Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and discipline on the performance of Lecturer Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. This research is quantitative research, there are 2 independent variable that is Organization Culture (X1) and Discipline (X2) and dependent variable that is Lecturer Performance (Y). Indicator used Organizational culture variable (X1) that is innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, aggressiveness and stability. Indicators of discipline variables (X2) are attendance, obedience to work regulations, adherence to work standards, high level of vigilance and ethical work. Indicators of employee performance variables are quality, quantity, timeliness, cost effectiveness and personal relationships. The way of data collection is by way of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research is organizational culture have a significant effect to the performance of lecturer of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. Discipline has a significant effect on the performance of university lecturer Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo. Organizational culture and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the lecturers of Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effectiveness of KB program implementation with MOP / Vasectomy in Situbondo Regency. The research method used qualitative approach. The data source is divided into two namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection uses observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the analysis showed that KB MOP (Male Operation Method) / Vasectomy in Situbondo Regency is ineffective and it is said because of socio-cultural condition of society that can not eliminate misperception of KB MOP program. The strategy set by the organizer that is Socialization to the community has not been fully implemented. There is no synchronization from the respective Party / Office concerned on Policy Formulation, Planning Process and Programming to the community. Infrastructure facilities of the MOP KB program, especially in Medical Personnel is still inadequate. Due to the limited number of medical workers involved in the MOP program KB is not effective and efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of financial and nonfinancial compensation on employee performance in Cooperative Raung Talkandang Situbondo. Quantitative research method with a sample of 30 people using total sampling technique. The method of data analysis using validity test, and reliability test while to test the hypothesis in this research can use multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) assisted SPSS 22.0 for windows. The financial compensation variable has a positive influence of 3,538. Meanwhile, the value at the ttable distribution of 5% or 0.05 of 1.70329, then thitung 3.538> ttabel 1.70329. It is also reinforced by a significant value of 0.001 smaller than the Sig value. 0.05 means that financial compensation variables significantly influence employee performance. While the value of t count for this non financial financial compensation is 2,417. Meanwhile the value at the ttable distribution of 5% or 0.05 then tcount 2.417> ttabel 1.70329. Means that non-financial compensation variable has a positive influence. It is also reinforced with a significant value of 0.023 less than the Sig value. 0.05 means that the non-financial compensation variable significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

One of the benchmarks of a country's progress is Education. Currently, Indonesia is starting to improve its education quality which is marked by the establishment of School Operator (OPS). Methods of data collection is done by observation methods, interviews, and the spread of questionnaires (questionnaires). Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the partial test of Leadership variable has positive and significant influence while the Compensation variable has negative and insignificant influence to the Working Spirit of Primary School Operator in Tapen Sub-district, Bondowoso District. while the simultaneous test (together), Leadership variable (X1) and Compensation (X2) have a positive and significant influence to the morale of Public Alementary School Operator in Tapen Sub-district, Bondowoso District.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the influence of motivation, partial and simultant communication to the performance of employees salafiyah boarding school foundation salafiyah syafi'iyah Nurul Fata Bondowoso . This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The sample was done by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique as many as 140 respondents. The independent variables in this research are Motivation (X1) and Communication (X2). Dependent or dependent variable (Y) is employee performance. The method of analysis used in this study is the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression. Partially and simultaneously Motivation and Communication have an effect on to Performance of salafiyah boarding school foundation salafiyah syafi'iyah Nurul Fata Bondowoso
