Abstract

Improving the quality of land data is very necessary so that all land parcels are mapped and valid so that a complete village mapping is arranged. This study aims to describe the implementation strategy and evaluate the improvement of the quality of land data in order to realize a Complete Village based on man, money, machine, material, and method. The research was conducted through a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. The results of the study show that the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency applies a strategy by optimizing man, money, machine, material, and method, so that all villages meet the requirements to generate a Complete Village Value (NDL) of 100. ) the number of officers is not sufficient, b) the budget allocation is limited so that some achievements cannot be disbursed, c) the equipment used has not been utilized optimally, d) the types of documents are quite complete but there is still information that has not been recorded in full, e) setting targets for K4 activities not well planned. Measurement and mapping carried out in one village.

Abstract

Karangasem Regency Regional Regulation Number 17 of 2012 concerning the RTRW of Karangasem Regency in 2012-2032 is a guide for the Regional Government in preparing the RTRW. This regulation also manages disaster-prone areas (KRB) following the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources No. 11/2016. In 2017, the Geospatial Information Agency issued a map of the Gunung Agung KRB zone that can be used as a basis for evaluating residential zones that were regulated in the RTRW Regional Regulation. In addition, the conversion of land into a residential zone due to the population growth reached 1980 people/year. This was the reason the existing RTRW needed to be evaluated, given the potential for increased vulnerability due to the emergence of new settlements in the KRB zone. Based on the results of the RTRW evaluation, it was known that residential areas were covering an area of ±566,69 Ha in the KRB II zone and ±160,15 Ha in the KRB III zone which should be a conservation area. Moreover, population growth caused the land conversion of ±992 Ha, where there was an increase in the residential zone in KRB III by ±73,36 Ha which potentially increased the vulnerability of people living in the area.

Abstract

The Sedayu industrial area located in Argodadi Village, has been designated as a district's strategic economic area. This has an impact on land of Argodadi Village in terms of land tenure, land use and land value. To avoid land speculators causing land values to soar, it is necessary to have plot-based land value information. Land value modeling can be carried out using Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) methods. Based on the analysis of the model compatibility test, the coefficient of determination, spatial heterogeneity, and the spatial autocorrelation index, it is found that GWR is more effectively used than OLS. GWR produces 9988 models which equal the number of analyzed fields. The results of the prediction to the industrial estate land values are displayed in a map of the value of land parcels which are grouped into 71 classes, namely in the class range of 31 to 103.
