Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the formulation of the problem proposed. The formulation of this research problem includes:1. How does the coupon interest rate affect the yield of bonds classified as investment grade?; 2. How does the market interest rate affect the yield of bonds classified as investment grade?; and 3. How does the maturity period affect the yield of corporate bonds classified as investment grade. This research uses a quantitative approach that is associative in character. The research data source is secondary data. The population of this study are all corporations listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2022 which are accessed through the IDX official website, www.idx.co.id and www.ojk.co.id. The sampling technique is Non Probability-Purposive Sampling using Investment Grade criteria resulted in 28 bonds from 14 corporations.The results showed that a. There is an influence of the Market Interest Rate (TBP) on Bond Yield (IH); b. There is no influence of Coupon Interest Rate (TBK) on Bond Yield (IH); and c. There is an influence of Maturity Period (JWJT) on Bond Yield Tujuan penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris mengenai rumusan masalah yang diajukan. Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini meliputi: 1. Bagaimana pengaruh tingkat bunga kupon Terhadap Imbal Hasil Obligasi yang tergolong investment grade?; 2. Bagaimana pengaruh tingkat bunga pasar Terhadp Imbal Hasil Obligasi yang tergolong investment grade?; dan 3. Bagaiaman pengaruh jangka waktu jatuh tempo Terhadap Imbal hasil obligasi korporasi yang tergolong investment grade. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif. Sumber data penelitian adalah secondary data. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh korporasi yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2022 yang diakses melalui situs resmi BEI yaitu www.idx.co.id dan www.ojk.co.id. Teknik penarikan sampling adalah Non Probability-Purposive Sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria Investment Grade diperoleh hasil 28 obligasi dari 14 korporasi.Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa a. Terdapat Pengaruh Tingkat Bunga Pasar (TBP) Terhadap Imbal Hasil (IH) Obligasi; b. Tidak Terdapat Pengaruh Tingkat Bunga Kupon (TBK) Terhadap Imbal Hasil (IH) Obligasi; dan c. Terdapat Pengaruh Jangka Waktu Jatuh Tempo (JWJT) Terhadap Imbal Hasil Obligasi.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and assess the risks associated with the Mandalika Urban and Tourism Infrastructure Project (MUTIP) in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The research methodology involves collecting secondary and primary data using risk identification techniques such as interviews and brainstorming. Data is then processed using likelihood and consequences scales to identify dominant risks and design effective mitigation strategies. The study's findings indicate that prominent risks include difficulties in land acquisition, unforeseen functional costs, and potential non-payment by guests. The results of the questionnaire-based research identify three main risks of concern to respondents: contractor credibility (40%), insufficient revenue from visitors (36.67%), and disturbances from the community (33.33%). These findings highlight the significant concern of respondents regarding critical factors that could impact the success of the project. This insight is crucial for project planning and risk mitigation.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the impact of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT TASPEN (PERSERO) Manado Branch Office. The research instrument was tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha, which showed that the instruments for the variables Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance are considered reliable with a value above 0.60. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test indicated that the data used in this study were normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.964, which is greater than 0.05, and no heteroscedasticity symptoms were found based on the Scatterplot graph analysis.The regression analysis results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable (X) has a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (Y), with a regression coefficient value of 0.694. Furthermore, the correlation analysis indicated a strong relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, with a correlation (R) value of 0.703. The contribution of the Job Satisfaction variable to Employee Performance is shown by the R Square value of 0.495, which means that 49.5% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by the Job Satisfaction variable. The significance test using the t-test indicated that the Job Satisfaction variable significantly affects Employee Performance, with a t-value of 5.235, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.697. The F-test also supports this result, with an F-value of 27.409, which is greater than the F-table value of 4.183, indicating that Job Satisfaction has a significant impact on Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT TASPEN (Persero) Kantor Cabang Manado. Instrumen penelitian diuji reliabilitasnya menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha, yang hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa instrumen untuk variabel Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan dianggap reliabel dengan nilai di atas 0.60. Uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan bahwa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdistribusi normal, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.964, yang lebih besar dari 0.05, serta tidak ditemukan gejala heteroskedastisitas berdasarkan analisis grafik Scatterplot. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0.694. Selain itu, analisis korelasi mengindikasikan hubungan yang kuat antara Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai korelasi (R) sebesar 0.703. Kontribusi variabel Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan ditunjukkan oleh nilai R Square sebesar 0.495, yang berarti 49,5% variasi Kinerja Karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel Kepuasan Kerja. Uji signifikansi dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 5.235, yang lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 1.697. Uji F juga mendukung hasil ini, dengan nilai F-hitung sebesar 27.409 yang lebih besar dari F-tabel sebesar 4.183, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The principle of ultimum remedium is a principle in criminal law that places criminal sanctions as a last resort after other legal efforts are ineffective in enforcing the law. In the context of money laundering crimes, the application of this principle has an important role in maintaining a balance between effective law enforcement and the protection of human rights. This research aims to analyze the application of the ultimum remedium principle in the criminal offense of money laundering in Indonesia, as well as evaluate whether the criminal sanctions applied are in accordance with this principle. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with analysis of laws, regulations and court decisions related to money laundering crimes. The research results show that although the principle of ultimum remedium has been accommodated in criminal law theory in Indonesia, in practice there are often deviations in the imposition of criminal sanctions that are considered disproportionate. This research recommends strengthening the implementation of the ultimum remedium principle through clearer and more consistent legal policies, as well as increasing the capacity of law enforcement officials in applying it to money laundering cases.

