Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Technology Innovation, Capital Structure, Ownership Structure on Sustainability Report Disclosure. The population in this study are Primary Consumer companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2019-2021 period. The data used is secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements through the website www.idx.co.id or the websites of each company. The study used a purposive sampling methode with several criteria and the results obtained as many as 161 sample data. Data analysis method using descriptive test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regressions test using SPSS Software 26. The results show that Technology Innovation, Capital Structure, Institutional Ownership, have positive effect on Sustainability Report Disclosure. Foreign Ownership and Managerial Ownership doesn’t have effect on Sustainability Report Disclosure.

Abstract

Traditional markets are markets that play an important role in promoting economic growth in Indonesia. The existence of this traditional market is very helpful, not only for the local or central government but also for the people who depend on their trading activities for the welfare of their lives, be it traders, buyers, butchers and so on. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the Sungai Sariak traditional market has the potential to improve the economy of the VII Koto Sungai Sariak community. The purpose of this study is to find out that the Sungai Sariak traditional market has the potential to improve the economy of the people of Kecamatan VII Koto Sungai Sariak. From the research results it can be seen that the potential of this traditional market has a very positive impact on improving the community's economy in fulfilling all economic activities in the form of buying and selling transactions between traders and buyers so as to create prosperity among the community, especially District VII Koto Sungai Sariak and the surrounding community. The conclusion from this study is that traditional markets have a major influence on the livelihood systems of the surrounding communities. Sungai Sariak Market is a means to carry out economic activities, especially trade or as a place as a rescue network and provider of employment opportunities for most people in District VII Koto Sungai Ariak.

Abstract

LAZISMU is one of the zakat institutions that manages donations from all over Indonesia and implements donations through digital payments. This study aims to examine how Emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use affect Donation intention through Digital payment at LAZISMU. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection using the Likert scale method and primary data from respondents collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents via google form. The population of this study are donors who intend to make donations at LAZISMU Yogyakarta area through digital payment. Using purposive sampling method, this study used 100 donors as a sample of respondents. Data analysis techniques through the IBM SPSS statistical 26 programme using the Coefficient of Determination test, multiple regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that first, Emotional marketing has a positive and significant effect on donation intention with a coefficient value of 0.115 and a significance of 0.010 which is smaller than 0.05. Second, Perceived ease of use is proven to have an effect on donation intention at LAZISMU, as evidenced by the coefficient value of 0.565 and a significance of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 and this study emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use, are able to explain 49.7% of the influence on the dependent variable, namely donation intention. So from the results of multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing it can be seen that the results of this study indicate that emotional marketing and Perceived ease of use have a significant effect on donation intention.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of Indonesian Sharia Banks. Bank Syariah Indonesia is a bank resulting from the merger of three state-owned sharia commercial banks, namely Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah, Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri. Previously, research on these 3 banks had been carried out before the merger occurred. This study seeks to see the performance of Indonesian Islamic Banks after the merger using the Islamicity Performance Index approach. The data used is Bank Syariah Indonesia annual report data for 2021. The results of this study show that two indicators have very satisfactory values, namely Islamic Investment vs. Non-Islamic Investment and Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income, the Equitable Distribution Ratio indicator has a fairly good value, the Profit Sharing Ratio indicator has an unsatisfactory value, and the last two indicators, namely the Zakat Performance Ratio and the Director-Employee Welfare Ratio have very unsatisfactory values.

Abstract

Productivity and product quality are very low due to cultivation methods and post-harvest processes and gambier processing that are not optimal and the lack of technological support for gambier processing. The very low level of productivity causes the amount of production produced to also be low. The decrease in the value of gambier productivity indicates that there has been inefficiency of farmers in allocating existing production factors. This research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 18,547 gambier farmers and the sampling technique was random sampling. So in this study using a sample of 100 respondents. This study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the use of production factors in the form of land area, labor, gambier prices on gambier production. The results showed that the variables of land area and labor could increase the amount of gambier production positively and significantly. Gambier price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the amount of gambier production.

