Abstract

Applications the development of the world of robots and automation is also based on the limitations of human power that cannot work continuously, making humans think of doing automation in carrying out tasks that are usually done by humans. Apart from that, automation is also expected to increase the efficiency of using human resources, reduce work errors and reduce operational costs that must be incurred. Automation that can be carried out includes the creation of robots that do not know fatigue and are not influenced by emotions at work. This robot functions to help humans in doing tasks. Robots can also reduce work errors that are often made by humans (human error). More focus on service processes in large restaurants or canteens conventionally using human resources. The problem that arises is in terms of efficiency and customer service, we can take advantage of the role of robots to improve customer service and efficiency. On the other hand, when viewed from the customer's point of view, the lack of available human resources makes them have to take a long time to get their orders, not infrequently because there is no system that regulates that queues are missed or even not delivered by the canteen waiter. This is a problem that often occurs and needs further action to overcome these weaknesses or problems. Next, in terms of technology, which is developing rapidly, it is appropriate for schools with a technology base, such as Ricardo Auto Machine Vocational School, to be able to implement robotic and automation systems. From the process and results of this study, this research produces robots that are able to deliver buyer orders properly according to system instructions produced in accordance with the researchers' goals.

Abstract

Scholarships are one of the solutions to overcome the problem of costs for those who are less fortunate. Granting scholarships at Indra Bangsa Vocational School sometimes only focuses on orphaned students and scholarships that have good grades so they don't get scholarships, so this study aims to determine the classification of scholarship recipients at Indra Bangsa Vocational School, for the data used as research units are SMK students from class 10-12 with a total of 56 students, of which 30% will be taken as data testing. With this data mining algorithm, the data attributes used for processing include data on family status, number of dependents of parents, student rankings and parents' income. And based on the data mining process it was found that the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbor algorithms are more accurate in eliminating the C4.5 algorithm in classifying scholarship recipients. And based on the results of scholarship testing with the rapid miner application, the accuracy value is obtained that the KNN algorithm gets a higher accuracy value of 88.24% while the C4.5 and Naïve Bayes algorithms get an accuracy value of 82.35%. In this case, it can be seen that the best method is the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm, then the C4.5 and Naïve Bayes algorithms. The suggestion for this research is to use more attributes and use other algorithms for the testing process. The update from the research made is to use 3 algorithms in the data mining process carried out at the Indra Bangsa Vocational School.

Abstract

CV. Putra Karya Motor is a service company that was founded in 2005. CV. Putra Karya Motor is located on Jl. Raya Puncak – Cipanas Pacet Cianjur sub-district. Working hours start from 08.00 – 16.30 WIB. Every week the company processes employee payroll. In this research, the company's employee payroll process is not integrated with the system, data processing and salary components are carried out manually in a short time, the information search process is very vulnerable to the risk of data loss or damage, the salary increase process requires initial data on the employee's work period which must be searched. one by one to determine the length of work. This causes errors in the salary calculation process and delays in carrying out the payroll process. Based on these problems, an employee payroll application was created which contained master data management, calculating employee salaries, calculating taxes, managing salary increases. The application created is integrated with attendance recording so that the salary calculation process can be carried out automatically and is able to manage salary increases to make it easier for related parties regarding salary payments to each employee. The system created can perform salary calculations automatically without the need to calculate manually and the resulting salary data is in accordance with all data that has been input based on the company's existing salary components. The system is made according to the requests and needs of the company. The results of trials to carry out calculation comparisons between Microsoft Excel and the system are appropriate. The employee payroll application is capable of producing output related to payroll reports, namely employee salary reports, employee attendance reports, employee overtime reports, employee salary increase reports, financial expense reports and overtime expense reports which can help companies in carrying out the payroll process.

Abstract

SMK is an educational institution that prepares human resources who are skilled and ready to be placed in the industrial world. One of its main activities is the implementation of street vendors and Expertise Competency Examinations which need to be carefully prepared by educational institutions. Determination of student competency scores can be obtained in 5 (five) productive subjects and can also be used as an attribute. In accordance with the infographic data published by BPS in 2019 that there are still 19% of SMK students who have not been absorbed in the industrial world, a research is needed by the SMK 1 Barunawati education unit as a form of school effort so that students who graduate can be absorbed in the industrial world. This research uses alumni data for class 2021 and 2022, namely 126 data sets which are divided into 2 parts, namely 101 as Training data and 25 as Testing data. The method used is the Naïve Bayes algorithm method and the C45 Decision Tree and the data processing application uses Rapid Miner application version 10 For Education, while the value data range has very good, good and sufficient information values ​​and has 2 classes, namely Very Competent and Competent. The results of data processing using the Rapid Miner application with the Naïve Bayes method obtained an accuracy value of 88% while using the Decision Tree C45 method an accuracy value of 72% is obtained so that it can be concluded that the use of the Naïve Bayes method is very good to use compared to the Decision Tree C45 method in this case study. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material for SMK 1 Barunawati in order to improve the quality of student competence.
