PT. Indako Trading Coy is a company engaged in the sale of motorcycles and spare parts with 1000 employees who are given work targets every month. Through the targets given, it can be predicted whether employees can be rewarded or not. Prediction is an important tool in determining everything to be effective and efficient. So far, a lot of forecasting is done intuitively using statistical methods. The choice of the method depends on various influencing aspects, namely aspects of time, data patterns, type of system model being observed, level of forecast accuracy or desired prediction and so on. The forecasting method used is using an artificial neural network (ANN) with the Backpropagation method.

A decision support system is a combination of individual intelligence sources with component capabilities to improve decision quality. Decision support system is also a computer-based information system for decision-making management that handles semi-structured problems. The purpose of this study was to create an application for nurse employees at Grandmed Hospital. Based on the results of the research that has been discussed, the Decision Support System for Determining the Best Nurse at Grandmed Hospital using the Simple Additive Wieghting (SAW) method with the benefit of being able to make it easier to process nurse data and make it easier to determine the best nurse for a nurse promotion at Grandmed Hospital.

Decision Support System (DSS) is a procedure-based model to process data and assist management in making decisions. Computer-based Decision Support System to improve decision-making ability to solve quasi-structured or unstructured problems. One of the methods that can be used to solve problems in this DSS is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method is a method that uses weighted addition. With this method the optimal solution is sought from a number of alternatives and certain criteria. The election of the village secretary is an election chosen by the village head himself and is not carried out in a democratic manner. So far, what the village government has done in the election of the village secretary has not been effective. This system was built using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, which is one of the methods used in decision support systems. The AHP method is by weighting each criterion and sub-criteria. The results of the study were in the form of a decision support system application for determining village secretaries using Visual Studio 2010 so as to be able to select several candidates for village secretaries who were worthy of the position as village secretary.

Attendance is a routine before carrying out activities such as education at schools and campuses. This is a list of attendance records present when starting the activity until the activity ends. At this time the attendance system used is still manual by hand. In this case the attendance system will be created automatically using an RFID tag as an identification card and an RFID reader as a card reader. This tool works by using two series contained in the AT89S52 microcontroller as an RFID Starter Kit controller. Communication uses serial communication or RS 232. Communication with the microcontroller used in the RFID Starter Kit is serial while RS 232 is used in the microcontroller module. In addition to the addition of hardware, this tool is supported by design software including Visual Basic 6 and SQL. Visual Basic is used for programming student data processing and SQL is used for student databases. The advantage of this tool is that it is relatively inexpensive and does not require a computer. So there are only tools present in each class to replace the PC and on the server side there is a PC as the center

Doctors are medical personnel who are allowed to practice medical without having to have a specific specialty, and in the hospital there are several specialist doctors, one of which is an obstetrician who is an obstetrician and midwife who has an official title of Sp.OG. So far, the decision making on the selection of the best doctor carried out by the assessment team often faces problems in determining the best doctor candidate where the results obtained are ineffective in determining the best doctor which is decided by means of deliberation meetings. So of the many best doctor candidates who have met the criteria, not all will be the recipients of the best doctor candidates. This is because there is no objective method to make a quick choice based on the doctor's data which is correct according to the results of the deliberation meeting. By referring to the solution provided by Fuzzy Tsukamoto in helping to make a decision, an assessment team can quickly make a decision on the best doctor candidate as desired by comparing all the existing criteria. A decision support system is generally defined as a system that is capable of producing solutions and handling problems. Decision support systems are not intended to replace the role of decision makers, but rather to assist and support decision makers. In improving the quality of public servants at Halay Inn, in this case employees, the leadership has actually made various innovations. One of them is giving awards to employees who have achievements. However, the performance assessment that has been carried out so far does not meet the standard criteria of an organization's work, because performing performance calculations is still limited to recapitulation of attendance by way of manual attendance recapitulation which takes a long time. This, of course, in addition to taking a long time, also allows for calculation errors. Employee performance appraisal related to the successful implementation of duties and personnel capabilities does not affect the improvement of service quality to the community. MFEP is a quantitative method that uses a weighting system. In multi-factor decision making, decision makers subjectively and intuitively weigh various factors that have an important influence on their chosen alternative. For strategically influential decisions, it is preferable to use a quantitative approach such as MFEP, from 10 Candidates calculated with the MFEP of candidates who having the highest evaluation weight is Candidate 3 (K3) with an Evaluation Weight Value = 79.00.

This research was conducted to predict students dropping out of private universities, the student department needs to pay attention to students who have the potential to drop out so that they can be detected faster to make an approach with students so they don't drop out of college, with the help of data mining so that data -The data collected is useful information and with the C4.5 method so that predictions become accurate to detect students who have the potential to drop out of college. As for the results of this study, it is known that the most influential variable for students dropping out of college is marked by UKT Not Current Then Often Absent Then Gender Male whose graduation year is not recently graduated (not fresh graduate)