Abstract

Account Officers have an important role in increasing the efficiency of the institution. Apart from recruiting members, account officers are responsible for various tasks, such as resolving problematic financing, conducting surveys, and conducting financing analysis. accept or reject requests for financing, and become a source for sharia institutions to ensure the continuity of requests for financing. Account Officers must evaluate customers for financing and realizing funding. The purpose of this study is to identify the methods used by account officers to assess the feasibility of applying for financing at the BMT Maslahah Besuk Branch, and explain the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for Account Officers in determining the feasibility of applying for financing at the BMT Maslahah Besuk Branch and explain the solutions they make. in overcoming these inhibiting factors. To express these challenges completely and clearly, researchers used a qualitative approach with raw data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Additional investigations were conducted, and the conclusions reached indicated that the Account Officers modified their approach by working through five steps, including the funding stage, the data collection stage, the data analysis stage, the approval stage, and the disbursement stage. then the 5C concept is used to evaluate. Factors constraining Account Officers in determining eligibility for financing Lack of information on prospective members, inappropriate use of financing, and incomplete customer data are obstacles that must be overcome by Account Officers to assess whether or not a financing is appropriate. Reviewing the 5C principles, taking a personal approach when talking to prospective customers, conducting interviews, preparing the necessary documents, and educating prospective customers so as not to hinder the financing application process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer purchase intention in the online marketplace in Batam City. The independent variables proposed in this study include trust, convenience, customer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motive, which are mediated by the attitude towards online shopping and moderated by trust in website. The research methodology used is quantitative. The data used is primary data from the results of a survey using an online questionnaire with 300 respondents. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model method using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study found that trust and convenience did not have a significant positive effect on attitudes toward online shopping. Consumer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motives have a significant positive influence on attitude toward online shopping. Attitude toward online shopping affects purchase intention. Trust in website does not provide a moderating effect between attitudes toward online shopping and purchase intention. From the results of our research, it can be seen that consumer service, hedonic motives, and usefulness motives have a role in shaping consumer attitudes toward online shopping. Then the attitude will determine the purchase intention for products sold in online marketplaces.

Abstract

Bai' Bitsaman Ajil is a ba'I (sale and purchase) transaction in which the bank is the seller and the customer is the buyer. BBA is a sale and purchase transaction of services or goods where the original price is added to the profit submitted and the nominal is agreed between the buyer and the seller. This study aims to further discuss Fine in Financing Bai' Bitsaman Ajil according to the Fiqh Muamalah Perspective. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods to describe events (phenomena) or conditions of the observed object. The application of fines to BBA transactions can be carried out but with the aim of protecting the rights of financiers and according to the DSN-MUI fatwa Number 17/DSNMUI/IX/2000 concerning penalties in the form of fines for financing recipients who are able but delay or take time to fulfill their obligations.

Abstract

Currently, the trend of the Indonesian cosmetic industry is growing quite rapidly, especially in the skin care sector, so that competition in the skincare sector is becoming very tight. continue to increase. Camille Beauty is a beauty production company founded in 2018 and is one of the recommended products. Using Tiktok as a social media marketing platform to promote products sold to attract consumers to decide to buy Camille Beauty products. The purpose of this research was to find out and analyze how Tiktok's Social Media Marketing and Camille Beauty's Product Quality, to find out the Purchase Decision on Camille Beauty's Products, and to find out the Effect of Tiktok's Social Media and Product Quality on Camille Beauty's Purchase Decisions. This type of research is a quantitative method and uses descriptive data analysis. Sampling using non-probability sampling method. A total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results obtained based on this research are that the social media marketing platform TikTok has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and social media marketing on the tiktok platform and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the short-term and long-term relationships between macroeconomic variables and the flow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Indonesia from 1982 to 2021. The analysis model used is johansen-juselius co-integration and error correction model (ECM. This study found a cointegration relationship between macroeconomic variables and FDI inflows. Money supply is a factor that influences FDI inflows in the short and long term. Meanwhile, inflation and trade openness have a negative effect in the long term. Market size affects FDI inflows only in the short term. This finding has implications that the government needs to maintain the stability of macroeconomic variables to increase FDI inflows.