Abstract

Pemasaran digital yang dipersonalisasi telah menjadi alat strategis utama dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, terutama di kalangan perusahaan start-up teknologi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh personalisasi pemasaran melalui penggunaan big data, interaksi media sosial, dan konten yang disesuaikan untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa personalisasi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pelanggan mendorong tingkat retensi yang lebih tinggi dan menciptakan hubungan emosional yang kuat antara pelanggan dan merek. Namun, tantangan privasi data menjadi perhatian utama dalam penerapan strategi ini. Pelanggan semakin menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan data pribadi, sehingga perusahaan harus memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi perlindungan data seperti GDPR. Selain itu, konten yang interaktif di media sosial juga terbukti efektif dalam membangun komunitas yang loyal, sementara rekomendasi produk yang dipersonalisasi mendorong pembelian berulang. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan teknologi personalisasi, transparansi dalam pengelolaan data, serta pembuatan konten yang relevan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan strategi yang tepat, personalisasi pemasaran dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam mempertahankan pelanggan dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan di era digital.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas penerapan strategi supply chain manajemen (SCM) dalam mengoptimalkan proses produksi untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Dalam konteks globalisasi dan persaingan yang semakin ketat, perusahaan dihadapkan pada tantangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses produksi mereka. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan prinsip-prinsip SCM dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai keunggulan kompetitif melalui optimalisasi proses produksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan analisis terhadap berbagai sumber yang relevan, termasuk jurnal, buku, dan laporan penelitian terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SCM yang efektif dapat meningkatkan koordinasi antar bagian dalam rantai pasokan, mengurangi waktu siklus produksi, dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Selain itu, strategi SCM yang terintegrasi memungkinkan perusahaan untuk lebih responsif terhadap perubahan permintaan pasar dan memperbaiki kualitas produk. Artikel ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam implementasi SCM, seperti resistensi terhadap perubahan dan kebutuhan investasi awal yang signifikan. Kesimpulannya, penerapan strategi SCM yang komprehensif dan adaptif merupakan kunci untuk mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan dalam industri manufaktur. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya mencakup evaluasi empiris terhadap implementasi SCM di berbagai sektor industri serta pengembangan model yang dapat mengatasi tantangan spesifik dalam penerapan SCM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Inspectorate Office of North Sulawesi Province. The research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach, where data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents. The analysis techniques employed include validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity tests, and multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis indicate that motivation and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The regression test shows that the coefficient of determination (R²) is 73.4%, which means that motivation and work discipline contribute 73.4% to employee performance, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other factors not studied. The F-test value of 64.750 with a significance level of 0.000 indicates that the regression model, which includes motivation and work discipline, is overall significant in explaining variations in employee performance. This study provides insights that improving motivation and work discipline can significantly enhance employee performance. These findings can be used by management to formulate more effective policies to improve employee performance and contribute to the academic literature in the field of human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to test the impact of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at BPJS Kesehatan Manado. Using simple linear regression analysis, the research examines the relationship between levels of work discipline and employee performance at the institution. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed to determine the extent to which work discipline contributes to employee performance. The results show a regression coefficient of 0.362, indicating that each one-unit increase in work discipline is associated with a 0.362- unit improvement in employee performance. The t-statistic of 3.555 with a significance level of less than 0.001 demonstrates that the relationship between work discipline and employee performance is statistically significant. These findings underscore the importance of work discipline in enhancing employee performance at BPJS Kesehatan Manado. The study provides valuable insights for management in improving systems and policies related to work discipline to boost overall employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality on patient satisfaction at Sentra Medika Hospital in North Minahasa. The research employs a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis to evaluate the relationship between the independent variable, which is service quality, and the dependent variable, which is patient satisfaction. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the research instruments. The validity test results indicated that all questionnaire items were valid, with calculated r-values greater than the r-table values, while the reliability test showed that the instrument was reliable, with a Cronbach's Alpha value greater than 0.6. The regression analysis demonstrated a significant positive relationship between service quality and patient satisfaction, with a correlation coefficient of 0.362 and an R² value of 0.131, meaning that 13.1% of the variation in patient satisfaction can be explained by service quality. The F-test results indicated that the regression model is significant, with an F-value of 14.774 and a p-value of 0.000, suggesting that service quality significantly influences patient satisfaction. From this analysis, it can be concluded that an improvement in service quality will significantly enhance patient satisfaction at Sentra Medika Hospital in North Minahasa. This research implies that policies considering service quality factors can effectively increase patient satisfaction, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the hospital.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Brand Image and Product Quality on Purchase Decisions. The results indicate that the Brand Image (X1) and Product Quality (X2) variables have a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Decisions (Y) at PT. Tempo Scan Pacific, Tbk. The validity analysis shows that all variables have a correlation above the r-Table (0.273), with Cronbach's Alpha values greater than 0.70, indicating the reliability of the research instruments. Tests of normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation assumptions were also met. However, the multiple linear regression test shows that the coefficient of determination (R²) is only 0.035, indicating a very small contribution from Brand Image and Product Quality to Purchase Decisions. Both variables have a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Decisions, both partially and simultaneously, as supported by the results of the T-test and F-test. Therefore, although these variables have a positive influence, their impact is not strong enough to significantly affect purchase decisions.action, which, in turn, will have a positive impact on the hospital.
