Abstract

The issue of making decisions accurately and swiftly is crucial in the present and is bolstered by an abundance of data; therefore, making correct decisions can save the future. With a large amount of data and numbers, however, the decision-making process will become even more muddled if the statistical ranking values are identical. Therefore, a method is required to determine whether a hazy decision becomes clearer or a decision that is nearly identical is the best. The method used has existed for more than 50 years, and it is fuzzy logic. In the selection of fuzzi, the term Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is frequently used, and it continues to be used and expanded. As a result, the increasing number of articles that contain information about Fuzzy Logic Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) can be used as research material using Bibliometric analysis based on the Scopus. With Bibliometric analysis, tens of thousands of related articles can be analyzed and displayed with VOSviewer software using a variety of categories including authors, titles, citations, updates, and other information to demonstrate the most recent direction of future research on fuzzy logic Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM).

Abstract

Accessing public services and carrying out regular tasks can be difficult for those with disabilities. Disability-friendly services are important to them. This is due to the fact that there are equal rights for all human beings in all aspects of life. To get a structural picture and provide significant insights about disability-friendly services, this study conducted a bibliometric analysis. We used the Scopus database, searching for the keyword "disabled-friendly services*", resulting in a total of 200 documents. VOS-Viewer software is used to visualize documents. The results of the study show that research on disability-friendly services began to appear from 1975 to 2023. A few significant subjects relating to disability-friendly services are examined, along with publication patterns, major areas, prominent papers, and publishing locations. This study also supports the fact that the United States and the United Kingdom originated and conducted the majority of the research on disability-friendly services.  Australia comes in third. At the national level, research on the subject of services for people with disabilities in Indonesia is still scarce (no one has teamed up with researchers from other nations). The findings discussed here provide significant new information and highlight key takeaways for the future development of disability-friendly services. Additionally, the key developments and service areas for people with disabilities are highlighted.

Abstract

General elections are a form of channeling people's sovereignty to produce a democratic government. Every democratic country wants to create inclusive elections. In the implementation of elections, the participation of the entire community is one of the main factors in the success of inclusive elections. Therefore, the participation of persons with disabilities as vulnerable groups in the implementation of elections is a crucial issue that needs attention. The limitations that persons with disabilities have often result in problems in fulfilling their rights in the implementation of elections. Therefore, regulations are needed so that the distribution of the rights of persons with disabilities in elections can be realized. This research uses a literature approach. This research aims to present the complexity of persons with disabilities in the implementation of elections so that it is expected to contribute to the benchmark for inclusive elections.

The findings showed that the implementation of open selection for filling JPT in East Manggarai Regency was not based on succession planning, there were differences in administrative requirements with relevant regulations; the addition of several administrative files. The background checking process is only carried out based document-driven and conducted indirectly to the participants’ work environment. The process of monitoring and evaluation or re-mapping for elected officials is carried out periodically. The limited number of elected officials with different socio-cultural backgrounds is due to the composition of employees and selection participants who mostly come from the East Manggarai Regency area and share the same socio-cultural background. Abstract

This research investigates the psychological factors influencing pro-environmental behavior among adolescents in Bandung City, Indonesia. Adopting a quantitative approach, a cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect data from a representative sample of 500 adolescents aged 14 to 18. The study focused on assessing environmental attitudes, environmental knowledge, environmental consciousness, and environmental self-efficacy about pro-environmental behavior. Additionally, the potential moderating effects of socio-demographic factors on the relationship between psychological factors and pro-environmental behavior were explored. The findings reveal that environmental attitudes and self-efficacy are the strongest predictors of pro-environmental behavior. Ecological consciousness and environmental knowledge also play significant roles in influencing sustainable actions. Furthermore, education level was found to moderate the relationship between environmental learning and pro-environmental behavior. The implications of these findings are discussed, providing recommendations for targeted interventions to promote sustainable behavior among adolescents in urban areas.
