Abstract

Education of Elementary School especiallyin West Pasaman had sufficient number of primary school, and almost certainly on every Jorong there were primary schools, they competed to get students by improving the quality of education, facility and other infrastructure facilities. Departing from this rivalry private schools began to manifest themselves with reference to quality, including service program of boarding school for school-based Religion. EL-ma'arif elementary school appeared the excellence both on the quality of education quality from learning activities and the activities of self-development. Most private primary schools made themselves as a choice by parents for their children’s education. Social factors, personal factors and religious factors are among the factors that can be affected parents in making decision. The data collection in this study conducted by using questionnaire that included an instrument as measurement of population variable were parents of students that active in academic year 2006/2017 about 326, the sampling used Slovin formula obtained sample of 77 people. The result of multiple linear regression analysis of social factors, personal factors and religious factors contributed 33.3% toward the decision of parents choose El-Maarif elementary school. The practical implications of this research toward the management were to be able to find the strategies or factors for the development of a better education. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Compensation and Job Satisfaction toward Employee Performance at the Department of Agriculture Horticulture and Animal Husbandry in West Pasaman. The population in this study were all contract employees in that place with sample size about 31 people, where sampling techniques using saturated sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Thus, the data collection processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. From the result of this study found variable Compensation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) on the Performance (Y) about 0,481 (R2 = 48.1). Keywords : Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Performance

Abstract

This study was to observe how the implementation of Law Number 40 in 2007, on CSR as effort at UPT Library of STIE Pasaman, it was obtained benefit on 8 factories in West Pasaman. The populations in this study were 8 companies using survey technique as technique sampling. In this research found there were 3 companies that lees in implementing of CSR, 1 company was good, 2 companies were excellent and 2 companies were quite good in responding the implementation of CSR at UPT Library of STIE Pasaman. Abstract

Cooperatives as a legal entity also need to look the development financial performance. Thus the cooperative can be found out how their abilities and how the efficiency should be carried out to maintain financial conditions to keep increasing over time. The purpose of this study was to know how the company's financial performance in the Cooperative Albasiko II during 2013-2015 using financial ratios. Cooperative performance Albasiko II in districts Kinali West Pasaman based on the liquidity ratio was not stable. Where the calculation of the ratio in 2013-2015 have increased and decreased. Based on the solvency ratio was not good than in 2013-2015 due to the cooperative debt increased every year. Pursuant to the profitability ratio was pretty good. From 2013 to 2014 increased quite high namely NPM by 22% to 31%. Although in 2015 dropped to 30%, which was not so significant. Keywords: Financial Performance, Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability

Abstract

This study aimed to identify and analyze the influence of motivation, perceptions, and attitude of students toward the decision of choosing the Bung Hatta University. The approach in this study was a case study with quantitative descriptive method. These samples included 318 people who were taken with random sampling technique cluster proportionate. Data analyzed was performed by using partial test (t-test) to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The result showed that: (1) motivation significantly influenced the student's decision in selecting Bung Hatta University in Padang; (2) perception significantly influenced the student's decision in selecting Bung Hatta University in Padang; (3) the attitude did not affect the decision of the students chose the Bung Hatta University in Padang. Abstract

This study was intended to see how the influence of Training and WorkMotivation toward Employee Job Performance at Bappeda in West Pasaman. The population in this study were all employees at Bappeda in West Pasaman with sample of 53 people, where sampling techniques using saturated sampling. From the result of this study, the training variables (X1) and work motivation (X2) significantly affected the performance (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the effect of training (X1) and work motivation (X2) on the Performance (Y) is 0.573 (R2 = 57.3). Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Performance
