Abstract

Islam is present as a religion of perfection through the prophetic treatise of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH which carries the mission of social transformation and the enforcement of justice. However, in the course of history, the treatise often faced resistance from the ummah, both in the early prophetic period and in the modern context through the rejection of legal regulation, especially Islamic family law. A similar phenomenon can be seen in the implementation of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage in Indonesia, which until now still causes debate and rejection in the community. This study aims to identify the factors behind the people's rejection of prophetic treatises, analyze the form and reasons for the community's rejection of family law laws and regulations, and find the relevance and relationship between the two phenomena. The results of the study show that such resistance is generally rooted in a strong attachment to ancestral traditions and values, as well as the unpreparedness of society to accept social change and legal reforms. Some of the family law issues that often cause rejection include interfaith marriage, the recognition of children out of wedlock, and provisions regarding the legal requirements for marriage. This study concludes that a more inclusive, dialogical, and educational approach is needed in the process of reforming and implementing Islamic family law. This approach is expected to be able to bridge the tension between old traditions and the need for legal reform, thereby creating social harmony and substantive justice in society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the Bogor City Regional Government during the period 2014 2023 and to develop projections for 2024 2029. Using descriptive analysis and financial ratio methods, this study evaluates aspects of revenue, expenditure, and budget balance. The results of the analysis show dynamics in Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) and capital expenditure efficiency, which form the basis for policy recommendations for long-term fiscal stability.

Abstract

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management (SMM) is one of the strategic efforts of public sector organizations in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 SMM and its impact on service performance and customer satisfaction levels at the Bandung Barat Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BPVP). The research method used was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through documentation studies of quality documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), internal audit reports, and customer satisfaction survey data. The results show that BPVP West Bandung has consistently implemented the principles of ISO 9001:2015, including customer focus, leadership, employee involvement, process approach, continuous improvement, and fact-based decision making. The implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS has been proven to contribute positively to improving service quality and customer satisfaction, as indicated by an increase in the customer satisfaction index from year to year. This study concludes that the effective implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS can improve organizational performance and the quality of public services.
