This study aims to analyze the short-term and long-term relationships between macroeconomic variables and the flow of Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in Indonesia from 1982 to 2021. The analysis model used is johansen-juselius co-integration and error correction model (ECM. This study found a cointegration relationship between macroeconomic variables and FDI inflows. Money supply is a factor that influences FDI inflows in the short and long term. Meanwhile, inflation and trade openness have a negative effect in the long term. Market size affects FDI inflows only in the short term. This finding has implications that the government needs to maintain the stability of macroeconomic variables to increase FDI inflows.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM), terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Kepulaun Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel periode 2011 hingga 2021 pada 7 Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan, tetapi tidak signifikan dan variabel IPM menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. pemerintah perlu mengupayakan pembangunan ekonom secara merata sehingga pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat diarahkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan manusia dan akan menurunkan ketimpangan pendapatan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Kepulauan Riau.

This research aims to determine the influence of infrastructure and the Human Development Index on labor absorption and its implications for economic growth in the Riau Islands. The analysis model used is Path Analysis. The data used is a time series and cross-section from 7 districts and cities from 2011 to 2021 in the Riau Islands. Research results show that the Human Development Index (HDI) positively influences labor absorption. A high HDI will produce quality and productive human resources in increasing labor absorption to increase economic output. Different findings from this research show that infrastructure has a negative effect on economic growth in the Riau Islands. It is possible that the infrastructure proxied by road transportation infrastructure in the research does not have a large economic impact on the Riau island because the transportation that is widely used in inter-island economic activities uses sea transportation which requires quite large costs.

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image, price, and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on purchasing decisions of Azarine sunscreen products among students of the Faculty of Economics and Maritime Business, Raja Ali Haji Maritime University. A quantitative approach was used using a survey method involving 93 respondents who had purchased or used the product. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially price and e-WOM had a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, while brand image did not have a significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables significantly influenced purchasing decisions. These findings can be strategic input for companies to improve their marketing strategies, especially in digital communication and brand positioning.

Produk olahan perikanan memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai sumber pendapatan sekaligus mendukung ketahanan pangan di wilayah pesisir. Namun, Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) Rezeki di Desa Pengujan, Kabupaten Bintan, masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, antara lain keterbatasan keterampilan dalam menciptakan produk olahan baru, desain kemasan yang kurang menarik, manajemen usaha yang belum tertata, serta rendahnya pemanfaatan media digital untuk promosi. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada terbatasnya daya saing dan akses pasar produk. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mitra melalui pelatihan teknis pengolahan produk, pembuatan kemasan, manajemen usaha, dan pemasaran digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif, meliputi pelatihan, pendampingan intensif, serta penerapan teknologi pada proses produksi, pengelolaan usaha, dan promosi. Data kegiatan diperoleh melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan evaluasi mutu produk. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas produk, keteraturan pencatatan keuangan, serta intensitas promosi digital. Program ini mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan daya saing mitra, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat pesisir secara berkelanjutan

This study aims to analyze the influence of ethical leadership and perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among students actively involved in Student Activity Units (UKM) in Tanjungpinang. The phenomenon of low voluntary participation among students in organizational activities highlights the need to examine factors that may enhance such extra-role behaviors. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed, and data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 active UKM students. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that ethical leadership does not have a significant effect on students’ OCB. In contrast, perceived organizational support was found to have a positive and significant effect on OCB. Furthermore, when tested simultaneously, ethical leadership and perceived organizational support significantly influence OCB, with 98 percent of the variance in students’ behavior explained by these two variables, while the remaining 2 percent is explained by other factors outside the research model. These results emphasize that perceived organizational support plays a dominant role in shaping students’ OCB, while ethical leadership still serves as a complementary factor that strengthens the overall model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kausalitas antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) di Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian ini juga akan menganalisa pengaruh dari masing-masing indikator IPM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kepulauan Riau. Data penelitian menggunakan data time series dan cross section 7 kabupaten/kota di Kepulauan Riau periode 2011 sampai 2023. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kausalitas Granger untuk melihat hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pembangunan manusia dan analisis regresi data panel untuk melihat pengaruh masing-masing indikator IPM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya hubungan Kausalitas satu arah antara pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan IPM. Peningkatan indeks pembangunan manusia akan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kepulauan Riau. Analisis regresi juga menjelaskan bahwa indikator pendidikan IPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi di Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Sebaliknya, indikator Kesehatan tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan. Melalui hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau dapat menentukan kebijakan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan IPM masyarakat dengan cara meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya masyarakatnya sehingga perekonomian juga akan meningkat.
