of the income from agricultural produce is more prosperous. Second, In the process economic empowerment through prosperous farmer groups has stages including: Engagement, Assessment, Action and Facilitation. Third, at least every month the people who are members of the Prosperous Farmers group have income, which is generated from the sale of the harvest or processed products from the harvest.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze the reality of the role of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (LPMD) in improving the development of environmental sanitation in the West Cisomang Village. This study uses descriptive research method LPMD. The results of the study show: First, the efforts made by the Village Community Empowerment Institute (LPMD) to improve the development of sanitation in the West environment include: problem solving, participation in the development of environmental sanitation and the realization of partnerships with the Cisomang Barat village government. Second, a number of supporting factors and barriers to the efforts of the Regional Government Empowerment Empowerment Agency to improve the development of environmental sanitation with a participatory community empowerment process. Third, the achievement of the Village Community Empowerment Institute in improving the development of environmental sanitation is the achievement of environmental sanitation development in the Village of West Cisomang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more about the role of students in environmental preservation especially students in the Qira’atussab’ah Islamic Boarding School of the Kudang to know the processes of activities that take place in preserving the environment and the results obtained by the students of the cottage Qira’atussab’ah Islamic Boarding School of the Kudang. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of the study revealed that the pondok pesantren environmental preservation program’s main objective is to realize students who have awareness in behaving environmentally friendly so that ecosystem sustainability is maintained. Concrete steps taken by students in preserving the environment with activities that have become students habits include cleaning kobong, cleaning kyai houses environment of boarding school. The results obtained are increased awareness of students in preserving the environment.

Abstract

BILC(Bumi Inspirasi Learning Center)  is an environmental-related institution. This research is to find out the problems, namely (1) How the Earth Inspiration program in educating environmental health (2) How the Earth Inspiration efforts in educating environmental health and (3) How are the results felt by the community with the Bumi Inspiration bank in educating environmental health.  This research is to find out the problems, namely (1) How is the BILC program in educating environmental health (2) How is BILC's effort in educating environmental health and (3) How are the results felt by the community with the presence of BILC in educating environmental health. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. From the results of the study found that; (1) BILC programs relating to environmental health, one of which is the waste bank. With the program carried out, namely the garbage bank, financial literacy and the Al- Qur'an Education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efforts of community economic empowerment, the implementation process to the results of community economic empowerment carried out by the Batik Canting Bekasi SMEs. This study used a descriptive method, while the approach used in this study was a phenomenological approach. The author borrows the theory of empowerment according to Eddy which states that empowerment is an effort to develop community potential into real action. The results showed that community economic empowerment carried out by batik canting SMEs was through a batik training program about batik and its characteristics, a system of providing insightful knowledge and batik material. The process of implementing the training goes through the planning stage, the implementation stage to the monitoring and evaluation stage. The results of the empowerment can increase the insight and skills of the community, the emergence of member participation in empowerment activities and improve the community's economy.

Abstract

Waste is a crucial problem in Indonesia, the current accumulation of waste is caused by improper waste management. Primary Waste Management Cooperative (PKPS) Kab. Cianjur acts as a facilitator who presents solutions to waste problems by creating innovations in waste management and making waste as a business opportunity in empowering the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the program, process, and results obtained by the Primary Waste Management Cooperative (PKPS) Kab. Cianjur in empowering the community. The method used in this study is a descriptive method, with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research PKPS Kab. Cianjur has been able to overcome waste problems through several programs, namely organic waste sorting, maggot cultivation, socialization/controlling, and organic waste management training/workshops to waste banks TPS 3R. The PKPS process in empowering the community goes through 4 stages, namely planning, reflection, implementation, and evaluation. The results obtained by PKPS in empowering the community consist of 3 aspects, namely economic, environmental, and social.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of LMDH in improving public welfare through natural tourism to determine the norms established by LMDH, find out the forms of public participation, and the results of LMDH empowerment in improving welfare through natural tourism. This research is qualitative research using the descriptive method. The techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out by reducing data and interpreting logic connected to the context of public empowerment. The results showed that public empowerment, which has been done by LMDH through natural tourism, was strengthening human resources and developing natural resources. The strengthening of human resources with the provision of administrative materials, technical materials, and motivation to have skills and natural resource development. The empowerment results include the emergence of awareness to develop existing potential, increase public income, open business opportunities, and carry out social activities well.
