Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of finger print attendance use and performance allowances on Civil servant (CIVIL SERVANT) discipline in the official representative of the Ministry of Religion, Pasaman Regency. This study employs saturated sampling technique. The method of multiple linear regression analysis used SPSS version 20. The results of the F test showed that Finger Print attendance had a positive and significant role in improving the discipline of civil servant at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pasaman Regency. Performance allowances play a positive and significant role in improving the discipline of civil servant at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pasaman Regency. Finger print attendance and performance allowances simultaneously play a positive and significant role in increasing civil servant’s discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pasaman Regency for 52.9% while the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The population of this study were all office staff employees of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation as many as 42 employees. For sampling, the census sampling technique was used, namely sampling which was carried out by taking all the population as samples. The number of samples in this study were 42 employees. The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence on the leadership variable on the work performance of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The organizational culture variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the work performance of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The variables of leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the work performance of PT. Gersindo Minang Plantation. The coefficient of determination for the independent variable seen from the R square is 0.393. That is, the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable is 39.3%. Keywords: leadership, organizational culture and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and role conflict on employee performance of PT. Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ). The number of samples in this study were 72 people. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence between workload on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of T-statistic of 5,804 with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05. Role conflict has a significant effect on employee performance, the value of T-statistic is 3.135 and a significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. If seen simultaneously there is a significant effect of workload on employee performance, and role conflict has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the F value of 23,315 with a significant level of 0.000

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirusahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman, 2. Pengaruh Kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman dan 3. Pengaruh pendidikan kewirusahaan dan Kepribadian terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yang bersifat asosiatif,. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi manajamen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang tidak memberi peluang/kesempatan sama bagi setiap unsur atau anggota populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan sampel dengan teknik ini menggunakan beberapa kriteria yaitu: 1. Mahasiswa minimal semester IV (Empat), 2. Mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti mata kuliah kewirausahaan. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Roscoe, maka jumlah sampelnya adalah 3 x 10 = 30 responden.Uji data yag digunakan yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, teknik analisa data dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman dengan nilai t sebesar 1.455 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (0,05). 3. Pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pasaman dengan nilai F Sebesar 10.401 dan signifikansi uji F adalah 0,000 (

Abstract

This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction. Abstract

This research was conducted at Employment and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) West Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to determine the impactof Communication and Work Environment on Work Performance ofEmployment and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) employees. The population of this study were all employees of Employment and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) West Pasaman, namely 55 people. For the population is below 100 people, the sampling technique used saturated sample; the entire population is sampled. The data collection methods used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS 16.00. The results of this study indicate a relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. It can be explained that communication variable has positive and insignificant impact on work performance with regression coefficient of 0.797 and significant rate of 0.429 (> 0.05). Work environment has positive and significant impact on work performance with regression coefficient of 0.038 and significant rate of 0.004 (<0.05). Communication and work environment simultaneously have positive and significant impact on work performance with regression coefficient of 43.322 and significant rate of 0.000 (<0.05). The value of R² shows 62.5% and the remaining 37.5% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study was intended to see how the influence of Training and WorkMotivation toward Employee Job Performance at Bappeda in West Pasaman. The population in this study were all employees at Bappeda in West Pasaman with sample of 53 people, where sampling techniques using saturated sampling. From the result of this study, the training variables (X1) and work motivation (X2) significantly affected the performance (Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the effect of training (X1) and work motivation (X2) on the Performance (Y) is 0.573 (R2 = 57.3). Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) dan kualitas Produk terhadap keputusan pembelian SkinCare MS.Glow di Lubuksikaping. Jenis penelitian bersifat Asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan metode teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 responden generasi Y yang memakai skincare MS. Glow, berjenis kelamin perempuan, dengan rentang usia 28 - 42 tahun. Teknik yang di gunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu dari hasil angket yang telah di isi oleh responden, dokumentasi dan wawancara dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPPS versi 16.0. Hasil dari penelitian untuk uji t variabel Electronic Word of Mouth dan kualitas produk memiliki nilai signifikan < 0,05 artinya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Sedangkan nilai koefisien Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,627 atau 62,7% variabel Keputusan pembelian dipengaruh oleh variabel Electronic Word of Mouth dan kualitas produk.

Abstract

Taxes play a crucial role in a state's economy, serving as the primary source of revenue that enables government programs and infrastructure development. If tax revenues fall short of government targets, the intended objectives cannot be fully achieved. Indonesia, a country with significant natural resources and a strategic location, attracts both domestic and foreign businesses. However, tax compliance often conflicts with companies' goal to minimize tax expenses. This discrepancy leads to tax avoidance, where companies legally reduce their tax burden. This study aims to empirically examine the linkage of DER and NPM proxies with tax avoidance. Tax avoidance is measured using the cash effective tax rate (CETR) proxy. This causality study employs a quantitative research approach and involves twenty-one firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016-2019 period, selected through judgment sampling. Panel data estimation is used in a regression model, with an estimation test conducted before hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that the DER and NPM proxies have a significant linkage with tax avoidance, both partially and simultaneously, contributing 87.38 percent. This study demonstrates that DER and NPM proxies can be used to identify tax avoidance practices in an empirical context, especially in Indonesia. Future research should consider case-study approaches to further enrich these findings.

Abstract

Employees are the backbone of any organization, and their performance directly impacts success. In the education sector, a well-functioning workforce is crucial for student achievement. Effective leadership, clear communication, and motivated employees are all thought to be important for strong performance in organizations. This study is looking into the effect on the performance of Pasaman Regency Education Service Employees of Leadership Style, Communication, and Motivation. 45 staff members from the Pasaman Regency Education Office made up the population of this research. This study sample applies the whole sampling method. Multiple linear regression was used to examine research data acquired by means of a questionnaire distribution approach. Research findings reveal that staff of Pasaman Regency Education Service perform significantly differently depending on their leadership style, partly. With a significance value of 0.551 > 0.05, communication has no appreciable effect on employee performance; motivation similarly has no appreciable effect on performance with a significance value of 0.112 > alpha 0.05. With a significance value of 0.000 alpha 0.05, Leadership Style, Communication, and Motivation concurrently significantly affect the Performance of Pasaman Regency Education Service Employees. From the Coefficient of Determination Test (R2), a value of 0.667 was obtained suggesting that Leadership Style, Communication, and Motivation contribute 66.7% to Employee Performance at the Pasaman Regency Education Office.
