Abstract

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, University of Bung Hatta Padang. The population included all students of S1 of Economics Faculty in Bung Hatta University who have completed the enterpreuneurship course in uneven semester 2015/2016. The sampling method used was convenience sampling that samples were close by and can be found easily that appropriate to this study, it has acquired as many as 150 respondents. Results of hypothesis testing were a family background did not affect the intentions Faculty of Economics University of Bung Hatta to entrepreneurship. While personality traits significantly influence to the entrepreneurial intentions on the students of the Economics Faculty in Bung Hatta University. Abstract

This studyexamined the intervening effect of customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty and the role of customer value as moderating. The research population is all entire communities who received service quality of birth certificate issuance in the period of August-December 2014that accounted for 351customers and the numbers of usable samples were 187 customers.In order to test hypotheses, this study performs simple and hierarchical regression analyses. The results of analysis displayed that service quality positively influences customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, customer satisfaction was found to have positive effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction was proven as intervening variable on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, and customer value moderated the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. Abstract

This research aims to show: (1) the Influence of Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline toward Employees’ Performance simultaneously (2) the Influence of Organizational commitment, Work Motivation and Work Discipline toward Employees’ Performance partially. The population was all employees In STIE Pasaman about 36 people. Samples were taken from all of the population were 36 people. The dissemination of questionnaires to 36 respondents, it was only returned 35 pieces of questionnaires from 36 respondents. Methods of analysis were using multiple regression analysis. Abstract

This study was intended to see how the effects of Product Quality and Price to Customers’ Satisfaction toward Samsung mobile phone users in West Pasaman. The population in this study was the samsung mobile phone users in West Pasaman with the sample size of 100, where sampling techniques using Convinience sampling techniques. From the results of this study, the variable Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) significantly affects the Customers Satisfaction (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The amount of influence Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on the Customers Satisfaction (Y) is 0.423 (R2 = 42.3). Keywords : Product Quality, Price, Customers’ Satisfaction

Abstract

phenomenon, but as a reality of economythat important in the development of society and national economy. At least, when the government was not quit competence to provide the employment opportunities for the labor force, the informal sector with all its shortage took a role as a container and alternative employment opportunities for the job seekers. It is also experienced by Padang after the earthquake in 2009 which destroyed some facilities and infrastructure as well as at the same time the economic crisis made people involuntarily unemployed and temporarily mitigated by the availability of employment opportunities in the informal sector in urban areas reflected by street vendors as the main face.This study examines and analyzes in depth the characteristics of informal workers to identificate of demographics , region of origin, age of business , hours of operation, capital and finance, health of workers, the problems and their prospects. The methodology used was qualitative descriptive analysis with random data sample of 255 street vendors.The results of the study found that the role of women more prominent than men to work in this sector , and the educational level of workers with family members was not so much different that was only until the equivalent of high school , and workers in the sector was dominated by local residence , with the capital beginning most dominant of ≤ two million, and capable to give experience with lower cost. Abstract

This study was intended to see the influence of Organizational Climate and Organizational Commitment toward Employees’ Performance at PT. PN VI. The populations in this study were as many as 38 people, where the sampling techniques using surveying techniques. From the results of this study, the variables were Organizational Climate (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) significantly affects employees’ performance (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the effect of Organizational Climate (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) the Employees’ Performance (Y) was 0.671 (R2 = 67.1). Test f an independent variable showed both positive and gave significant effect on the dependent variable amounted to 89 122.
